実施例1
試験は、異なるポリマー組成物から製造された管において実行され、そして結果は下記表1に示されている。
ポリマーA:930.5kg/m3の密度、MFR2.16=1.9g/10min及び1.9重量%のVTMS含有量を有する、高圧製造されたエチレン‐ビニルトリメトキシシランコポリマー。2550バール及び250℃において管状反応器において製造された。
エチレン‐ビニルトリメトキシシランコポリマー(ポリマーA)に高密度ポリエチレンをブレンドすることにより、静水耐圧が増加されるであろう。下記の表2において、中密度エチレン‐ビニルトリメトキシシランコポリマー(ポリマーA)及び15重量%及び30重量%の高密度ポリエチレン(ポリマーM‐1)とこのシランコポリマーとのブレンドの静水圧挙動が示されている。ゲル含有量は好ましくは、ASTM D 2765に従って測定されて>65%でなければならない。
930kg/m3の密度を有するシラン架橋可能な中密度ポリエチレン(MEPE)製品ポリマーAの40重量%が、950kg/m3の密度を有するクラフトされたシラン架橋されたPEX高密度ポリエチレン製品ポリマーM‐2の30重量%及び954kg/m3の密度を有する高密度ポリエチレン生成物ポリマーM‐1の30重量%とブレンドされた。耐圧は、HD‐PEX管のためのドイツ国高密度基準、DIN 16892に示されたような95℃における耐圧の品質管理点に従う。ゲル含有量は好ましくは、ASTM D 2756に従って測定されて、>65%でなければならない。
予熱の必要性を調査するために、導体ケーブルが上記のように導体の予熱を伴って及び伴わないで製造された。いくつかのケーブルコアが、2mmのPVCジャケットで被覆され、かつ168時間、100℃において加熱炉中で老化された。結果は表4に示されている。
Claims (16)
- 約0.1〜10重量%のシランの含有量を有するエチレンシランコポリマー樹脂及び少なくとも1つのシラノール縮合触媒を含む架橋性高圧ポリエチレン組成物において、該組成物の密度が>928kg/m3であることを特徴とする組成物。
- 該組成物の密度が>933kg/m3であるところの請求項1記載の架橋性高圧ポリエチレン組成物。
- エチレンシランコポリマー樹脂が、エチレン‐ビニルトリエトキシシランコポリマー、エチレン‐ガンマ‐メタクリロキシトリエトキシシランコポリマー、エチレン‐ビニルトリメトキシシランコポリマー又はエチレン‐ガンマ‐トリメトキシシランコポリマー樹脂、好ましくはエチレン‐ビニルトリメトキシシランコポリマー樹脂であるところの請求項2記載の架橋性高圧ポリエチレン組成物。
- エチレン‐ビニルトリメトキシシランコポリマー樹脂が更に、<40重量%の量で高密度ポリエチレンを含むところの請求項3記載の架橋性高圧ポリエチレン組成物。
- 高密度ポリエチレンの量が15〜35重量%、好ましくは20〜30重量%であるところの請求項4記載の架橋性高圧ポリエチレン組成物。
- 190℃/2.16kgでのMFR2が0.1〜100g/10min、より好ましくは0.5〜6 g/10minかつ最も好ましくは1〜4g/10minであるところの請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の架橋性高圧ポリエチレン組成物。
- 破断時の伸びが、ISO 527に従って測定されて>200%であるところの請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の架橋性高圧ポリエチレン組成物。
- 破断時の引張強度が、ISO 527に従って測定されて>12.5MPaであるところの請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の架橋性高圧ポリエチレン組成物。
- ゲル含有量が、ASTM D 2765に従って測定されて>65重量%であるところの請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の架橋性高圧ポリエチレン組成物。
- ポリエチレン組成物が更に0.1〜2.0重量%の乾燥剤を含むところの請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の架橋性高圧ポリエチレン組成物。
- 1200バールを超える圧力における高圧法であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の架橋性ポリマー組成物の製造法。
- ポリマー組成物が、式(I):
ArSO3H (I)
(ここで、Arは、少なくとも14個の炭素原子を含むヒドロカルビル置換された芳香族基である)
の化合物又はその前駆体を含むシラノール縮合触媒の存在下に架橋されるところの請求項11記載の方法。 - ポリマー組成物が、シラノール縮合触媒、好ましくはジブチル‐スズ‐ジラウレートの存在下に架橋されるところの請求項11記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の架橋性ポリマー組成物から作られた管。
- 95℃における耐圧が、少なくとも1000時間を超える破壊時間のために少なくとも2.8MPa、より好ましくは3.6MPa、かつ最も好ましくは4.4MPaであるところの請求項14記載の管。
- ケーブルのための絶縁として、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の架橋性ポリマー組成物を使用する方法。
