0.0〜1.0% アルミニウム、
0.0〜0.7% イットリウム及び/又はスカンジウム及び希土類の元 素を含む群の少なくとも1つの等価金属、
残 り 鉄、コバルト及び/又はニッケル並びに製造に由来する不純物。

前記ケーシングが、一方の側(336)で高温に曝され、他方の側(337)で低温に曝されて、少なくとも200℃の温度差を与えられる場合に、ケーシングの高温の側(336)に施されることを特徴とする断熱層。 - 蒸気タービン(300、303)内の半径方向の隙間を少なくするための断熱層であって、該タービンは駆動領域のための1つ又は複数のケーシング(366、367)を有し、前記断熱層(7)が翼駆動領域のケーシング(366、367)上及び/又はタービン翼(342、354、357)上に存在することを特徴とする蒸気タービンの断熱層。
- 1つの別のケーシング(37、366、367)に隣接するケーシング(34、334、335)に使用され、かつ該ケーシング(34、334、335)の歪み特性を隣接する別のケーシング(37、366、367)に適合させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の断熱層。

- ケーシング(34、37、335、366、367)に使用される断熱層(7)であって、ケーシング(34、335、366、367)の断熱層(7)の下方に中間保護層(10)が存在することを特徴とする請求項1、2、7又は8記載の断熱層。
- 少なくとも450℃、特に800℃に達する温度で使用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の断熱層。
- 中間保護層(10)として、重量比で
11.5〜20%の クロム
0.3〜1.5%の ケイ素
0.0〜1%の アルミニウム、
残り 鉄
から成る材料を使用することを特徴とする請求項9記載の断熱層。 - ケーシング(34、37、335、366、367)に使用され、かつ断熱層(7)上に腐食保護層(13)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1、2、7、8、9又は11記載の断熱層。
- 腐食保護層(13)として鉄、ニッケル、クロム又はコバルトをベースとする合金が使用されることを特徴とする請求項12記載の断熱層。
- 断熱層(7)よりも気孔率の低い腐食保護層(13)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12記載の断熱層。
- 気孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1、2、7、8又は14記載の断熱層。
- 気孔率が勾配を有することを特徴とする請求項1、2、7、8、14又は15に記載の断熱層。
- 気孔率が外側範囲で最大であることを特徴とする請求項16記載の断熱層。
- 気孔率が外側範囲で最少であることを特徴とする請求項16記載の断熱層。
- 厚さが局所(ケーシング335、366、367)的に異なっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の断熱層。
- 局所(ケーシング335、366、367)的に材料が異なることを特徴とする請求項1又は19記載の断熱層。
- 弁(31)又はタービン(300、303)のケーシング(34、37、334、335、366、367)の表面の所定範囲内に極く局所的に施されることを特徴とする請求項1、19又は20記載の断熱層。
- 蒸気タービン(300、303)の蒸気流入領域(333)内のみに設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の断熱層。
- 蒸気タービン(300、303)の翼駆動領域の流入領域(333)及びケーシング(366)内に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1、19、20又は21記載の断熱層。
- 極く局所的に、翼駆動領域のケーシング(366)内に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は21記載の断熱層。
- 流入領域(333)のケーシング(335)内の断熱層(7)の厚さが、翼駆動領域のケーシング(366)内の断熱層よりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項1又は19記載の断熱層。
- 修理すべきケーシング(34、37、335、366、367)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の断熱層。
- 蒸気タービン(300、303)内で、最大限の稼動温度を高めずに、弁(31)又はケーシング(334、335、366、367)に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の断熱層。
- 異なるケーシング(34、37、334、335、366、367)の全ての歪み特性が、断熱層(7)の気孔率又は厚さ或いはその材料を局所的に異ならせるようにして調整されたことを特徴とする請求項15〜21、23、26又は27或いは30の少なくとも1つに記載の断熱層。
- 少なくとも2つのケーシング(335、366、367)の内、少なくとも1つのケーシング(335、366、367)が断熱層(7)を有する蒸気タービン(300、303)において、断熱層(7、8、9)が互いに隣接する少なくとも2つのケーシング(335、366、367)に存在し、その際ケーシング(335、366、367)内の断熱層(7、8、9)が異なる断熱性能、特に異なる材料及び/又は異なる厚さ及び/又は異なる気孔率を、少なくとも2つのケーシング(335、366、367)内に有することを特徴とする蒸気タービン。
- 断熱層(7)が流入領域(333)のケーシング(335)内に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項29記載の蒸気タービン。
- 断熱層(7)が稼動中に最高で800℃迄、特に650℃迄の稼動温度に曝されることを特徴とする請求項29又は30に記載の蒸気タービン。
