Description

Claims (10)
- 第一の末端、第二の末端、およびこれら第一の末端および第二の末端の間において、その中に構成される長手方向チャンネルを備えたハウジングであって、前記第一の末端が第一の開口部を含むハウジングと;
ノーズチャンネルおよび付勢チャンネルを備え、且つ前記ハウジングの第一の末端に結合されたノーズ部材と;
前記第一の開口部を通して、前記長手方向チャンネルおよびノーズチャンネル内に移動可能に配置された第一の摺動部材であって、本体と、該本体の端部に長手方向に配置された少なくとも二つの脚部とを備え、各脚部は係合表面を含み且つ前記本体に対して遠位端にあるフィンガー部分で終端する第一の摺動部材と;
を具備し、
前記長手方向チャンネルに沿った前記第一の摺動部材の移動が、前記少なくとも二つの脚部における各脚部の係合表面を前記付勢表面に係合させ、それによって各脚部のフィンガー部分を内側に付勢させる器具。 - 請求項1に記載の器具であって、更に、
前記各脚部のフィンガー部分を介して前記ノーズ部材に結合された挿入器アタッチメントを具備し、
前記第一の摺動部材が初期位置にあるときに、前記各脚部のフィンガー部分が前記挿入器アタッチメントの表面に係合して、前記挿入器アタッチメントを前記ノーズ部材に対して固定された関係に維持する器具。 - 請求項2に記載の器具であって、更に、
前記挿入器アタッチメントの中に配置された網膜インプラントを具備する装置。 - 長手軸を有するハウジングと;
前記ハウジングの末端に結合されると共に、前記長手軸に沿い且つ実質的に該軸上にセンタリングされたノーズ部材であって、該部材はその中に構成された少なくとも二つの凹部を有する表面を含んでなるノーズ部材と;
を具備し、
前記少なくとも二つの凹部は前記長手軸に対して異なる角度位置に配置される結果、挿入器アタッチメントの突出部材が前記少なくとも二つの凹部のうちの一つに嵌合し、それによって前記挿入器アタッチメントを選択された配列に維持する器具。 - 請求項4に記載の器具であって、更に、
前記ノーズ部材に結合された挿入器アタッチメントを具備する器具。 - 請求項5に記載の器具であって、更に、
前記挿入器アタッチメント内に配置された網膜インプラントを具備する器具。 - 器具と共に使用するための挿入器アタッチメントであって:
その中に構成された長手方向チャンネルを有する本体部材と;
その近位端において前記本体部材の長手方向チャンネルに結合され、且つこれと連通した導管と;
前記導管および前記長手方向チャンネル内に配置されたリンクであって、前記本体部材に近接した該リンクの第一の端部において押出し器キャップ内で終端し、且つ前記導管の遠位端で該リンクの第二の端部における押出し器内で終端するリンクと;
前記押出し器が後退位置へと付勢されるように、前記本体部材と前記押出し器キャップとの間に介在される弾性部材と;
を具備する挿入器アタッチメント。 - 請求項7に記載の挿入器アタッチメントであって、更に、
前記本体部材に結合された突出部材を具備し、
該突出部材は、前記器具の中に配置された少なくとも一つの凹部と嵌合して、前記挿入器アタッチメントの配列を維持する挿入器アタッチメント。 - 器具と共に使用するための挿入器アタッチメントであって:
その中に構成された長手方向チャンネルを有する本体部材と;
その近位端において前記本体部材の長手方向チャンネルに結合され、且つこれと連通した導管と;
該導管の遠位端に結合された端部が開放されたトレーと;
前記端部が開放されたトレーを包み込み、前記導管とは反対側の開放端を有するカバーであって、該開放端は少なくとも二つのフラップを備え、該少なくとも二つのフラップのうちの一方は、前記少なくとも二つのフラップのうちの他方よりも長く且つこれに重なっており、前記端部が開放されたトレーおよび前記カバーによって部分的に構成されるスペースは、前記少なくとも二つのフラップによって少なくとも部分的に閉鎖されるようになっているカバーと;
を具備する挿入器アタッチメント。 - 請求項9に記載の挿入器アタッチメントであって、更に、
前記スペース内に配置された網膜インプラントを具備する挿入器アタッチメント。
