Claims (11)
- 偏心した電動モータ(50)により駆動されるように構成されているギアシフトアクチュエータであって、
−前記電動モータ(50)により駆動されるように構成されている回転ナット(110)と、
−作動部材(120)と、
−前記回転ナットのトルク(M)を並進力(F)に変換し、該並進力(F)をギアシフトのための作動力として提供するように構成されている変換器(125)と
が設けられていることを特徴とする、ギアシフトアクチュエータ。 - 前記電動モータから前記回転ナット(110)に前記トルク(M)を伝達するための伝動エレメント(140)が設けられている、請求項1記載のギアシフトアクチュエータ。
- 前記伝動エレメント(140)が、以下の構成要素、すなわちギアホイール、ウォームギア伝動装置、ベルト伝動装置、チェーン伝動装置のうちの1つの構成要素を有している、請求項2記載のギアシフトアクチュエータ。
- 前記ギアシフトは、回転軸(230)に連結されているギアホイール(210,220)の変更を含み、
並進運動に基づいて異なるギアホイール(210,220)を前記回転軸(230)に連結するように構成されている摺動スリーブ(150)が設けられていて、該摺動スリーブ(150)は、前記作動部材(120)に対して相対的に回転可能であるが、前記作動部材(120)に対して軸方向では位置固定されていて、これにより、前記ギアシフトが前記電動モータ(50)により可能になっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のギアシフトアクチュエータ。 - 前記変換器(125)が、前記回転ナット(110)と前記作動部材(120)との間で以下の連結エレメント、すなわち、ねじ連結部、ピン−カム連結部、ピン溝連結部、転動体エレメントを有する2つの溝、前記回転ナット(110)と前記作動部材(120)との間の相対的な回転により相対的な直線運動を生ぜしめるその他の構成要素、のうちの少なくとも1つの連結エレメントを有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のギアシフトアクチュエータ。
- 前記変換器(125)が、非線形の変換特性を提供するように構成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のギアシフトアクチュエータ。
- 前記変換器(125)が、前記並進力(F)が前記トルク(M)の正負の符号にのみ依存するような変換特性を提供するように構成されている、請求項5または6記載のギアシフトアクチュエータ。
- 前記変換器(125)が、前記トルク(M)がその符号を維持している間に、前記並進力(F)が変化するような変換特性を提供するように構成されている、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載のギアシフトアクチュエータ。
- 前記変換器(125)が、セルフロック機構を提供するように構成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のギアシフトアクチュエータ。
- 偏心した電動モータ(50)と、少なくとも1つのギアホイール(210,220)と、回転軸(230)とを備えた変速装置であって、
前記電動モータ(50)の駆動に応答して、前記少なくとも1つのギアホイール(210,220)を前記回転軸(230)に連結するか、または連結解除するように構成されている請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の電気機械式のアクチュエータが設けられていることを特徴とする、変速装置。 - 請求項10記載の変速装置を有する車両、特に商用車。
