一种合成树脂包装材料的粘合切断装置,主要包括用以夹住包装材料的两夹板以及相对设置的至少两个扬声器所组成,其中扬声器在切断包装材料时可以同步滑动,两扬声器发出不同频率的超声波,以增快切断速度及减低扬声器的磨损。

Description

合成树脂包装材料的粘合切断装置
本发明涉及一种粘合切断装置,特别是涉及一种合成树脂包装材料的粘合切断装置。
如图6所示,其为现有切断装置的平面图;习式包装如咖啡包装、糖包装或调味料包装等,都是以电热方式进行粘合的,其会在包装材料边缘造成20%-25%的浪费,而且如果所用包装材料为尼龙或合成树脂等,会因温度控制不易,受热容易皱折或粘糊,甚至整包粘在一起而不能使用,所以当由合成树脂片(sheet)或抄纸片等包装材料做袋体时,可将上述包装材料重叠,藉超声波振动使重叠状态的包装材料相互溶合,并于溶合的同时使包装材料袋体予以切体。
如图6所示,为了实施这种包装材料的切断,日本国特开昭62-121014号公报记载表示已往的具抽出性合成树脂包装材料的超声波振动粘合并同时切断装置。平行的导轨(guide rail)42安装于横框41,滚轮44转动于导轨42上使超声波振动器43朝箭号方向往复移动。在超声波振动器43的前端部位设有产生超声波的扬声器(harm)45,而扬声器45的前端部贯穿夹板(clamp plate)的滑孔,并面临着藉夹板夹住的筒带包装材料A。在扬声器对面位置设有接收扬声器45发出的超声波接收台47。接收台47则被成形为对扬声器45前端较细的圆垂状,而由其前端面接收超声波。此接收台47则形成与超声波振动器43的往复移动同步的朝向箭号方向移动,而依这些超声波振动器43与接收台47的往复移动将聚合状态的筒带包装材料A藉超声波切断成袋体。接收台47是藉调整螺丝48调整为与扬声器45保持一定间隔(0.1-0.2mm)。
然而已往的合成树脂包装材料的超声波振动粘合切断装置,其切断速度的增加界限,而袋体的大量制造需要很长时间。又扬声器及接收台双方的磨损很激烈,并依其磨损使扬声器及接收台的更换频率增加,又由于扬声器与接收台之间的间隔狭小,使包装材料行进时易被勾出而中断其供给,切断工作无法持续进行。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种切断效率高的粘合切断装置该装置可减少扬声器的磨损,包装材料不致被勾出而造成中断。
为了达成上述目的,本发明采取如下措施:
本发明的合成树脂包装材料的粘合切断装置,是利用不同频率的超声波振动,采用至少将两个扬声器做相对状态配置,使这两个扬声器可同步地往复移动。
由于本发明于相对配置的扬声器之间供给包装材料进行切断。由于本发明切断时由于以相对的扬声器产生不同频率的超声波振动,该振动作用于包装材料的两侧。此超声波由于频率不同,以相互干涉的状态引起包装材料产生分子内振动,所以可迅速粘合及切断包装材料。一方扬声器作为与其相对的另一方扬声器的接收台,由于其本身也处于超声波振动状态,所以不易受到相对的扬声器来的超声波的作用,减少习式单向超声波所致扬声器的磨损。
结合附图及实施例对本发明的粘合切断装置说明如下:

图1、2表示本发明的实施例的立体图,如图所示,其主要由一对夹板1、2与一对扬声器3、4相对设置。一对夹板1、2用以夹持供给于其间的包装材料A,粘合切断时可防止包装材料晃动。图示中,右侧的夹板2为固定状态,而左侧的夹板1相对右侧的夹板2为活动状,故左侧的夹板1可相对右侧夹板2做进退移动,藉此做切断时夹持包装材料进行粘合及切断,然后放开包装材料。在进退移动时左侧夹板1沿着一对导杆5、5’朝向右侧的夹板2方向做直线性移动。固定在支持件6上的。夹板1、2间设有横向的窗部1a、2a,而于各窗部1a、2a处插入有扬声器3、4。各扬声器3、4装于超声波振动器7、8上,而可将设于超声波振动器7、8内部的超声波振动子(图示省略)的振动扩大做超音波振动,藉此将包装材料A的粘合与切断,此切断的实施是藉扬声器3、4同步左右方向滑动进行的,为了实施这种滑动,以活动侧及固定侧上设置滑动导座9、10而达成。
滑动导座9、10则配设成与上述支持零件6移动的垂直方向,亦即与导杆5、5’的延设方向直交,而于各导杆9、10上设有滑子11、12。滑子11、12各贯穿滑动导座9、10,而连结气缸、马达等驱动装置(图示省略)。这些滑子11、12乃藉驱动装置的驱动而同步朝同一方向以同一速度移动,藉此带动扬声器3、4同步移动。这时,滑子11、12藉连结零件(图示省略)予以连结,或将连结零件连结在驱动装置上,使滑子11、12做同步移动,由于可藉此将驱动装置单一化,具有使控制更容易的优点。又由于本实施例中,扬声器3、4前端的射出端3a、4a的外径不相同,使扬声器4的射出端4a比扬声器3的射出端3a为较大直径,如图2所示,本实施例的动作状态,扬声器3、4之间则供给聚合状态的包装材料A。而扬声器3、4发出不同频率的超声波,而以这种状态同步地朝箭号方向移动。这样,包装材料A则如虚线所示,形成虚线状的粘切线B而被切断,不留边而不会造成浪费。
在这种切断过程中,扬声器3、4发出不同频率的超声波,而由于超声波的相互干涉作用,使超声波的强度加强,而可进行粘合及切断的动作。为此,比起已往同类装置,可将切断速度增加2倍以上,而进行可高速切断,又由于藉强力超声波切断,使扬声器3与扬声器4之间隔比已往的扬声器与接收台的间隔予以扩大。为此包装材料A不致被扬声器3、4勾到也可防止由此而中断作业。又扬声器3与扬声器4之间隔变大的同时,扬声器3、4做超声波振动时,不易受到对方的扬声器4、3来的超声波的作用,使得磨损变少,可做长期连续使用。
图3及图4各表示本发明的另一实施例,图3中,左侧的扬声器的射出端3a形成较大直径的圆形面,对扬声器4的射出端4a则形成直径较小的圆形面。这样扬声器3、4的射出端的直径有相当的差别,亦可超声波做强力切断,因扬声器3的直径较大,故使磨损更少使用耐久。另外,图4中,扬声器3、4射出端3a、4a也可均为同一尺寸的小直径的顶尖面,另外如图5所示,上述实施例中亦可将一边的扬声器3或4)设成圆体3b(或多角体如图中虚线所示的三角形)而赋予旋动调整方式,在超声波使用中使圆体3b至少可承受12次摩损的调整(多角体的磨损调整次数则等于角数)。另外还有上述扬声器3、4虽为单对设置,但为因应不同施工要求,其上成对的扬声器3、4也可设成两对以上。
本发明具有如下效果:
1、因本发明是将扬声器成对配置以超声波快速振动不损伤材料且不需控制温度。
2、由于采用不同频率的超声波可提高粘合及切断速度减少工时。
3、用本案实施方式所设的扬声器磨损少,亦容易调整更换。
4、两扬声器间留有较大隙缝可以防止包装材料在切割时被勾到。

Claims (4)

1、一种合成树脂包装材料的粘合切断装置,主要包括夹持包装材料的夹板及用于产生超声波的扬声器,扬声器具有往复移动的机构支持;其特征在于,包括二个相对设置的两个夹板及至少两个相对设置的扬声器,扬声器具有同步往复移动的机构所支持,二个扬声器产生的超声波频率不同。
2、根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂包装材料的粘合切断装置,其特征在于,所述二个相对设置的扬声器中,一方扬声器的射出端呈圆形面,另一方扬声器的射出端呈小直径的顶尖面。
3、根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂包装材料的粘合切断装置,其特征在于,所述二个相对设置的扬声器中,一方扬声器的射出端呈多角体状,另一方扬声器的射出端呈小直径的顶尖面。
4、根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂包装材料的粘合切断装置,其特征在于,所述二个扬声器的射出端可均为同一尺寸的小直径的顶尖面。
