Claims (20)
- 患者の体腔に物質を送出するために使用されるカテーテルを操作するためのシステムにおいて、
少なくとも1つのルーメン又は管を備えたカテーテルであって、体腔へ送出したい物質を受け入れることができるように構成された近位端と、事前に成形された向きに付勢された可撓性を有する先端を備えた遠位端と、を備えているカテーテルと、
導入装置であって、
前記カテーテルを入れることのできる大きさに作られた内径を画定している本体と、
前記カテーテルに取り外し可能に接続することのできるカテーテル調整機構と、を備えており、前記カテーテル調整機構は前記導入装置の前記本体に対して移動可能であり、且つ前記カテーテル調整機構は前記導入装置の本体に対する前記カテーテルの回転方向の移動及び軸方向の移動の内の少なくとも一方を手動操作で調整可能である、導入装置と、を備えているシステム。 - 前記カテーテル調整機構は、前記本体に回転可能に接続され前記カテーテルに作動的に接続されている回転可能ノブを備えており、前記回転可能ノブの回転方向位置は、前記カテーテルの回転方向位置に対応している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルは前記回転可能ノブに対して軸方向に移動可能であり、前記カテーテルの軸方向位置は前記カテーテルの回転方向位置とは独立して調整可能である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルは噴霧カテーテルを備えている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテル調整機構は、前記導入装置の前記本体に対する前記カテーテルの軸方向及び回転方向の両方向の位置を同時に制御するために、前記カテーテルに作動的に接続されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 先端角度調整部材を更に備えており、前記先端角度調整部材には、前記カテーテルの可撓性を有する先端が取り付けられ、且つ前記カテーテルの近位端に、アクセス可能な制御端部を有しており、前記先端角度調整部材の前記制御端部を動かすと、先端角度が変化するようになっている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記先端角度調整部材はワイヤを備えている、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記事前に成形された向きは、湾曲を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記事前に成形された向きは、螺旋を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルは、複数の管を備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルは、複数のルーメンを備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルは、前記カテーテルの遠位端が体腔壁と接触するのを防ぐために配置された位置制限装置を備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 体腔に物質を送出するためのカテーテルを操作するための方法において、
体腔の境界を通して体腔内に導入装置を挿入する段階と、
所定の形状に付勢された可撓性を有する先端に配置されたノズルを有する遠位部分を備えているカテーテルを、前記導入器に通して前記体腔内に導入する段階と、
前記カテーテルを前記導入装置に対して軸方向に移動させて、前記可撓性を有する先端の前記所定の形状を変え、前記ノズルの角度を元の角度から変える段階と、
カテーテルシャフトに作動的に接続されている前記導入装置の第2部分を回転させることによって、前記カテーテルシャフトを前記導入装置の第1部分に対して回転させ、前記体腔内で前記ノズルの回転方向位置を変える段階と、
前記カテーテルを通して前記体腔に物質を提供する段階と、から成る方法。 - 前記物質を提供する段階は、前記カテーテルの第1ルーメンを通して前記体腔の第1部分に第1の物質を塗布する段階と、前記カテーテルの第2ルーメンを通して前記体腔の第2部分に第2の物質を塗布する段階と、を含んでいる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記物質を提供する段階は、前記カテーテルの第1ルーメンを通して前記体腔に第1の物質を提供する段階と、前記カテーテルの第2ルーメンを通して前記体腔に第2の物質を提供する段階と、を含んでいる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の物質は、前記体腔に対して同時に提供される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の物質は、2成分溶液を含んでいる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 物質を患者の体腔に送出するために使用されるカテーテルを操作するためのシステムにおいて、
少なくとも1つのルーメン又は管を備えたカテーテルであって、体腔へ送出したい物質を受け入れることができるように構成された近位端と、事前に成形された向きに付勢された可撓性を有する先端を備えた遠位端と、を備えているカテーテルと、
導入装置であって、
前記カテーテルを入れることのできる大きさに作られた内径を画定している本体と、
前記導入装置の本体に対する前記カテーテルの回転方向の移動及び軸方向の移動の内の少なくとも一方を制御するための手段と、を備えている導入装置と、を備えているシステム。 - 前記導入装置に取り外し可能に接続されている針を更に備えている、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記導入装置に取り外し可能に接続されている鈍端単ルーメンを更に備えている、請求項18に記載のシステム。
