Abstract

Description

制造轻型构件的方法和支承件
本发明涉及轻型结构板(构筑板),例如用在轻型建筑和家俱行业中的结构板。
这种轻型结构板包括两个相对薄的外覆盖层例如刨花板以及设于这两个覆盖层之间的填充体,例如由硬纸板制成的蜂窝结构。所述类型的轻型结构板的机械性能十分稳定,质量轻,并且如果边缘被修理整齐的话,则看起来十分吸引人。特别是由于其重量很轻以及其生产消耗的资源少,所以变得越来越受欢迎。
用于这种轻型结构板的边缘(装饰边)例如可以是塑料条,其例如在外表面被贴封上并带有合适的装饰,还可以在其背面涂有粘合剂。以胶粘边条形式构成的装饰边也是可用的。
然而,以外观吸引人的方式修整边部有时还无法取得令人满意的结果。特别是针对可大批量成形生产的商品,最好能在定尺切断后由技工不费力地使用可供使用的工具对被定尺切断的轻型结构板加设边部。
为了固定边部,现有技术一方面公开了提供所谓的横档,就是说完全填满在边条区域内的覆盖层之间空隙的颗粒型材。然后,合适类型的可买到的边条被粘结到横档上。这样的横档在机械性方面是相当牢固的。然而,这样的方式显著增加了板总重量,并且必须十分费力才能事后装设。因此,它们比较适合在构建轻型结构板时进行装配,从而比较适合工业化生产。
另一方面,公开了所谓的支承边。其为安装在覆盖层之间边部上的塑料条或塑料板条,其中一般还需要对覆盖层进行内部打磨。具有装饰的实际边部然后被粘接在所述支承边上。文献EP1640128示出一种方法变型,其中该边部在支承边安装前被粘接在支承边上。
该支承件技术同样十分费事并且需要使用专门用于支承边的机器。如果不是用于工业化生产,其使用必然具有不利之处,甚至几乎是不可能的。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于生产轻型构件的方法以及一种用于所述方法的支承件,其能够克服现有技术的缺陷,而且尤其适用于非工业化生产。
所述目的通过专利权利要求所限定的方法来实现。

根据所述第一方面,能量输送通过超声焊头来实施,振动可通过超声焊头被耦合输入边部支承件。振动可按如下方式被耦合输入边部支承件,即,振动通过边部支承件被传送至与覆盖层的界面处,并因为覆盖层和热塑性材料之间的摩擦和/或热塑性材料的内部摩擦(例如在导能部的协助下)而在与覆盖层的界面附近发生液化。作为变型方式,液化还可与配对件相接触地来实现,该配对件可以例如以L形方式卡接在边部支承件的后面,并且超声焊头的压力方向与配对件相反。然而,该耦合输入也可通过直接与超声焊头接触地液化来实现,即,该机械振动是在渗透深度或许受限制的情况下被耦合输入的。同时,在所述的实施例中,液化的热塑性材料被向外压入至覆盖层结构内。在这种情况下,超声焊头可以例如以L形的方式卡接至边部支承件的后面,从而液化关于该轻型构筑件在内侧在边部支承件上进行。采用外侧作用的配对件来施加与超声焊头压力相反的反力。

所述能量输送还能以其它方式来实施,例如通过机械方式,通过加热或通过经过边部支承件耦合输入辐射,该辐射在打毛的或因某些其它原因能吸收的、在边部支承件和覆盖层之间的界面处被吸收。
在本文中使用有关空间方向的术语如“水平的”或“竖直的”、“上侧”、“下侧”等是为了方便阅读。所述术语涉及这样的轻型构件,该轻型构件以一个平面侧放置在一个平坦表面上时,覆盖层是水平放置的。当然不能将它们理解为意指所描述的方法仅能以这样的定向来实施。显然,尤其对于相对小的轻型构件,其还可以例如在轻型构件竖直取向或轻型构件以一定角度倾斜定位的情况下实施。
本发明的做法可以产生重要的优点,能够使用以相对低成本的构件-边部支承件,它可用简单的装置来使用,即例如带超声焊头的超声装置。带超声焊头的超声装置可以是便携式装置(手持装置)或类似于固定安装的钻床由机架支撑的装置,使用该装置不仅可实施边部支承件的固定,还可用于其它工作步骤。超声装置还可是常见的固定不动的超声机器,如已知的用于工业化应用场合的那样;根据本发明的方法还可适用于工业化应用场合。
根据本发明的方法还使在窄侧附近的填充物不必被清除,因此优选以这样的方式进行使用。即使其在最终状态下包括在覆盖层之间延伸的区域,该边部支承件也几乎不需要什么深度,而且假如填充材料足够柔软,则该材料可很容易被压进去。
而且,本发明使得覆盖层无需被预处理,例如开槽或沟槽等,即优选在定尺切断后将所述至少一个边部支承件固定,而不需要为边部支承件量身定做的方法步骤,虽然也不排除这样的步骤。
所述边部的固定优选在锚固一个或多个边部支承件之后进行。在锚固步骤和边部固定步骤之间,例如可以将边部的突出部分或可能有的多个边部支承件的突出部分铣掉。如果固定步骤发生在边部支承件锚固之后,尤其还可以将弯曲或倾斜的窄侧修边,不会产生过大的应力。
然而,还可在将边部支承件锚固之前固定该边部;其可在制造过程中进行,即,边部可在制造过程中构成,从而边部包括边部支承件。这还包括制成边部/边部支承件的一体组件,即,在该实施例中,边部和边部支承件(或多个边部支承件)还可以是整体的同质或异质的构件。机械振动的耦合输入于是可以通过边部来进行,就是说,超声焊头在外侧作用于边部。
在边部的锚固过程中,方向朝内的支承力,也就是说分别指向另一覆盖层的支承力,优选作用在一个覆盖层或多个覆盖层。此支承力可防止覆盖层在装上支承边时分开;另外,这还有助于保持轻型结构板的厚度公差。
根据本发明的第一个方案,超声焊头从窄侧作用,就是说不会经过覆盖层。然而,优选该边部支承件在锚固后基本位于覆盖层之间,就是说,最多在后侧突出覆盖层一点,最好一点都没有突出(即边部支承件材料的大部分体积如至少2/3或至少80%的体积优选在锚固后位于覆盖层之间)。更优选的是,支承边以在外侧平齐或甚至更深的方式被装上,从而在安装真正的边部前的修整过程中(例如打磨以获得必要的平面度),仅可能有覆盖层或少量的边部支承件被磨掉。
在锚固之后及边部固定之前,可以实施去除材料的加工步骤,以确保对窄侧的齐整末端,在这里,覆盖层和/或边部支承件的材料可被去除。
就是说,虽然优选以如下方式锚固边部支承件,即,边部支承件位于覆盖层之间且在端侧不抵靠覆盖层,但依照优选实施例,超声焊头将通过沿水平方向的压力(即平行于覆盖层平面地施力)把边部支承件压靠到覆盖层端面上并且在同时耦合输入机械振动的情况下将边部支承件压入覆盖层之间。在这种情况下,热塑性材料的液化发生在该覆盖层或多个覆盖层的端面或覆盖层处和/或因为在覆盖层内表面上的摩擦而发生。
根据一个具体实施例,后支承件包括导引部,在该后支承件被保持就位时且机械振动被耦合入之前该导引部位于覆盖层之间,准确地说其处于这样的状态,即,其与两个覆盖层的内侧为表面接触,从而在被超声焊头进一步压入的过程中以导引的方式发生作用。该导引部从与覆盖层的接触表面突出并伸入到覆盖层之间的区域内(即,可能伸入至填充体区域内)。
为了使机械振动能被耦合输入边部支承件,后者具有相应的耦合输入表面。在压力沿水平方向的上述实施例中,耦合输入表面位于后侧(或者说近侧)并大致竖直,例如几乎与窄侧的延伸方向平行。
根据一个替代实施例,压力并不是水平施加的,而是由超声焊头竖向施加。这样,在锚固过程中,超声焊头的一部分伸入至覆盖层之间空隙内。与由水平力实施锚固的优选情形相比,上下覆盖层内的锚固并非同时而是相继发生。该实施例优选和以Z字形或网状的方式延伸的边部支承件结合。
对于具有竖直压力的实施例,在锚固的过程中,耦合输入表面位于覆盖层之间区域的内部,并且例如大致水平地设置。
以下将依照附图详细描述本发明的各个实施例。该附图是示意性的,并不按比例绘制。在图中,相同的标记指示相同或类似的部件:

从图1a-1d可见的定尺切断的轻型结构板包括-在以下将描述的实施例中也如此-上覆盖层1.1和下覆盖层1.2。覆盖层由木质材料制成。例如,其可形成为颗粒板、纤维板或层压(胶合)板。然而,本发明还适用于这样的应用场合,覆盖层由其它材料制得,在某些场合下可以是非基于木材的材料,该材料具有足够的机械强度和尺寸稳定性,还具有适于被液化的热塑性材料透入的结构,该热塑性材料如有基于塑料或金属的材料,尤其是复合材料。
所述覆盖层的厚度依应用场合而选择。如果覆盖层是由木质材料制得的,其厚度就可以具体为10mm或更小,例如2-8mm,因为对于这样的厚度,边部尤其需要被支承。
填充体2设置于覆盖层之间。比覆盖层材料更轻的填充体组成材料例如可以是由硬纸板或类似材料制成的蜂窝结构。其它的形成有壁和位于其之间的孔洞的填充体也是可以想到的,例如规则设置的多个条(轻型构件因此有时被称作“多壁片”)或管状结构。而且,使用Styropor或类似的泡沫材料以及例如蜂巢铝材也是可以想象的。通常,本发明并不依赖于填充体类型并且其工作与填充体的性质无关。
图1a、1b和1d示出在不同的方法步骤过程中穿过轻型构件的截面视图(相对于沿图1c中的线B-B的截面),图1c示出在根据本发明的方法过程中轻型构件的一个区域的平面视图(朝图1b中的箭头C方向)。
图1a所示类型的边部支承件3包括热塑性材料如聚合物,例如聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯或聚酯碳酸酯、丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯聚合物(ABS)、苯乙烯丙烯腈、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯。除了热塑性聚合物,该材料还可包括合适的填料如加强纤维,例如玻璃纤维或碳纤维。通常,所有的材料只要其具有足够高的强度和足够高的弹性模量如至少0.5GPa并能被超声局部液化,就是合适的材料。该材料通常与常用于超声焊接的材料是相同的材料。例如,ABS就是特别合适的材料。
边部支承件3的竖向延伸尺寸稍微小于轻型结构板的厚度。在与覆盖层1.1和1.2的接触表面3.1上,其包括导能部,该导能部例如呈突出的棱角或朝边缘渐缩的脊的形式。而且,突出的导向部3.2形成于覆盖层1.1、1.2之间的区域,其竖向延伸尺寸对应于覆盖层1.1、1.2之间距离。后表面3.3(关于轻型板,在图1a的配置中)基本是平面的并适用作机械振动的耦合输入表面。为了将边部支承件3锚固至轻型结构板的窄侧,边部支承件位于窄侧上并压靠其上(箭头7)。压力由超声焊头5施加,超声焊头的耦合输出表面5.1平贴在耦合输入表面3.3上。同时,朝内指的支承力(箭头8)被施加于覆盖层1.1、1.2,机械振动9通过超声焊头5被耦合输入边部支承件3。导向部3.2从而确保边部支承件的取向被限定并且在之后的熔化过程中没有发生不希望的倾斜。
机械振动例如是超声振动。通常,可使用频率范围在2kHz-100kHz、优选在10kHz-40kHz如约为20kHz的振动;当然也不排除其它的频率。产生振动的装置的功率-可使用可买到的超声装置-取决于其尺寸;其可位于100W-2000W的范围内。
可选择在机械振动开始之前施加压力7(还有可能的支承力8),以将边部支承件3稍微压入至接触表面3.1附近的覆盖层材料内,这使得在后续步骤中边部支承件更容易被导引并能确保将机械振动最佳输入边部支承件。在安放边部支承件之前施加支承力8是十分有利的,以确保在整个过程中覆盖层保持固定就位。
一旦机械振动9被耦合输入,则机械能被吸收,尤其在接触表面区域内被吸收(由于导能部和与覆盖层材料摩擦),结果,开始热塑性材料的液化。材料开始熔化并被压入覆盖层1.1、1.2中。同时,因为与覆盖层之间的摩擦,热塑性材料的初始熔化还可发生在导引部的水平支持表面3.4区域中。
在机械振动停止后,液化材料重新固化,从而获得与覆盖层材料的稳固形状配合连接。这在图1b中被示出。
沿着窄侧对多个边部支承件3实施所述锚固作业,该边部支承件优选按照固定的间隔设置,这尤其可见于图1c。
此时,每个边部支承件可被单独锚固,或者多个边部支承件可借助覆盖多个边部支承件的延伸的超声焊头被同时加入。
总之得到了窄侧的延伸区,该延伸区按以下方式配设有边部支承件,即,边部11可被粘接至平的后侧3.3上,该后侧在之前的步骤中作为机械振动的耦合输入表面。这图1d中被示出。
在粘接边部之前,或许还可以对窄侧(包括边部支承件)进行铣削或打磨,以使轻型构件在窄侧区域具有光滑规则的表面。
如果图1a所示类型的边部支承件3是透明地构成的,那么代替耦合输入机械振动或作为其补充,可将电磁辐射耦合输入其中,例如可以从后侧表面3.3耦合输入接触表面3.1区域,该接触表面通过粗糙度、颜料或其它方式来如此构成,即,电磁辐射能在该区域里被吸收。吸收的后果是在界面区域内的热塑性材料变热并最终液化,在同时施加的压力7的作用下,这也同样将导致如图1b所示的锚固。
图1a-1d示出以规则间隔设置的多个独立边部支承件的固定。然而,其还可使用连续的边部支承件(无尽端的边部支承件)。这样的边部支承件例如可以具有如图1a中的独立的边部支承件所示的截面。其可以在连续工艺过程中通过呈辊状前进的超声焊头来实现,或通过以熨斗形式移动经过后侧的超声焊头来实现。但是,也能以重复的工艺一段接一段地固定一个连续的边部支承件,如图2所示。图2示出类似于图1c的具有连续的边部支承件3的视图。在锚固过程中被超声焊头覆盖的区域12.1、12.2、12.3、12.4以虚线表示。如图所示,它们例如被选择成略微重叠。
如图2所示,该连续的边部支承件还可在后侧包括相应的装饰并形成边部,尤其在边部本来就以层压品形式构成的情况下。
当如在图1a-1d中那样锚固多个独立的边部支承件时,这些边部支承件3不一定要单独安置,而是按理想间隔被固定在连接件(如条带)上地来提供可能是有利的。这在图3a和3b中被示出。图3a示出该配置的正视图,即,从轻型构件侧方向(图3b的箭头A)的视图。图3b示出沿图3a中的线B-B的截面图。图1a-1d所示类型的边部支承件3被粘接或焊接在条14上。在将边部支承件3锚固后,条14可在根据图1a-1b所示类型的工艺过程中被除去,或者也可将其保留于其中,从而其后侧可作为接附边部11的粘接位置。作为替代,该条可相对稳定地制成并在其后侧带有想要的装饰,从而其本身可用作边部。如果连接件本身不用作边部,则其不一定呈条状构成,而也可以是例如网、众多并排的窄条的组合体或者限定边部支承件之间距离的其它柔性连接机构。
图4所示的边部支承件的变型与图1a-1b和图3a-3b中的边部支承件的不同之处在于,由于其外形和导引部的形状,其在被安置成与轻型构件接触时是倾斜设立的。如果在锚固后还对窄侧进行铣削或打磨,则倾斜设置是非常有利的。在笔直布置情况下,即边部支承件与平面侧垂直的情况下,边部支承件整体可能会有被铣头或打磨头擦到的风险,最糟糕的情况下还可能会断开。倾斜布置使头部可以一直作用在边部支承件上。
边部支承件的倾斜姿态还能使边部在更大的长度上得到支承。
根据图4的变型也可如虚线所示的那样同样选设预装在条带上。
图5a和5b示出一个实施例,在这里,在已锚固的状态下,具有导能部的接触表面3.1并没有在端侧抵靠窄侧,而是邻近窄侧地抵靠覆盖层1.1、1.2的内侧。外部高度h1,即在导能部的边部或末端之间测得的高度,此时被被设定成大于覆盖层1.1、1.2之间的距离。换句话说,当边部支承件3被插入覆盖层之间时,导能部抵靠覆盖层,从而如在上述实例中那样可沿轻型构件的平面施加水平压力7。内部高度h2,即除去导能部后的高度,可以与覆盖层之间距离大致相同。
在根据图5a和5b的实施例中,锚固主要发生在覆盖层的内侧。该实施例的优点在于,边部支承件可完全没入覆盖层之间,即,可施加压力7和机械振动9,直到超声焊头抵靠覆盖层端侧。在相应构造超声焊头的形状的情况下,边部支承件甚至可以朝里凹埋一点。
即使在具有本实施例所述的边部支承件的情况下没有导向部突出接触表面3.1外,真正的边部支承件本体(即没有导能部的边部支承件)也可在装入时起到导引作用,只要内部高度h2被选择成对应于覆盖层之间距离。这还适用于以下情况,根据图5a和图5b的边部支承件与图4类似地倾斜构成。
在具有本实施例所述的边部支承件的情况下,支承力8被施加至全部两个覆盖层。支承力8在此尤其重要,因为如果没有支承力,则根据图5a和5b的边部支承件的加入容易把这两个覆盖层顶分开。
根据图5a和5b的实施例也可和根据图1a-1d的实施例一样通过锚固单个边部支承件、锚固由一根条带(或网等类似物;条带或许可构成边部)相互连接的多个边部支承件或通过锚固连续的边部支承件(带有边部或不带边部)来实施。
本发明的一个优选原则是超声焊头从窄侧作用在边部支承件,就是说,不经过覆盖层。在上述实施例中,作用力7从端侧也即在水平方向上作用。以下将根据图6a和6b描述一个实施例,在这里,超声焊头同样从窄侧作用在边部支承件上,但是作用力是竖向施加的。
图6a示出了类似于图1c的正面视图。图6b示出了带超声焊头的截面视图。从图6a可见,边部支承件3连续延伸,就是说与图2中一样是“连续边部支承件”。边部支承件3包括多个分别以其接触表面3.1抵靠其中一个覆盖层1.1、1.2的水平部分3.5以及连接该水平部的过渡部分3.6。多个水平部分3.5分别交替位于上覆盖层1.1和下覆盖层1.2的内侧。
图6b示出了根据图6a的边部支承件3如何被锚固在轻型构件中。超声焊头呈具有横向突出部5.2的T形或L形构件,该突出部被插入覆盖层1.1、1.2之间空隙内。该突出部的上侧5.1a和下侧5.1b各自形成分别用于将上水平部分3.5锚固在上覆盖层1.1内和将下水平部分3.5锚固在下覆盖层内的耦合输出表面。图6b示出在锚固下水平部分3.5的过程中的情形。压力7方向向下。在该实施例中,支承力8同时是与压力方向相反的反力。当在下侧进行锚固时,可简单地通过将轻型构件放置在水平底座上来实施。当以朝上的压力锚固上侧水平部分时,有利地主动施加一个作用在上覆盖层1.1的反向力。
在锚固边部支承件3的过程中,例如可沿窄侧交替锚固上部和下部。然而,也可以例如先把所有的上部锚固好,然后再锚固所有的下部。可选的是,这也可伴随将整个轻型构件翻转来进行。在后者情况下,主动施加反向力可能是多余的,因为在锚固过程中总是会被向下压,而支承力则总是由压力所指向的底座来施加。
带有装饰的边部的安装可类似地依照上述实施例来实施。在这里,也可预先对窄侧进行铣削或打磨。本实施例甚至尤其适合该情况,其原因在于,如图所示,可将边部支承件锚固相对覆盖层端侧后缩地锚固。当这样做时,,覆盖层被去除如此多,直到其与边部支承件齐平以便能粘接该边部。
然而,与上述实施例不同,在根据图6a和6b的实例中,耦合输入表面显然不是用于固定边部的后侧表面,而是外表面。
还可想到许多其它的实施例,例如网状或栅格状的边部支承件、不同形状的超声焊头等。还可使用许多材料来制造边部支承件,而并非如在以上所示的例子中那样用一种材料。图7示出了边部支承件3,其至少在接触表面3.1区域含有热塑性部分3.11,其还包括非热塑性部分3.12(例如可由含有木材的建筑材料制成)。如果部分3.12安装在后侧上,则其对于例如与边部粘接是尤为有利的。
在图8a和8b所示的配置中,超声焊头5作用于边部支承件3的内侧并从内侧施加压力7。图8a示出了类似于图1a、1b、1d、5a和6b的截面图;图8b示出了沿图8a中的线B-B的截面。机械振动9被耦合输入超声焊头5,超声焊头5呈L形卡接在边部支承件的后面。配对件15用于施加必要的反向力7′。液化发生在超声焊头5和边部支承件3之间界面区域,边部支承件可以包括导能部3.8,从而液化能够由于被耦合输入边部支承件的振动而直接在该界面处可靠发生。如图8a所示,由于有该压力,被液化的热塑性材料向上及向下流动并被压入覆盖层结构内,进而形成锚固。即使热塑性材料渗透覆盖层一般不会像当边部支承件压靠覆盖层并与之接触地被液化时那样深入,然而还是可以在所述做法中获得充分的锚固。
在几乎与图8a和8b相同的配置中,机械振动还可从外侧被耦合输入边部支承件3,其中液化在接触配对件的情况下发生。在这样的配置中,超声焊头和配对件的作用与图8a和8b相比发生改变,即,15指的是超声焊头,而5指的是配对件。振动9于是被耦合输入超声焊头15;7′指的是压力,而7指的是反向力。
根据图8a和8b的方法或其变型还可通过代替机械能在边部支承件内耦合输入其它能量如热能来实施。因此可使用加热件作为工具,代替超声焊头。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于将边部固定至轻型构件的方法,该轻型构件包括两个覆盖层(1.1、1.2)和设置在这两个覆盖层之间的填充体(2),所述方法包括以下步骤:
-提供含有热塑性材料的边部支承件(3);
-将该边部支承件(3)锚固在这两个覆盖层(1.1,1.2)上,其中所述锚固的实现方式为,使该边部支承件(3)接触各覆盖层并通过从窄侧作用的超声焊头(3)将机械振动耦合输入该边部支承件,同时以如下方式将该边部支承件(3)压靠在该覆盖层(1.1,1.2)上,在热塑性材料和该覆盖层之间的过渡区内,一部分热塑性材料被液化并被压入该覆盖层内,从而在该热塑性材料硬化之后获得醒转配合锚固;
-实施或重复所述锚固步骤,直至窄侧的延伸区域配设有该边部支承件(3)或多个边部支承件(3);
-以如下方式将边部(11,14)固定至该边部支承件的外表面,在所述延伸区域内,在这两个覆盖层之间的空隙在朝着窄侧的方向上被封闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,将边部(14)固定至外表面的所述步骤发生在所述锚固步骤之前,例如在制造过程中已发生。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,将边部(11)固定至外表面的所述步骤发生在所述锚固步骤之后。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征是,在所述锚固步骤和所述边部固定步骤之间还实施这样的工艺步骤,在该窄侧的延伸区域中除去该覆盖层的材料和/或该边部支承件(3)或多个边部支承件的材料。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征是,该边部支承件(3)包括平行于该覆盖层延伸的第一部分(3.5)和连接所述第一部分的过渡部分(3.6),其中在借助超声焊头(5)的锚固过程中,第一部分(3.5)通过垂直于所述覆盖层(1.1,1.2)作用的力(7)被压靠在其中一个所述覆盖层的内侧上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征是,所述过渡部分如此倾斜延伸,该边部支承件整体具有第一部分(3.5)交替抵靠第一覆盖层(1.1)和第二覆盖层(1.2)的锯齿形走向或网状结构。
7.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的方法,其特征是,所述边部支承件同时在上覆盖层和下覆盖层中被锚固。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征是,多个独立的可选地通过连接件相连的边部支承件(3)被锚固,其中所述边部支承件(3)在锚固过程中通过与该覆盖层平行地作用的力从窄侧起被压靠到该覆盖层上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征是,在锚固之后,该边部支承件包括在两个覆盖层之间延伸并将其连接的本体状的部分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征是,该边部支承件(3)包括导引部(3.2),该导引部(3.2)在耦合输入机械振动之前被插入两个覆盖层之间并在内侧与两个覆盖层(1.1,1.2)面接触。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征是,在锚固之前,该边部支承件(3)在垂直于覆盖层(1.1,1.2)的方向上的延伸尺寸大于该覆盖层之间距离,并且在锚固之后,该边部支承件完全位于这些覆盖层之间。
12.根据前述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征是,在该边部支承件(3)的锚固过程中,向内指的支承力(8)被施加至这个覆盖层(1.1,1.2)或这些覆盖层上。
13.一种用于制造轻型构件的方法,包括以下步骤:
-提供轻型结构板,该结构板包括两个覆盖层和设于两个覆盖层之间的填充体;
-将定尺切断件从该轻型结构板分离;
-使用前述权利要求之一所述的方法将边部固定至该定尺切断件。
14.一种用于前述权利要求之一所述方法的边部支承件,具有热塑性材料,该热塑性材料形成用于抵靠轻型构件的两个覆盖层(1.1,1.2)的接触面(3.1),该边部支承件整体如此构成,当接触面(3.1)抵靠覆盖层时,该边部支承件没有在竖向上突出超过该覆盖层的部分,并且该边部支承件还包括用于在同时把至少一个接触面(3.1)压靠到其中一个所述覆盖层(1.1,1.2)时耦合输入机械振动的耦合输入表面(3.3),从而热塑性材料在该接触面(3.1)区域内被液化并被压入该覆盖层,并且该边部支承件至少具有这样的多个部分(3.2,3.5,3.6),这些部分被构造成在机械振动耦合输入之后在所述覆盖层之间区域内延伸并且还形成垂直于该覆盖层且平行于窄侧走向地延伸的外侧固定表面用于固定具有装饰的边部,或包括这样的具有装饰的边部。
15.根据权利要求14的边部支承件,其特征是,具有在该接触面(3.1)区域内的导能部。
