Abstract

【解決手段】素子14は、溶接唇部15から離れた側に係合し、ばね及び/又は制動効果を有する。金床1は、素子14により超音波ハンマの方向において事前張設されている。素子14は、金床1と、或いは平行レバー2の移動部材と相互作用し、金床1の動き及び平行レバー2の動きに対する制動効果を有し、金床1の動きを制動する。そのとき存在する均一な圧力で超音波溶接を実行可能にするためには超音波ハンマ16と金床1との接合後にできるだけ早く金床1の安定位置が得られるべきであるので、高速溶接のときには特に有利である。
【効果】金床と超音波ハンマとの表面の平行性がどの位置においても確保され、金床と超音波ハンマとが互いに対して取り得る様々な位置において均一な接触が常時与えられるため、金床と超音波ハンマとの摩擦摩耗は最小化される。

Description

本発明は、超音波溶接用の金床及び装置に関する。
この種の金床及び装置は例えば、充填後に上端部を閉封しなければならない、プラスチック袋の閉封に用いられるものである。プラスチック袋を閉封するために、上端部は、超音波ハンマと金床との間に締付され、その後、超音波ハンマから放出される超音波を印加することによって溶接閉封される。
良好な溶接シームのために、金床と超音波ハンマとが良好で均一な接触部を有し、フィルム材料への均一な超音波伝達を確保すると、有利である。
超音波ハンマと金型との間に溶接すべき材料を締付可能にするためには、これらの部材の双方が互いに対して移動可能でなければならない。
特開平6−74237号公報
本発明の目的は、密閉溶接シーム(well sealed welded seams)が得られ装置がほとんど摩耗しないような上記可動性を得ることである。
この目的は、請求項1記載の金床及び請求項7記載の装置により解決される。好適な実施の形態は従属請求項において与えられる。
本発明によれば、金床は平行レバーに支持される。この支持により、金床と超音波ハンマとの表面の平行性がどの位置においても確保される。したがって、金床と超音波ハンマとが互いに対して取り得る様々な位置において均一な接触が常時与えられるため、金床と超音波ハンマとの摩擦摩耗は最小化される。
好ましくは、金床は、平行レバーに懸架支持され所定の休止位置を与える。
平行レバーは好ましくはホルダに取り付けられ、ホルダ自体は心棒に対して旋回可能である。この心棒が、平行レバーが旋回する心棒に対して略垂直の状態にある場合は、金床は超音波ハンマの位置及び向きに対して二次元的に適合可能であり、溶接位置に沿って超音波ハンマと金床との間の均一な接触圧力が確保される。
さらに好ましくは、金床は超音波ハンマに向かう方向においてテンション手段により事前張設(pretensioned)される。これにより超音波ハンマは、溶接すべき材料(例えばプラスチック袋)を金床に対して押すことができ、また、金床と超音波ハンマとの間に所定の圧力が作用するように金床を僅かに押し戻すことができる。
さらに好ましくは、金床は、金床の動きを制動する制動手段に結合される。よって、超音波ハンマと金床との接合後、ハンマと金床との間に締付された溶接材料により維持されたハンマと金床との接触ができるだけ迅速に生成されるような状況が得られる。よって、跳ね返りが大幅に抑制され得る。
複数の金床を平行に隣接配置する一実施の形態は有利である。複数の溶接位置の溶接のために、同じ金床で複数の溶接位置を溶接することができる。さらに、複数の隣接した独立の金床を提供することができる。後者は、金床が、超音波ハンマに対する、或いは中間に締付された材料に対する金床の位置に適合し得るので、溶接位置全体にわたって均一な圧力が確保されるという利点を有する。金床が大きければ大きいほど、溶接位置全体にわたる均一な圧力の実現が困難である。この点に関して、平行レバーを個別の旋回ホルダに配置することも好ましい。
構造を簡略化するには、複数の旋回ホルダを一つの共有のキャリアに搭載する。
本発明の実施の形態は図中の例として示される。
図1及び図2は、懸架用平行レバー2に懸架された金床1を示す。平行レバー2は二つのレバー6、7を有し、レバー6、7は心棒8、9に対する旋回のために取り付けられ、互いに平行に配置されている。平行レバーの下端部には、二つの横断部材13が設けられ、これらの横断部材13は、平行レバー6、7の二つの下端部を一体化する。この点に関して、二つの旋回心棒11、12が設けられている。金床1は、下方の横断部材13に配置されている。心棒8、9は、上方の横断部材10に取り付けられ、上方の横断部材10は、ホルダ3に固定されている。ホルダ3は、本質的に水平方向に平行レバー2から延出している。ホルダ3は、その端部において、心棒4に対する旋回のために取り付けられている。ホルダ3はこの心棒によりキャリア5に取り付けられている。
金床1は、その前方に溶接唇部15を有し、ここには、溶接シームを幾つ形成すべきかによって単一の溶接唇部又は複数の唇部を設けることができる。近接した二つの溶接シームの配置は非常に有利であることが分かっている。
素子14は溶接唇部15から離れた側に係合する。金床に直接係合する代わりに、平行レバー又は他の移動部材に係合することもできる。この素子14は、ばね及び/又は制動効果を有することができる。金床1は、素子14又は他のばね素子により超音波ハンマの方向において事前張設(pretensioned)されている。素子14又は他のばね素子は、圧縮空気、ばね若しくは他の弾性素子の力又は他の力を用いて金床1に対して押圧するピストンを有することができる。
素子14又はそれに隣接配置された素子は、金床1と、或いは平行レバー2の移動部材と相互作用し、金床1の動き及び平行レバー2の動きに対する制動効果も有することができ、金床1の動きを制動する。これは、そのとき存在する均一な圧力で超音波溶接を実行可能にするためには超音波ハンマ16と金床1との接合後にできるだけ早く金床1の安定位置が得られるべきであるので、高速溶接のときには特に有利である。
好ましくは、素子14は、金床1の各端部に設けられる。すなわち好ましくは金床毎に二つの素子14である。
超音波ハンマ16の方向に金床1を事前張設するばね素子(例えば素子14)は、超音波ハンマ16の方向において一定の最大偏位までのみ金床を事前張設するが金床をそれ以上偏位できないように構成され得る。この場合、ばね素子(例えば素子14)に対して平行レバー2又は金床1をこの位置に僅かに事前張設して、所定の位置を生成する別の素子を設けることが実行可能である。その方向におけるばね素子の金床1を事前張設する力は、ばね素子により利用可能な力よりも弱くされるべきである。
図2における超音波ハンマ16は、金床1と超音波ハンマ16との間に溶接材料17(プラスチック袋)の上端部を締付するために、金床1から離れて移動可能である。これをするために、超音波ハンマ16は金床1に対して押され材料17を締付する。金床1はここでは図2に示されるように、僅かに右に変位し、ばね素子14による事前張設力に抗する。
超音波ハンマ16と金床1との間に制御された圧力を有するこの位置において、材料17の溶接が容易に実行可能である。
しかし、キャリア5は、移動可能に構成することもでき、これにより、キャリア上の金床1を超音波ハンマから離れて移動させるようにする。これにより、超音波ハンマと金床との間にプラスチック袋を導入する空間が生成される。そして、溶接すべき材料17は、超音波ハンマの方向におけるキャリア5の動きにより締付される。
図3は、複数の金床1a〜1dが複数の平行レバー2a〜2d上に隣接配置された実施の形態を示す。この種の装置により、互いに隣接する複数の材料の複数の溶接処理を実行することができる。例えば、これにより複数の隣接するプラスチック袋を溶接することができる。これによりスループット率を著しく増大させることができる。個々の金床はここでは互いに独立に取り付けられているので、各金床は平行レバー及びそれぞれのホルダ3a〜3dを通して個別に方向付けることができる。しかし、ホルダ3は、コンパクトな設計にするために共通のキャリア5に配置される。
好ましくは、別々の超音波ハンマが各金床に割り当てられる。しかし、複数の金床又は全ての金床に超音波ハンマを一つだけ割り当てることもできる。
溶接すべき袋又は他の物品は、金床の列に沿った方向において金床に渡すことができ、或いはそれに対して垂直な方向に互いに隣接して金床に渡すことができる。
図1〜図3において分かるように、二部(two-part)溶接唇部15が設けられている。これにより、二つの隣接配置された溶接シームが与えられ、例えばプラスチック袋の特に安全な封止が確保される。平行レバー2への金床1の取り付けにより、両方の封止唇部は、休止位置からの金床の偏位とは無関係に、金床16に常時接触可能となる。これは、密閉溶接シームの生成に有利である。
両方の溶接唇部の圧力は常時略均等であるため、これら二つの溶接唇部はいずれも、金床1と超音波ハンマ16との間の移動中の摩擦が他方に比べて大きくなることはなく、よって用具の寿命が非常に長い。

Claims (12)

  1. 平行レバー(2)への金床(1)の取り付けを特徴とする超音波溶接用の金床(1)。
  2. 前記金床(1)は前記平行レバー(2)に懸架されて取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金床。
  3. 前記平行レバー(2)は、心棒(4)に対して旋回可能なホルダ(3)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の金床。
  4. 前記ホルダ(3)が旋回可能な心棒(4)は、前記平行レバー(2)が旋回する心棒(8、9)に対して略垂直に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の金床。
  5. 前記金床(1)は、事前張設手段(14)により超音波ハンマ(16)の方向に事前張設され、前記事前張設手段(14)は例えばばね、弾性素子又は圧縮空気ばねであり、前記弾性素子は例えばゴム素子であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の金床。
  6. 前記金床(1)は、前記金床(1)の動きを制動する制動手段(14)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の金床。
  7. 少なくとも一つの超音波ハンマ(16)と、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の少なくとも一つの金床(1)とを備えた超音波溶接用の装置。
  8. 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の複数の金床(1a、1b、1c、1d)を互いに隣接配置して設けたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
  9. 請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の複数の金床(1a、1b、1c、1d)をそれぞれ個別の平行レバー(2)に取り付けて設けたことを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8記載の装置。
  10. 各平行レバー(2a、2b、2c、2d)を旋回ホルダに配置し、様々な前記ホルダ(3a、3b、3c、3d)を共通のキャリア(5)に取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
  11. フィルム、特に化合物のフィルムの超音波溶接のために提供されたことを特徴とする請求項6から請求項10のいずれかに記載の装置。
  12. 特にプラスチック袋(17)の充填装置と組み合わせて、充填されたプラスチック袋(17)の溶接のために提供されたことを特徴とする請求項6から請求項11記載の装置。
