Abstract
【解決手段】バルブ軸41aの上端部に固定されたスプリングリテーナ42は、バルブ軸41aの上端部を底面として上方に開口するシム取付け穴42dを有する。シム取付け穴42dにはインナーシム44が嵌着され、インナーシム44の下面はバルブ軸41aの上端部に接触し、インナーシム44の上面はシム取付け穴42dの上縁よりも下方に位置する。スプリングリテーナ42の上方にはバルブ軸の41aの軸方向に移動自在なタペット45が設けられ、タペット45の下面から下方に突出して延びたシム押さえ突起45cがシム取付け穴42dの内部に上方から入り込んだ状態でインナーシム44の上面に接触する。

Claims (3)
- バルブ軸がシリンダヘッドにより支持され、前記バルブ軸の軸方向に移動してポートの開閉を行うバルブと、
前記バルブ軸の上端部に固定され、前記バルブ軸の上端部を底面として上方に開口するシム取付け穴を有したスプリングリテーナと、
前記スプリングリテーナの前記シム取付け穴に上方から嵌着され、下面が前記バルブ軸の上端部に接触し、上面が前記シム取付け穴の上縁よりも下方に位置したインナーシムと、
前記スプリングリテーナの上方において前記バルブ軸の軸方向に移動自在に設けられ、下面から下方に突出して延びた突起部が前記シム取付け穴の上方から入り込んだ状態で前記インナーシムの上面に接触したタペットとを有したことを特徴とするエンジンのバルブ機構。 - 前記インナーシムの外周面と接触する前記シム取付け穴の内周面に、前記シム取付け穴の中心方向に向かって突出する複数の凸状部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンのバルブ機構。
- 前記シム取付け穴の上縁部は、上方に円筒状に突出した突出部により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエンジンのバルブ機構。
