Abstract

Uređaj za postavljanje varnog šava (2) na vrećicu od folije (1), koji sadrži:- ultrazvučni čekić (9) i- nakovanj (8), čija je površina za zavarivanje usmjeren prema ultrazvučnom čekiću (9), koji ima uzdužno pružajući nastavak (10), tako da se materijal folije (3a, 3b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b) vrećice od folije (1) može pritisnuti između nastavka (10) i ultrazvučnog čekića (9), gdjenastavak (10) ima najmanje jedno udubljenje (11) koje se pruža paralelno nastavku (10), tegdjenajmanje jedno udubljenje (11) ima manju dubinu (t) od visine (h) nastavka (10) preko površine za zavarivanje, naznačen time štonajmanje jedno udubljenje (11) ima širinu (b) koja obuhvaća po prilici 25 do 50 %, poželjnije 30 do 35 % širine (a) nastavka (10), gdjenakovanj (8) je pričvršćen na zakretljive elemente (16), a os zakretanja (15) se pruža paralelno nastavku. Patent sadrži još 8 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (9)

1. Uređaj za postavljanje varnog šava (2) na vrećicu od folije (1), koji sadrži: – ultrazvučni čekić (9) i – nakovanj (8), čija je površina za zavarivanje usmjeren prema ultrazvučnom čekiću (9), koji ima uzdužno pružajući nastavak (10), tako da se materijal folije (3a, 3b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b) vrećice od folije (1) može pritisnuti između nastavka (10) i ultrazvučnog čekića (9), gdje nastavak (10) ima najmanje jedno udubljenje (11) koje se pruža paralelno nastavku (10), te gdje najmanje jedno udubljenje (11) ima manju dubinu (t) od visine (h) nastavka (10) preko površine za zavarivanje, naznačen time što najmanje jedno udubljenje (11) ima širinu (b) koja obuhvaća po prilici 25 do 50 %, poželjnije 30 do 35 % širine (a) nastavka (10), gdje nakovanj (8) je pričvršćen na zakretljive elemente (16), a os zakretanja (15) se pruža paralelno nastavku.
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se nakovanj (8) može nagnuti.
3. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što se nakovanj (8) može nagnuti oko najmanje dvije osi (14, 15).
4. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što najmanje dva elementa za pritiskanje (18, 19), poput opruga, primjenjuju silu na najmanje dva različita mjesta na nakovnju (8), uzrokujući da se nakovanj (8) pomakne prema ultrazvučnom čekiću (9).
5. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što dva elementa za pritiskanje (18, 19) djeluju po prilici na krajeve nakovnja (8).
6. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što je dodana spojnica za oprugu, pomoću koje se gornji kraj (4) vrećice od folije (1) može pritisnuti na nakovanj (8).
7. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se u nastavku (10) nalaze dva, tri ili više udubljenja (11), gdje širina tih udubljenja (11) zajedno po mogućnosti obuhvaća po prilici 30 do 35 % širine (a) nastavka (10).
8. Uređaj za postavljanje varnih šavova na vrećice od folije, naznačen time što više uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7 se nalazi jedan do drugog i mogu raditi istodobno
9. Postupak postavljanja varnog šava (2) na vrećicu od folije (1), koju se pritisne između ultrazvučnog čekića (9) i nakovnja (8), gdje nakovanj (8) ima uzdužno pružajući nastavak (10) na površinu za zavarivanje usmjerenu prema ultrazvučnom čekiću (9), gdje se na vrećicu od folije (1) ultrazvukom postavlja varni šav (2), gdje nastavak (10) ima najmanje jedno udubljenje (11) koje se pruža paralelno nastavku (10), te gdje najmanje jedno udubljenje (11) ima manju dubinu (t) od visine (h) nastavka (10) preko površine za zavarivanje, naznačen time što najmanje jedno udubljenje (11) ima širinu (b) koja obuhvaća po prilici 25 do 50 %, poželjnije 30 do 35 % širine (a) nastavka (10), gdje nakovanj (8) je pričvršćen na zakretljive elemente (16), a os zakretanja (15) se pruža paralelno nastavku.
