Abstract
【解決手段】筐体5には筒状のレーザ光源ユニット1を挿入可能な光源挿入部6が設けられ、レーザ光源ユニット1が光源挿入部6に挿入された状態では、レーザ光源ユニット1と光源挿入部6とはレーザ光源ユニット1の挿入方向に離間した少なくとも2つの部位同士(先端側圧入部4aと先端側接触部6a、根元側圧入部4bと根元側接触部6b)で接触することにより、レーザ光源ユニット1が筐体5に位置決めされる。

光を発する光源と、
前記光源から発せられた光を平行化するコリメータレンズと、
前記光源と前記コリメータレンズとを保持する光源保持部材と、
これらを備えた筒状の光源ユニットと、
前記光源ユニットから出射された光を偏向する偏向手段と、
前記偏向手段によって偏向された光を被走査面上に走査結像させる結像手段と、
前記偏向手段と前記結像手段とを備える筐体と、
を有する光学走査装置において、
前記筐体には、前記筒状の光源ユニットを挿入可能な挿入部が設けられ、
前記光源ユニットが前記挿入部に挿入された状態では、前記光源ユニットと前記挿入部とは前記光源ユニットの挿入方向に離間した少なくとも2つの部位同士で接触することにより、前記光源ユニットが前記筐体に位置決めされることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 光を発する光源と、
前記光源から発せられた光を平行化するコリメータレンズと、
前記光源と前記コリメータレンズとを保持する光源保持部材と、
これらを備えた筒状の光源ユニットと、
前記光源ユニットから出射された光を偏向する偏向手段と、
前記偏向手段によって偏向された光を被走査面上に走査結像させる結像手段と、
前記偏向手段と前記結像手段とを備える筐体と、
を有する光学走査装置において、
前記筐体には、前記筒状の光源ユニットを挿入可能な挿入部が設けられ、
前記光源ユニットが前記挿入部に挿入された状態では、前記光源ユニットと前記挿入部とは前記光源ユニットの挿入方向に離間した少なくとも2つの部位同士で接触することにより、前記光源ユニットが前記筐体に位置決めされることを特徴とする光学走査装置。 - 前記光源ユニットと前記挿入部とが接触する2つの部位では、前記光源ユニットの挿入方向と垂直な周面上の少なくとも3箇所でそれぞれ接触していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学走査装置。
- 前記光源ユニットが円筒形状であり、
前記円筒形状の光源ユニットと接触する前記挿入部の接触部位の内接円直径をDとし、前記挿入部と接触する前記光源ユニットの接触部位の外接円直径をdとするとき、

であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の光学走査装置。 - 前記挿入部の接触部位の内接円直径は、前記光源ユニットの挿入方向において入口側から奥側にいくに従い、小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の光学走査装置。
- 前記光源ユニットが複数個あり、前記筐体には前記複数の光源ユニットを同一方向からそれぞれ挿入可能な複数の挿入部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学走査装置。
