Abstract
【効果】金床と超音波ハンマとの表面の平行性がどの位置においても確保され、金床と超音波ハンマとが互いに対して取り得る様々な位置において均一な接触が常時与えられるため、金床と超音波ハンマとの摩擦摩耗は最小化される。

Claims (12)
- 平行レバー(2)への金床(1)の取り付けを特徴とする超音波溶接用の金床(1)。
- 前記金床(1)は前記平行レバー(2)に懸架されて取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金床。
- 前記平行レバー(2)は、心棒(4)に対して旋回可能なホルダ(3)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の金床。
- 前記ホルダ(3)が旋回可能な心棒(4)は、前記平行レバー(2)が旋回する心棒(8、9)に対して略垂直に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の金床。
- 前記金床(1)は、事前張設手段(14)により超音波ハンマ(16)の方向に事前張設され、前記事前張設手段(14)は例えばばね、弾性素子又は圧縮空気ばねであり、前記弾性素子は例えばゴム素子であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の金床。
- 前記金床(1)は、前記金床(1)の動きを制動する制動手段(14)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の金床。
- 少なくとも一つの超音波ハンマ(16)と、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の少なくとも一つの金床(1)とを備えた超音波溶接用の装置。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の複数の金床(1a、1b、1c、1d)を互いに隣接配置して設けたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の複数の金床(1a、1b、1c、1d)をそれぞれ個別の平行レバー(2)に取り付けて設けたことを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8記載の装置。
- 各平行レバー(2a、2b、2c、2d)を旋回ホルダに配置し、様々な前記ホルダ(3a、3b、3c、3d)を共通のキャリア(5)に取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
- フィルム、特に化合物のフィルムの超音波溶接のために提供されたことを特徴とする請求項6から請求項10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 特にプラスチック袋(17)の充填装置と組み合わせて、充填されたプラスチック袋(17)の溶接のために提供されたことを特徴とする請求項6から請求項11記載の装置。
