Abstract

本发明涉及一种用超声锤(9)和砧板(8)在箔袋(1)上制造焊缝(2)的设备,砧板(8)于朝向超声锤(9)的焊接侧设有一纵长突出部(10),箔袋(1)的箔料(3a,3b,6a,6b,7a,7b)可夹持于突出部(10)和超声锤(9)之间,突出部(10)设有至少一个平行于突出部(10)延伸的凹陷部(11)。本发明还涉及一种在多个箔袋(1)上生成多条焊缝(2)的设备,其中多个前述设备并排排列,同时开动。本发明还涉及一种在箔袋(1)上生成焊缝(2)的方法,其中箔袋(1)夹持于超声锤(9)和砧板(8)之间,砧板(8)于朝向超声锤(9)的焊接侧设有一纵长突出部(10),通过超声在箔袋(1)上制造焊缝(2),突出部(10)上设有至少一个平行于焊缝(2)延伸的凹陷部(11)。本发明还涉及一种具有焊缝(2)的箔袋(1),其中焊缝(2)包括至少两个焊接区(12,13)和至少三个或四个密封楔形块(14a,14b,14c,14d)。

Description

用于制造焊缝和箔袋的设备和方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种用于在箔袋上生成焊缝和制造箔袋的设备和方法。
【背景技术】
箔袋为现有用于装盛液态或浆状物品的封装,如饮料、动物食品、乳酪、染料和肥皂等物品都可以用箔袋包装,此类型的箔袋可以是由两个侧箔片和一个底箔片构成的直立式袋子。
不同箔片各自的边缘可以通过加热密封方法或超声密封方法焊合在一起,以制成这样的一个袋子。
焊缝处有时会产生不希望出现的细小裂缝。
【发明内容】
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种可用于在箔袋上生成改良焊缝和制造具有改良焊缝的箔袋的装置和方法。
本发明的发明目的是通过如权利要求1或10所述的设备、如权利要求11所述的方法,以及如权利要求12所述的箔袋来实现的,较佳实施方式如各从属权利要求所揭示。
为了生成焊缝,需提供一个超声锤和一个砧板。超声波可以注入超声锤持有的箔料中,以使得箔料局部融化。为了使超声波自超声锤有效地注入箔料中,箔料可以夹持于超声锤和砧板之间。
砧板于朝向超声锤一侧设有一个突出部,以将箔袋夹持于超声锤和突出部之间。
砧板的突出部上设有至少一个凹陷部,该凹陷部可以设置为一条平行于突出部和焊缝延伸的凹槽。
在砧板的突出部,箔料在超声波的作用下融化并被超声锤和砧板共同挤压出突出部。结果,熔融的箔料在砧板的边缘处形成密封楔形块,以将未融的箔料粘合在一起,并形成焊缝密封。
通过突出部上凹陷部的设置,还可以形成一条具有四个上述密封楔形块的焊缝,并因而获得良好、安全的密封效果。
位于凹陷部边缘的两个密封楔形块还可以在凹陷部长在一起,以合并成一个密封楔形块或一个密封区,因而总共生成三个密封楔形块。
为了防止流入凹陷部的熔融箔料产生任何大的凸起,并使得流入凹陷部的熔融箔料可以在附加压力作用下和未融箔料接触,凹陷部的深度最好适当小于突出部的高度。
为了使焊缝具有良好的密封效果,凹陷部的宽度约为突出部宽度的10%至90%,更好约为突出部宽度的25%至50%,最好约为突出部宽度的30%至35%。
砧板最好不是固定安装,而是可以适度倾斜,最好是可以围绕两个轴倾斜。轴不仅可以贯穿砧板延伸,也可以延伸出砧板。
安装砧板时,最好能通过两个压力元件,如弹簧、塑胶件等,使砧板朝着超声锤方向预拉伸。
这些设置和初始张力可保证压力沿着位于砧板和超声锤之间的焊缝均匀分布,这有利于焊缝沿长度方向均匀形成。
为了方便砧板的调正、对位,上述两个压力元件最好可以作用于砧板的端部附近。
为了进一步加强焊缝密封的可靠性,还可以设置多个凹陷部或凹槽,各凹陷部或凹槽彼此平行伸展。这样可以获得三个、四个或者更多的密封楔形块,并取得更好的密封效果。
本发明所述的设备还可在并排排列的多个箔袋上生成多条焊缝,而各种机械装置又可通用于各种焊接装置中,因此可以提高产率、简化设计。
在本发明所述的方法中,箔袋欲生成焊缝的部位夹持于砧板的突出部和超声锤之间,焊缝通过超声锤中超声波的加压生成。砧板的突出部在和超声锤的对接处设有至少一个凹陷部。
箔袋设有一条焊缝,且该焊缝包括至少两个焊接区和至少三个或四个密封楔形块。

【具体实施方式】
图1a所示为箔袋1的立体示意图,图1b为图1a所示箔袋1的剖视示意图。箔袋1包括两个侧箔片3a、3b和一个底箔片5,其中底箔片5已经折叠并焊接于侧箔片3a、3b的下侧缘,侧箔片3a、3b的上侧缘沿图1a所示箔袋1的左右方向焊接在一起。侧箔片3a、3b上侧缘的焊接以及侧箔片3a、3b和底箔片5的焊接可以通过热熔焊进行,也可以通过超声焊进行。
箔袋1的上端4可设置成敞开的,而未通过焊缝2封闭。这样,物品可以从上端4装入成品箔袋1中,当物品填充至上端4后再通过焊缝2将箔袋1封闭。
物品装盛完毕后,箔袋1上端4的焊接很可能会出现密封问题,因为箔袋1的内侧壁上可能附着有影响紧密焊缝生成的杂质。下述的设备和方法不仅可便于在箔袋1的上端4处生成焊缝2,而且还可以运用于其他焊缝。
图2a所示为箔袋1的上端4,两个侧箔片3a、3b在此处接合。图2a所示的侧箔片3a、3b分别至少由两层薄层6a、7a和6b、7b组成,且薄层6a,6b还可以包含多层薄层。例如,薄层6a、6b可以包括一层铝箔和一层不易焊接的塑胶,薄层6a,6b也可以设有可从外面观察得到的装饰图案。
薄层7a、7b是由一种可焊性材料,如聚乙烯,制成。侧箔片3a的薄层7a和侧箔片3b的薄层7b在上端4处直接相互接触,但最初尚未永久性结合在一起,图2a所示为超声波注入前的情形。
箔袋1的上端4夹持于一个砧板8和一个超声锤9之间,砧板8设有一个和箔袋1的上端4接触的突出部10。砧板8和超声锤9可以通过砧板8或超声锤9或两者的直线运动或旋转运动相互远离和相互靠近。砧板8预拉抵靠于超声锤9上,或超声锤9预拉抵靠于砧板8上。
超声锤9连接至超声源上,以保证超声波通过超声锤9注入箔袋1。这在突出部10处尤为显著,因为突出部10处超声锤9和箔袋1之间的压力更高。
突出部10的宽度为a,高度为h。突出部10上设有凹陷部11,凹陷部11可以以凹槽的形式开设。凹陷部11的宽度b约为突出部10的宽度a的三分之一。此外,凹陷部11的深度t略小于突出部10的高度h。
除了仅仅设置一个凹陷部11外,突出部10上还可以设置两个、三个或者更多凹陷部11。此时,相邻凹陷部之间会形成一个突台(未图示),突台可以和位于凹槽外侧的突出部10平齐,也可以比突出部10高或低。各凹陷部宽度的总和约为突出部10宽度a的10%至90%,或约为突出部10宽度a的25%至50%,或仅为突出部10宽度a的30%至35%。
图2b所示为超声波注入后的情形:随着超声波的注入,薄层7a、7b,尤其是突出部10处的薄层7a、7b的箔料开始融化,但凹陷部11处的薄层7a、7b的箔料并未融化。在箔料于压力作用下紧贴超声锤9的区域,超声波可以很好地注入箔料中,并产生局部加热。熔融的箔料在砧板8和超声锤9的挤压下流出此区域(焊接区12,13),随后在区域14a、14b、14c和14d处形成密封楔形块,并将两个侧箔片3a、3b粘合在一起。虽然薄层6a、6b本身并不会因超声波的作用而融化,但它们可以将薄层7a、7b熔融的箔料维持在一起,并使得熔融的箔料流至平行于超声锤9或砧板8表面的箔层平面。此外,薄层6a、6b还可以防止箔料粘在砧板8或超声锤9上。
沿着焊缝2延伸的四个密封楔形块的形成,可以使得焊缝2具有很好的密封效果。
如果突出部10上设有多个凹陷部11,则还可能形成更多的密封楔形块或焊接区,以使得焊缝2具有更佳的密封效果。
可以通过调整凹陷部11的深度t或宽度b的设置,使得位于区域14b、14c处的两个密封楔形块相互接触并合并成一个密封楔形块。如果凹陷部11的空间有限,那么熔融的箔料将在压力作用下流入并填充整个凹陷部11空间,以使得侧箔片3a、3b未熔化的区域之间产生理想的粘结效果,这同样适用于设置多个凹陷部11的情形。
图3所示为支撑状态下砧板8的立体示意图,从图示砧板8的前面可见突出部10上设有凹陷部11。除了仅设置一个凹陷部11外,突出部10上还可以设置相互平行延伸的多个凹陷部11。
砧板8安装于两个旋转件16上,旋转件16的旋转轴15平行于突出部10。
突出部10可以沿着砧板8的长度方向贯穿延伸,也可以仅仅沿着砧板8的长度方向部分延伸。
两个旋转件16均组接于元件17上,元件17自身可以转动,元件17的旋转轴14垂直于旋转件16的旋转轴15。
因此,砧板8可以在轻微的机械作用下围绕旋转轴14和旋转轴15产生倾斜。
为了将砧板8预拉抵靠于超声锤9上,砧板8一恻设置两个直接作用于砧板8上的弹性元件18、19。在本发明的另一个实施方式中,也可以用弹簧或其他压力件对旋转件16、元件17进行预拉伸。但是,通过作用于砧板8两端的两个弹性元件18、19直接预拉抵靠砧板8更简单、有效。
砧板8围绕旋转轴15向超声锤9的旋转运动最好受到适当限制,这样当砧板8自超声锤9分离时,砧板8和超声锤9之间会产生一定间隙,以容置箔袋1于其中。当砧板8和超声锤9再次接触时,箔袋1就可以夹持于砧板8和超声锤9之间。当砧板8和超声锤9进一步靠近时,砧板8不仅围绕旋转轴15向着图3所示左侧倾斜,而且同时通过弹性元件18、19预拉抵靠于超声锤9上。这样,就可以在砧板8和超声锤9之间产生必要的压力,以确保超声波顺利注入箔袋1的箔料中。请参阅图2,制造焊缝2时,砧板8的上端最好是垂直的或稍向左倾斜。
超声锤9的上方还可以设置一个由弹簧钢等制成的弹性夹,弹性夹可以将箔袋1的上端4凸伸出突出部10的部分压靠于砧板8上,以将箔袋1夹持于砧板8和超声锤9之间的适当位置。此过程中,弹性夹最好能固定组接于超声锤9上,弹性夹可以使箔袋1的上端4贴靠在图3所示突出部10上方的砧板8的平壁上。
砧板8绕旋转轴14的倾斜可以补偿支撑状态下砧板8或超声锤9的细微偏差,或侧箔片3a、3b厚度的细小差异。因此,弹性元件18、19所产生的压力可在砧板8的宽度方向或沿着焊缝2均匀分布,这有利于焊缝2的均匀成型。
多个图3所示的设备还可以并排排列,这样就可以用数个相同的固定装置和传送装置同时焊接若干相邻排列的箔袋1。
除了每个箔袋1对应设置一个可以翻转的砧板8外,一个砧板8也可以对应设置有两个或更多的箔袋1。

Claims (13)

1.一种可在箔袋(1)上制造焊缝(2)的设备,其包括超声锤(9)和砧板(8),砧板(8)设有朝向超声锤(9)的焊接侧,焊接侧上设有一纵长突出部(10),以夹持箔袋(1)的箔料(3a,3b,6a,6b,7a,7b)于突出部(10)和超声锤(9)之间,其特征在于:所述突出部(10)设有至少一个平行于突出部(10)延伸的凹陷部(11),所述至少一个凹陷部(11)的深度(t)小于所述突出部(10)相对于焊接侧凸伸的高度(h),所述至少一个凹陷部(11)的宽度(b)为所述突出部(10)的宽度(a)的25%至50%,突出部(10)的宽度(a)小于超声锤(9)的宽度,在砧板(8)的突出部(10),箔料(7a,7b)在超声波的作用下融化并被超声锤(9)和砧板(8)共同挤压出突出部(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述砧板(8)可以倾斜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于:所述砧板(8)可围绕至少两个轴(14,15)倾斜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:至少两个弹性元件(18,19)施加作用力于所述砧板(8)的至少两个不同部位,以将所述砧板(8)推向并抵靠于所述超声锤(9)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于:所述两个弹性元件(18,19)作大致用于所述砧板(8)的端部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述箔袋(1)的上端(4)通过一个弹性夹而贴靠于砧板(8)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述突出部(10)上设有至少两个凹陷部(11),各凹陷部(11)宽度的总和为所述突出部(10)的宽度(a)的10%至90%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于:所述各凹陷部(11)宽度的总和为所述突出部(10)的宽度(a)的25%至50%。
9.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于:所述各凹陷部(11)宽度的总和为所述突出部(10)的宽度(a)的30%至35%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述至少一个凹陷部(11)的宽度(b)为所述突出部(10)的宽度(a)的30%至35%。
11.一种可在多个箔袋上生成多条焊缝的设备,其中多个如权利要求1至10项中任意一项所述的设备并排排列,并可以同时开动。
12.一种在夹持于超声锤(9)和砧板(8)之间的箔袋(1)上生成焊缝(2)的方法,其中,砧板(8)于朝向超声锤(9)的焊接侧上设有一纵长形突出部(10),通过超声在箔袋(1)上制造焊缝(2),其特征在于:所述突出部(10)设有至少一个平行于突出部(10)延伸的凹陷部(11),所述至少一个凹陷部(11)的深度(t)小于所述突出部(10)相对于焊接侧凸伸的高度(h),所述至少一个凹陷部(11)的宽度(b)为所述突出部(10)的宽度(a)的25%至50%,突出部(10)的宽度(a)小于超声锤(9)的宽度,在砧板(8)的突出部(10),箔料(7a,7b)在超声波的作用下融化并被超声锤(9)和砧板(8)共同挤压出突出部(10)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于:所述至少一个凹陷部(11)的宽度(b)为所述突出部(10)的宽度(a)的30%至35%。
