技术领域
本发明涉及用于超声波熔接的砧和装置。具有这种性质的砧和装置例如用于封闭一旦填充就必须封闭其上端的塑料袋。为了封闭塑料袋,将所述上端夹紧在超声波锤与砧之间,然后通过利用从超声波锤发出的超声波来熔接封闭所述上端。
背景技术
为了得到良好的熔接缝,有利的是使砧和超声波锤具有良好的平整接触,从而确保将超声波平整传输到膜材料中。
为了能够将待熔接的材料夹紧在超声波锤与砧之间,这些部件都必须可相对彼此运动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于实现这一可运动性,从而获得良好密封的熔接缝,并且装置几乎没有磨损。
通过根据本发明的一种用于超声波熔接的装置实现这一目的,所述装置具有至少一个超声波锤以及至少一个砧,其特征在于:所述砧安装在平行杆上,所述平行杆包括两个杆,所述两个杆安装成用于绕两个轴并彼此平行对齐,所述两个杆的上端和下端分别由上横向件和下横向件连接;所述砧通过预张紧装置沿着超声波锤的方向预张紧。
根据本发明,所述砧被支承在平行杆上。通过这一支承,确保了所述砧表面和所述超声波锤的表面在任何位置都是平行的。因此,所述砧与超声波锤之间的摩擦磨损被最小化,这是因为在所述砧和所述超声波锤可相对彼此采取的各位置处总是形成平整的接触。
优选的是,所述砧通过悬垂而支承在所述平行杆上,以便形成限定的平衡位置(rest position)。
所述平行杆优选安装在保持件上,其中所述保持件自身可绕一轴旋转。如果该轴定位成近似垂直于供所述平行杆绕着旋转的轴,则所述砧可在二维上适于超声波锤的位置和定向,从而沿着熔接位置确保了所述超声波锤与所述砧之间的均匀接触压力。
此外优选的是,通过张紧装置沿向着超声波锤的方向预张紧所述砧。这样,所述超声波锤可将待熔接的材料(例如,塑料袋)压靠在所述砧上,并稍微向后挤压所述砧,从而在所述砧与所述超声波锤之间作用预定的压力。
而且,所述砧优选地连接到对所述砧的运动进行缓冲的缓冲装置上。由此就实现了这样的情形,即,在将所述超声波锤和砧靠拢之后,尽快地产生了所述超声波锤与砧(它们之间夹有熔接材料)之间的持续接触。这样在很大程度上抑制了任何振动(bouncing)。
其中多个砧相邻平行布置的一个实施例是有利的。为了对多个熔接位置进行熔接,可用同一个砧来熔接多个熔接位置。而且,可提供多个相邻而独立的砧。后一方案具有这样的优点,即,所述砧可使其位置适于所述超声波锤或夹在中间的材料,从而在熔接位置上确保了均匀的压力。所述砧越大,就越难以在整个熔接位置上获得均匀的压力。在这方面,将所述平行杆布置在相应的旋转保持件上也是优选的。
为了简化结构,将多个旋转保持件安装在一个公共支架上。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了悬置在悬挂平行杆2上的砧1。平行杆2包括两个杆6、7,它们安装成用于绕轴8、9旋转,并彼此平行对齐。在平行杆的下端处设有将平行杆6、7的两个下端连接在一起的两个横向件13。在这方面,设有两个旋转轴11和12。砧1布置在下横向件13上。轴8和9安装在上横向件10内,上横向件10又紧固至保持件3。该保持件3从平行杆2大致沿水平方向延伸。保持件3在其端部安装成绕轴4旋转。保持件3安装成使该轴位于支架5上。
砧1在其前侧上包括熔接唇15,其中可根据待形成的熔接缝的多少而设置单个熔接唇或设置多个熔接唇。已经证明紧密相邻地布置两个熔接缝是非常有利的。
在背对熔接唇15的一侧上接合有元件14。除了与砧直接接合之外,元件14还可与平行杆或其它运动部件接合。该元件14可具有弹簧效应和/或缓冲效应。砧1通过元件14或另一弹簧元件而沿着超声波锤的方向预张紧。元件14或其它弹簧元件可包括活塞,该活塞利用压缩空气、弹簧或弹性元件的力或其它力而压靠砧1。
与砧1或者与平行杆2的运动部分相互作用的元件14或布置在元件14附近的元件也可具有对砧1和平行杆2的运动进行缓冲的作用,从而缓冲砧1的运动。这尤其在高速熔接时是有利的,因为在超声波锤16和砧1靠拢之后,应尽快地获得砧1的稳定位置,以便能利用此时存在的均匀压力进行超声波熔接。
优选的是,元件14设置在砧1的每个端部处,即,每个砧优选有两个元件14。
沿着超声波锤16的方向预张紧砧1的弹簧元件(例如,元件14)可构造成使其只沿着超声波锤16的方向将砧预张紧至某一最大程度的偏离,而不能使砧进一步偏离。在此情况下,可行的是设置另一元件来稍微预张紧平行杆2或砧1,使之在该位置靠在弹簧元件(例如,元件14)上,从而产生限定位置。沿该方向将砧1预张紧在弹簧元件上的力应小于弹簧元件可产生的力。
为了将熔接材料17(塑料袋)的上端夹紧在砧1与超声波锤16之间,可使图2中的超声波锤16远离砧1运动。为此,将超声波锤16推到砧1上,夹紧材料17。如图2所示,砧1在这里抵抗弹簧元件14产生的预张紧力而稍微向右移动。
在该位置,可通过超声波锤16与砧1之间的受控压力而容易地实现材料17的熔接。
然而,支架5也可构造成是可运动的,以便使其上的砧远离超声波锤运动。这样就产生可将塑料袋引入到超声波锤与砧之间的空间。然后通过支架5沿超声波锤方向的运动而夹紧待熔接的材料17。
图3示出了其中多个砧1a至1d相邻布置在多个平行杆2a至2d上的实施例。利用具有这一性质的装置,可对彼此相邻的多个材料进行多个熔接处理。因此,例如可熔接多个相邻的塑料袋。这样可显著提高生产率。这里,个体砧彼此独立地安装,从而每个砧可通过平行杆和相应的保持件3a至3d的旋转而单独定向。不过,随后可将保持件3安装在公共支架5上以实现紧凑设计。
优选的是,为每个砧分配单独的超声波锤。然而,还可为多个砧或所有的砧仅分配一个超声波锤。
待熔接的袋子或其它物体可在沿砧排的方向上或者在与砧排垂直的方向上彼此靠近地传送至砧。
如从图1至图3可看到的,设置有两部分熔接唇15。这产生两个相邻定位的熔接缝,从而确保例如塑料袋的特别牢固的密封。由于将砧1安装在平行杆2上,所以不管砧如何偏离其平衡位置,两个密封唇都可始终与超声波锤16接触。这对生成良好密封的熔接缝是有利的。
因为作用在两个熔接唇上的压力总是近似相等的,所以这两个熔接唇的任何一个在砧1与超声波锤16之间的运动过程中都不会由于摩擦而比另一个受到更大的磨损,因此这里工具寿命非常长。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于超声波熔接的装置,所述装置具有至少一个超声波锤(16)以及至少一个砧(1),其特征在于:
所述砧(1)安装在平行杆(2)上,所述平行杆(2)包括两个杆(6,7),所述两个杆(6、7)安装成用于绕两个轴(8、9)旋转并彼此平行对齐,所述两个杆(6、7)的上端和下端分别由上横向件(10)和下横向件(13)连接;
所述砧(1)通过预张紧装置(14)沿着超声波锤(16)的方向预张紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述砧(1)悬置地安装在所述平行杆(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述平行杆(2)紧固至可绕轴(4)旋转的保持件(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述保持件(3)可绕着旋转的所述轴(4)定位成基本垂直于所述平行杆(2)绕着旋转的轴(8,9)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预张紧装置为弹性元件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为弹簧或橡胶元件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧为压缩空气弹簧。
8.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预张紧装置(14)具有对所述砧(1)的运动进行缓冲的缓冲效应。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,多个所述砧(1a,1b,1c,1d)布置成彼此相邻。
10.根据权利要求1或9所述的装置,其特征在于,设有多个所述砧(1a,1b,1c,1d),而且每个所述砧都安装在相应的平行杆(2)上。
11.根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,每个平行杆(2a,2b,2c,2d)都布置在旋转保持件上,其中,所述各个保持件(3a,3b,3c,3d)安装在公共支架(5)上。
12.根据权利要求6至11中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,该装置设置成用于膜的超声波熔接。
13.根据权利要求6至12中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,该装置设置成用于已填充的塑料袋(17)的熔接。
