Description
リアマウント8は目45のある筒状要素を有するが、アクチュエータは顧客特定的なリアマウントを設けることができることは理解されるであろう。
Claims (10)
- a)キャビネット(1)
b)モータ軸付き可逆電動モータ(2)と、
c)幾つかの段を持ち、入力側の第1段が前記モータ軸に接続された減速機と、
d)一端が前記減速機の最終段の出口側に接続され、他端がアクチュエータの前端を指し示すスピンドル(4)と、
e)前記モータの回転の現在の方向に応答して前記スピンドル上を前後に移動させるために、前記スピンドル上で回転しないように固定されるとともに、前記アクチュエータが組み込まれる構造に間接的または直接的に固定することのできるスピンドルナット(5)と、
f)同様に前記アクチュエータが組み込まれる構造に前記アクチュエータを取り付けるための前記アクチュエータの後端におけるリアマウント(8)と、
g)予め定められたトルクで解放される過負荷クラッチ(21)と、を備え、
前記過負荷クラッチが前記減速機の第1段または第1段の1つと接続状態に配設されることを特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。 - 前記過負荷クラッチ(21)がボール用の穴付きリング(24)を備えたボールアンドラチェット型クラッチによって形成され、その側のボールは前記モータからのトランスミッションと確実に接続された第1プレート(22)内の陥凹と係合し、かつ反対側では第2プレート部材(27)内の陥凹と係合し、キャップ(29)の天井に当接して装着されたばね(28)が前記プレート部材およびそれによってボールを係合状態に維持し、前記キャップが予め定められた力によって直接または間接的に前記第1プレート部材に固定され、前記ボール付きリングがさらなるトランスミッションにより前記スピンドルに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記スピンドルにつながる歯車装置の後続段への遷移として、前記ボール付きリング(24)がギヤホイール(31)付き軸部材(25)と接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータの自己ブロック能力を高めるために、前記軸部材(25)がブレーキ装置(32〜35)と接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータの手動操作のために、前記軸部材(25)の端部またはその延長部が前記キャビネットの開口を通してクランクを受容するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記キャビネットの陥凹に装着された2つの部品(40a、40b)から構成され、かつ前記キャビネットから突出するリアマウントの部分にねじ込まれるナット(42)により固定される取付要素に、前記リアマウント(8)および前記スピンドル用の軸受(41)が固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 起動要素(6)用のガイド形材(7)が、前記キャビネットの端部に固定されることに加えて、前記ガイド形材の外側の縁の周りを掴持する2つの爪(11b、11a)により、前記キャビネットに追加的に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータのための電気的制御装置(49)が前記キャビネットに組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記スピンドルナットのエンドストップ位置が、筺体(5)のスロットに着座する2つのアーム(58a、58b)を持つ長手方向に移動可能な要素(56)によって起動する2つの電気スイッチ(54、55)によって制御され、前記アームがそれらの間に挿置されたばね(60)を有し、前記ばねの両端が追加的に前記筺体内の止め子と係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記起動要素の位置が、安全クラッチと前記スピンドルとの間のダウンギヤリングと係合する追加式ユニットとして構成された電位差計(61)により決定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアクチュエータ。
