Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 (1) 壁を有する身体内腔に人工補綴物を埋込むための装置であって、 複数の端部を有する移植片と、 複数のカプセル組立体であって、各カプセル組立体は近位端及び遠位端を持 つ細長い管部材を備え、かつ各々が前記移植片の一端部を解放可能に保持する ように形成されており、及び 前記細長い管部材の一つと共軸的に形成されたラックピニオンを包含する少 なくとも一つのハンドル組立体と を有することを特徴とする人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (2) 前記人工補綴物を埋込むための装置が、前記カプセル組立体と前記移植片を 実質的に被うように形成された一個のカプセルジャケット組立体をさらに包含 する請求項1に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (3) 前記人工補綴物を埋込むための装置が、前記カプセル組立体の前記細長い管 部材の一つの内腔内に配置されたロックワイヤ組立体をさらに包含し、前記ロ ックワイヤ組立体がプッシュボタンから離れたロックと前記ロック及び前記プ ッシュボタンから離れたハンドルとを包含する請求項1に記載の人工補綴物を 埋込むための装置。 (4) 前記人工補綴物を埋込むための装置が、前記カプセル組立体の前記細長い管 部材の一つの内腔内に滑動可能に配置された引っ張りワイヤ組立体をさらに包 含し、前記引っ張りワイヤ組立体が滑動可能なプッシュボタン及びロック装置 を包含する請求項1に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (5) 前記カプセル組立体の少なくとも一つがノーズコーンを包含する請求項1に 記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (6) 前記移植片が、前記端部の各々に固着された取り付け装置を包含し、少なく とも一つの取り付け装置は末端部が鉤留めされたV形部材を包含する請求項1 に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (7) 前記人工補綴物を埋込むための装置が、複数のハンドル組立体を包含し、少 なくとも一つのハンドル組立体がコレットロックを包含する請求項1に記載の 人工補綴物を埋め込むための装置。 (8) 前記人工補綴物を埋込むための装置が、さらに、バルーンカテーテルを包含 し、該バルーンカテーテルが、貫通する少なくとも一つの内腔を有する軸と、 膨張可能な部材とを包含する請求項1に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置 。 (9) 前記バルーンカテーテル軸の少なくとも一つの内腔内に伸長しない強化ワイ ヤを包含する請求項8に記載の請求項1に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装 置。 (10) 前記細長い管部材の少なくとも一つが、編んだワイヤを包含する請求項1 に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (11) 前記移植片は、Y形で、その分岐点に放射線不透過性のマーカーを包含す る請求項1に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (12) 前記ハンドル組立体が、回転ノブを包含し、該回転ノブが角度を持つ歯を 備えたロックギヤを持つように形成された請求項1に記載の人工補綴物を埋込 むための装置。 (13) 前記ハンドル組立体が前記制御ノブと協働するロックネジを有していて、 該制御ノブの回転を一方向に制限する請求項12に記載の人工補綴物を埋込む ための装置。 (14) 前記細長い管部材はさかとげアダプターを有するように形成されたガイド 管を包含する請求項1に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (15) 前記人工補綴物を埋込むための装置が、さらに、前記さかとげアダプター と組み合うように形成された放射線不透過性アダプターを包含するトルクカテ ーテルを有する請求項14に記載のに人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (16) 前記人工補綴物を埋込むための装置が、複数のハンドル組立体を包含し、 該ハンドル組立体の各々が一つのハンドル組立体の他のハンドル組立体に対す る相対的位置を追跡する計数装置を有する請求項1に記載の人工補綴物を埋込 むための装置。 (17) 前記計数装置が、弾性導管ループによって互いに連結され、間隔をおいた 支柱を有する請求項16に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (18) 前記細長い管部材の一つが、前記細長い管部材の特別な部分を特定するた めのマーカーを有する請求項1に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (19) 前記マーカーが、二つのマーカーバンドから離れた第1の単一マーカーバ ンドを包含し、前記二つのマーカーバンドは三つのマーカーバンドのグループ から離れている請求項18に記載の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。 (20) 前記ハンドル組立体のひとつは、前記ハンドル組立体を縦方向で係止する ロックピンを包含する請求項1に記載1の人工補綴物を埋込むための装置。
