Abstract
【解決手段】モータ3のステータコア510は、一面510aと他面510bとを貫通する複数の油戻り通路530を有する。上記ステータコア510の上記他面510bにおいて、上記各油戻り通路530の水力直径は、5mm以上であり、かつ、上記ステータコア510の最大外径を直径とする仮想円の面積に対する上記複数の油戻り通路530の総面積の割合は、5%〜15%である。したがって、上記ステータコア510の上記他面510b側に溜まった潤滑油を、上記複数の油戻り通路530を介して、油溜まり部9に戻すことができて、上記油溜まり部9の油面切れを防止できる。同時に、上記ステータコア510の断面積を確保できて、モータ効率を維持できる。

この密閉容器内に配置された圧縮要素と、
上記密閉容器内に配置され、上記圧縮要素をシャフトを介して駆動するモータと
を備え、
上記モータのステータコアは、上記油溜まり部側にある上記ステータコアの一面と上記油溜まり部と反対側にある上記ステータコアの他面とを貫通する複数の油戻り通路を有し、
上記ステータコアの上記他面において、
上記各油戻り通路の水力直径は、5mm以上であり、かつ、上記ステータコアの最大外径を直径とする仮想円の面積に対する上記複数の油戻り通路の総面積の割合は、5%〜15%であることを特徴としている。

- 油溜まり部(9)を有する密閉容器(1)と、
この密閉容器(1)内に配置された圧縮要素(2)と、
上記密閉容器(1)内に配置され、上記圧縮要素(2)をシャフト(12)を介して駆動するモータ(3)と
を備え、
上記モータ(3)のステータコア(510)は、上記油溜まり部(9)側にある上記ステータコア(510)の一面(510a)と上記油溜まり部(9)と反対側にある上記ステータコア(510)の他面(510b)とを貫通する複数の油戻り通路(530)を有し、
上記ステータコア(510)の上記他面(510b)において、
上記各油戻り通路(530)の水力直径は、5mm以上であり、かつ、上記ステータコア(510)の最大外径を直径とする仮想円の面積に対する上記複数の油戻り通路(530)の総面積の割合は、5%〜15%であることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機において、
上記ステータコア(510)は、上記モータ(3)のロータ(6)の径方向外側に配置され、
上記油戻り通路(530)は、上記ステータコア(510)の外周側にあることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の圧縮機において、
上記密閉容器(1)内の冷媒は、二酸化炭素であることを特徴とする圧縮機。
