Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.移植片を血管内に、管内取付けするシステムであって、 前記移植片に取付けられ、外方に向いたバイアスを働かせるように形成され た全体としてシヌソイド状のワイヤフレームであって、複数の交互する向きの定 められた先端部を有し、前記複数の交互する向きの定められた先端部の各々が螺 旋形状を有したワイヤフレームと、 前記ワイヤフレームに取付けられた複数の内腔突き刺し部材と を備えたことを特徴とするシステム。 2.移植片を血管内に、管内取付けするシステムであって、 前記移植片に取付けられ、外方に向いたバイアスを働かせるように形成され た全体としてシヌソイド状のワイヤフレームであって、複数の交互する向きの定 められた先端部を有し、前記複数の交互する向きの定められた先端部の各々が螺 旋形状を有したワイヤフレームと、 前記ワイヤフレームと協働する複数のV字状固定部材であって、各々が、螺 旋形状の先端部と、前記ワイヤフレームから半径方向外方に曲げられ、フックを 形成する端部を備えた複数のV字状固定部材と を備えたことを特徴とするシステム。 3.壁を有する血管を修復するための管内移植片であって、 管状本体と、 前記移植片に取付けられ、外方に向いたバイアスを働かせるように形成され た全体としてシヌソイド状のワイヤフレームであって、複数の交互する向きの定 められた先端部を有し、前記複数の交互する向きの定められた先端部の各々が螺 旋形状を有したワイヤフレームと、 前記ワイヤフレームと協働する複数のV字状固定部材であって、各々が、螺 旋形状の先端部と、前記ワイヤフレームから半径方向外方に曲げられ、フックを 形成する端部を備えた複数のV字状固定部材と、 前記管状本体に取付けられた複数の繊維状房であって、前記血管の壁と前記 管状本体との間に位置し、前記壁と前記管状本体との間の流体の流れを制限す るように形成された複数の繊維状房と を備えたことを特徴とする管内移植片。 4.内腔を修復するための管内移植片であって、 管状本体と、 前記ワイヤフレームと協働する複数のV字状固定部材であって、各々が、螺 旋形状の先端部と、前記ワイヤフレームから半径方向外方に曲げられ、フックを 形成する端部を備えた複数のV字状固定部材と、 前記管状本体内に形成された複数のクリンプと を備えたことを特徴とする管内移植片。 5.移植片を血管に取付ける取付けシステムであって、 複数の先端部を有するシヌソイド状のワイヤフレームであって、前記先端部 の各々が、前記ワイヤフレームに外方に向いたバイアスを働かせるように作用す る螺旋スプリングを備えたワイヤフレームと、 前記ワイヤフレームと協働し、前記ワイヤフレームの外方へのバイアスに応 答可能な複数の内腔貫通部材と を備えたことを特徴とする取付けシステム。 6.前記ワイヤフレームが、第一の終端部と第二の終端部を備え、前記第一の終 端部が前記第二の終端部に取付けられて、連続的なワイヤフレームが形成される ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の取付けシステム。 7.前記第一の終端部が前記第二の終端部に溶接されることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第6項に記載の取付けシステム。 8.前記第一の終端部が第一の終端部螺旋から延び、前記第二の終端部が第二の 終端部螺旋から延びており、前記第一の終端部が、前記第一の終端部螺旋と前記 第二の終端部螺旋から等距離にある前記第二の終端部に溶接されることを特徴と する請求の範囲第6項に記載の取付けシステム。 9.前記複数の内腔貫通部材の各々が、第一の端部と第二の端部を有し、全体と して、長手方向に延びるアームと、前記アームの前記第一の端部から、半径方向 外方に延びる外方に突出した複数のフックを備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲 第5項に記載の取付けシステム。 10.前記外方に突出したフックの各々が、尖らされた円錐状の先端部で終端する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の取付けシステム。 11.前記外方に突出したフックの各々が、あひるの嘴状の先端部で終端すること を特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の取付けシステム。 12.前記長手方向に延びるアームが、前記螺旋状コイルスプリングの少なくとも 一つを越えて、長手方向に突出していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記 載の取付けシステム。 13.前記ワイヤフレームが複数の支柱を含み、前記支柱の各々が、前記複数の先 端部の一つを前記複数の先端部の別の一つに連結することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第5項に記載の取付けシステム。 14.前記内腔貫通部材の各々が、個々に、前記支柱の一つに取付けられているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第13項に記載の取付けシステム。 15.前記内腔貫通部材の各々が、個々に、前記支柱の一つに溶接されていること を特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載の取付けシステム。 16.前記内腔貫通部材の各々が、前記複数の先端部の一つと前記複数の先端部の 別の一つから等距離にあるところに溶接されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第15項に記載の取付けシステム。 17.前記先端部が、第二の組の先端部から、長手方向に変位した第一の組の先端 部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の取付けシステム。 18.前記第一の組の先端部がすべて、長手方向に整列されていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第17項に記載の取付けシステム。 19.前記第一の組の先端部が、長手方向に互い違いになるように位置しているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項に記載の取付けシステム。 20.前記第二の組の先端部がすべて、長手方向に整列されていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第17項に記載の取付けシステム。 21.前記第二の組の先端部が、長手方向に互い違いになるように位置しているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項に記載の取付けシステム。 22.前記内腔貫通部材が、全体として長手方向に延びる第一および第二のアーム を有し、アームの各々が、前記先端部の少なくとも一つを越えて、長手方向に 突出し、半径方向外方に突出したフックとして、終端することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第5項に記載の取付けシステム。 23.前記内腔貫通部材の各先端部が、螺旋状コイルを備えていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第22項に記載の取付けシステム。 24.前記長手方向に延びる第一のアームが、前記長手方向に延びる第二のアーム から、鋭角で、外方に延びていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第22項に記載の 取付けシステム。 25.前記第一および第二の終端部に、アイレットが形成されたことを特徴とする 請求の範囲第6項に記載の取付けシステム。 26.前記第一の終端部が、前記第二の終端部にオーバーラップするように形成さ れたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第25項に記載の取付けシステム。 27.前記第一の終端部が、第一の終端螺旋から延び、前記第二の終端部が、第二 の終端螺旋から延びており、前記第一の終端部が、前記第二の終端螺旋にオーバ ーラップするように形成され、前記第二の終端部が、前記第一の終端螺旋にオー バーラップするように形成されたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第25項に記載の 取付けシステム。 28.前記第一および第二の終端部が、半径方向外方に突出したフックとして、終 端する長手方向に延びるアームを備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記 載の取付けシステム。 29.移植片を血管に取付ける取付けシステムであって、 第一および第二のシヌソイド状ワイヤフレームであって、ワイヤフレームの 各々が、一対の終端部とさらに複数の先端部を有し、前記先端部の各々が、螺旋 状コイルスプリングを備え、前記第一および第二のワイヤフレームが協働して、 外方に向いたバイアスを作用させる第一および第二のワイヤフレームと、 複数の長手方向に延びる第一のアームであって、各々が、前記第一のワイヤ フレームの前記終端部の一つに形成され、半径方向外方に突出したフックとして 、形成された第一のアームと、 複数の長手方向に延びる第二のアームであって、各々が、前記第二のワイヤ フレームの前記終端部の一つに形成され、半径方向外方に突出したフックとし て、形成された第二のアームと を備えたことを特徴とする取付けシステム。 30.さらに、前記第一および第二のワイヤフレームの各々のそれぞれの終端部に 形成された終端螺旋を備え、前記第一のワイヤフレームが、前記第一のワイヤフ レームの終端部に形成された前記終端螺旋が前記第二のワイヤフレームの終端部 に形成された前記終端螺旋にオーバーラップするように、前記第二のワイヤフレ ームに結合され、前記複数の長手方向に延びる第一のアームが、前記第二のワイ ヤフレームの部分のまわりに、個々に、巻き付けられ、前記複数の長手方向に延 びる第二のアームが、前記第一のワイヤフレームの部分のまわりに、個々に、巻 き付けられたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第21項に記載の取付けシステム。 31.血管を修復するための管内移植片であって、 複数の端部を有する移植片本体と、 前記移植片の前記端部の各々に取付けられた取付けシステムであって、前記 取付けシステムの各々が、複数の先端部を有する第一および第二のシヌソイド状 ワイヤフレームを備え、前記先端部の各々が螺旋状コイルを備え、前記ワイヤフ レームの各々が協働して、前記移植片本体に対し、外方に向いたバイアスを作用 させ、前記第一および第二のワイヤフレームの各々が一対の終端部を備えた取付 けシステムと、 複数の長手方向に延びる第一のアームであって、各々が、前記第一のワイヤ フレームの前記終端部の一つに形成され、半径方向外方に突出したフックとして 、形成された第一のアームと、 複数の長手方向に延びる第二のアームであって、各々が、前記第二のワイヤ フレームの前記終端部の一つに形成され、半径方向外方に突出したフックとして 、形成された第二のアームと を備えたことを特徴とする管内移植片。 32.前記長手方向に延びる第一および第二のアームの各々が、前記移植片本体の 前記端部の一つを越えて、長手方向に突出していることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第31項に記載の管内移植片。 33.前記複数の先端部の各々が、ベース先端部と長手方向に突出した先端部を備 え、前記ベース先端部が、前記端部から、長手方向内方に、前記移植片に取付け られたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第31項に記載の管内移植片。 34.前記複数の先端部の各々が、ベース先端部と長手方向に突出した先端部を備 え、前記ベース先端部が、前記移植片本体の前記端部の一の近くに取付けられた ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第31項に記載の管内移植片。 35.前記移植片が、前記端部の近くの前記移植片本体に縫い付けられた房を含ん でいることを特徴とする請求の範囲第31項に記載の管内移植片。 36.前記房が、前記移植片本体の外側表面に、交差した縫い目パターンで、縫い 付けられたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第35項に記載の管内移植片。 37.前記房が、前記取付けシステムが前記移植片本体に取付けられているところ から、長手方向内方に、前記移植片本体に縫い付けられたことを特徴とする請求 の範囲第36項に記載の管内移植片。 38.血管を修復するための移植片であって、 第一および第二の端部を有する移植片本体と、 第一および第二のシヌソイド状ワイヤフレームであって、前記第一のフレー ムが前記移植片本体の前記第一の端部に取付けられ、前記第二のフレームが前記 移植片本体の前記第二の端部に取付けられ、前記第一および第二のワイヤフレー ムが複数の先端部を有し、前記先端部の各々が前記移植片本体の内壁に対して、 外方に向いたバイアスを作用させるように機能する螺旋状コイルスプリングを備 えた第一および第二のシヌソイド状ワイヤフレームと、 複数の内腔貫通部材であって、前記内腔貫通部材の各々が前記第一および第 二のワイヤフレームの少なくとも一方と協働し、その前記外方に向いたバイアス に応答可能である複数の内腔貫通部材と を備えたことを特徴とする移植片。 39.前記第一および第二のワイヤフレームの各々が、第一の端部と第二の端部を 有し、前記第一の端部が前記第二の端部に取付けられ、連続的なワイヤフレーム が形成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第38項に記載の移植片。 40.前記第一および第二のワイヤフレームの各々の前記第一の端部がそれぞれの 前記第二の端部にオーバーラップしていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第39項 に記載の移植片。 41.さらに、前記移植片本体の外側表面に取付けられた房を含んでいることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第38項に記載の移植片。 42.前記房が、前記第一および第二のワイヤフレームが前記移植片本体に取付け られているところから、長手方向内方に、前記移植片本体に取付けられているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第41項に記載の移植片。 43.前記房が、交差した縫い目パターンで、縫い付けられたことを特徴とする請 求の範囲第41項に記載の移植片。 44.前記房がダクロン・ウールによって作られていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第41項に記載の移植片。 45.前記第一および第二のワイヤフレームが、前記螺旋の一つを前記螺旋の別の 一つに連結する複数の支柱を含み、前記房が、ほぼ前記支柱の間の前記本体に取 付けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第41項に記載の移植片。 46.前記移植片が横方向に延びるひだを含んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第38項に記載の移植片。 47.前記ひだが、前記第一および第二のワイヤフレームが前記移植片本体に取付 けられているところから、長手方向内方に位置していることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第46項に記載の移植片。 48.前記第一および第二のワイヤフレームが、前記移植片本体の内壁に、縫い付 けられるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第38項に記載の移植片 。 49.前記第一のワイヤフレームの部分が、前記移植片本体の第一の端部を通りす ぎて、長手方向に突出し、前記第二のワイヤフレームの部分が、前記移植片本体 の第二の端部を通りすぎて、長手方向に突出していることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第48項に記載の移植片。 50.前記内腔貫通部材の各々が、前記内腔貫通部材の各々の先端部に形成された 螺旋状コイルから突出し、半径方向外方に突出したフックとして、終端する第一 および第二の全体として長手方向に延びるアームを含んでいることを特徴と する請求の範囲第38項に記載の移植片。 51.前記内腔貫通部材が、前記移植片本体の内壁に縫い付けられていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第50項に記載の移植片。 52.前記内腔貫通部材が、前記第一および第二のアームを前記移植片本体の内壁 を通過させることによって、前記移植片本体に取付けられ、それにより、前記内 腔貫通部材の先端部を、前記移植片本体の外側で、前記移植片本体内部の第一お よび第二のアームの少なくとも一部分に位置させることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第50項に記載の移植片。 53.房が、前記内腔貫通部材の前記先端部に取付けられていることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第52項に記載の移植片。 54.前記第一および第二のワイヤフレームの前記複数の先端部がベース先端部を 59.前記ひだが、前記移植片本体の長さの半分未満を覆っていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第58項に記載の移植片。 60.血管を修復するための移植片であって、 内表面と外表面を有する移植片本体と、 複数の先端部と複数の支柱を有するシヌソイド状ワイヤフレームであって、 前記支柱の各々が前記先端部の一つを前記先端部の別の一つに連結し、前記先端 部と前記支柱とが、前記移植片本体の内壁に対して、外方に向いたバイアスを作 用させるように機能するシヌソイド状ワイヤフレームと、 前記本体の前記外表面に取付けられた複数の房と を備えたことを特徴とする移植片。 61.前記房の各々が、前記ワイヤフレームが前記本体に沿って長手方向に位置し ているところから、内方に、前記移植片本体の前記外表面に沿って、長手方向に 位置していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第60項に記載の移植片。 62.前記房が、ほぼ前記支柱の間で、前記移植片本体の前記外表面に取付けられ ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第60項に記載の移植片。
