Abstract
また、異種素材床材の超音波溶着方法は、溶着対象物を設ける段階と、アンビル上に溶着対象物を安着させる段階と、超音波震動を加えて溶着対象物を接合する段階を含む。溶着対象物を設ける段階は、異種素材から形成された複数の溶着対象物を設ける。アンビル上に溶着対象物を安着させる段階は、回転駆動するアンビル上に溶着対象物を安着させる。超音波震動を加えて溶着対象物を接合する段階は、アンビル上に安着した溶着対象物を加圧し、溶着対象物に超音波震動を加えて溶着対象物を接合する。
Description
Claims (8)
- 異種素材から形成された複数の溶着対象物を接合して床材を製造するための超音波溶着装置において、
前記溶着対象物を支持して、前記溶着対象物を一方向に移送させるアンビル; 及び、
前記アンビルに安着した溶着対象物を加圧し、前記溶着対象物に超音波震動を加えて前記溶着対象物を接合させるホーン;
を含む異種素材床材の超音波溶着装置。 - 前記ホーンは、加圧面に複数の突起がそれぞれ離隔して配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の異種素材床材の超音波溶着装置。
- 前記突起は、半球状から形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の異種素材床材の超音波溶着装置。
- 異種素材から形成された複数の溶着対象物を設ける段階;
回転駆動するアンビル上に前記溶着対象物を安着させる段階;及び、
前記アンビル上に安着した溶着対象物を加圧し、前記溶着対象物に超音波震動を加えて前記溶着対象物を接合する段階;
を含む異種素材床材の超音波溶着方法。 - 前記超音波震動を加えて溶着対象物を接合する段階は、前記溶着対象物に凹凸状のパターンを形成する過程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の異種素材床材の超音波溶着方法。
- 前記超音波震動を加えて溶着対象物を接合する段階は、前記溶着対象物に16kHz〜1GHz大きさの超音波震動を加えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の異種素材床材の超音波溶着方法。
- 前記超音波震動を加えて溶着対象物を接合する段階は、前記溶着対象物に0.1kg/m2〜20kg/m2大きさの加圧力を加えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の異種素材床材の超音波溶着方法。
- 前記溶着対象物は、ガラス繊維、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC:Polyvinyl Chloride)、ポリオレフィン(Polyolefin)、ポリエチレン(PE:polyethylene)、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET:Polyethylene terephthalate)、ポリエチレンテレフタラートグリコール(PETG:Polyethylene terephthalate glycol)、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS:Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)、ポリカーボネート(PC:Polycarbonate)、スチレンアクリロニトリルコポリマー(SAN:Styrene acrylonitrile copolymers)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA:Polymethylmethacrylate)、ポリアクリレート(Polyacrylate)、ポリスチレン(Polystyrene)、ナイロン(Nylon)のうち、少なくとも2つ以上選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の異種素材床材の超音波溶着方法。
