R−32=25%、R−125=25%、R 134a=40%及びR 143a=10%、
R−32=20%、R−125=35%、R 134a=35%及びR 143a=10%
R−32=20%、R−125=30%、R 134a=35%及びR 143a=15%、
R−32=15%、R−125=25%、R 134a=50%及びR 143a=10%。
鉱物油(M)又はアルキルベンゼンオイル(AB)とポリオールエステル(POE)オイルとの混合物 10gを、0℃の低温保持装置(2)に置かれた冷却したコイル(1)に導入する。
冷却ループにおいて、本発明による組成物の性能を評価したが、その操作条件は、0℃の蒸発温度、15℃の圧縮器吸気温度、40℃の凝縮温度及び5Kのコンデンサー排出口における液体の過冷却である。
本手順は、本発明による組成物がR−32 15重量%と、R−125 25重量%と、R−134a 50重量%と、R−143a 10重量%とを含有することを除き、先行する実施例に対するものと同じである。
(比較)
本手順は、上記のものと同じであるが、R−32 20重量%と、R−125 45重量%と、R−134a 15重量%と、R−143a 20重量%とを含有する組成物を用いる。
Claims (7)
- R−32 15重量%から35重量%と、R−125 10重量%から50重量%と、R−134a 30重量%から50重量%と、R−143a 5重量%から20重量%と、から基本的に構成される組成物。
- R−32 15重量%から30重量%と、R−125 20重量%から40重量%と、R−134a 35重量%から50重量%と、R−143a 5重量%から15重量%と、からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の組成物を含む、冷媒。
- 請求項3に記載の冷媒を含む、伝熱系。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の組成物の使用前に、不燃性HFC型の1又は複数の高圧ガスAと、プロパン、ブタン、イソブタン、プロピレン、トランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン、塩化エチル、ジメチルエーテル又はメトキシメタン及び二酸化炭素から選択される1又は複数の化合物Bとを含むリンス溶液が使用されることを特徴とする、R−22に適切な伝熱系の変換のためのプロセス。
- 高圧ガスA 80重量%から99重量%、好ましくは、90重量%から99重量%と、化合物B 1重量%から20重量%、好ましくは、1重量%から10重量%とを含むリンス溶液が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の変換プロセス。
- 高圧ガスA 12重量%から94重量%、好ましくは、54重量%から79重量%と、化合物B 0.15重量%から19重量%、好ましくは、0.6重量%から8重量%と、POE又はPAGオイル 5重量%から85重量%、好ましくは、20重量%から40重量%とを含むリンス溶液が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の変換プロセス。
