Abstract
【解決手段】 主変速装置12における油圧ポンプPと油圧モータMとをつなぐ一対の変速用油路a,bをバイパス油路gで連通接続するとともに、このバイパス油路gを開閉する弁機構65を、運転部に備えられた人為操作具73によって任意に開閉操作可能に構成してある。

Description
前記主変速装置における油圧ポンプと油圧モータとをつなぐ一対の変速用油路をバイパス油路で連通接続するとともに、このバイパス油路を開閉する弁機構を、運転部に備えられた人為操作具によって任意に開閉操作可能に構成してあることを特徴とする。
前記走行系に備えられたブレーキを操作するブレーキ操作具と前記弁機構とを連動連結し、ブレーキの制動操作に連動して弁機構の開路操作がなされるよう構成してあるものである。
前記弁機構に、前記バイパス油路に対して直列に配備された一対の開閉スプールを備え、一方の開閉スプールを前記ブレーキ操作具に連動連結するとともに、他方の開閉スプールを運転部に備えられた他の人為操作具に連動連結してあるものである。
副変速操作が困難な場合にのみ制動操作と併せて専用の人為操作具を操作することでバイパス油路を開いて副変速操作が容易な状態をもたらすことができる。
前記ブレーキ操作具に連動連結された一方の前記開閉スプールを、前記バイパス油路の低圧側に配備してあるものである。

Claims (4)
- 静油圧式無段変速装置からなる主変速装置の伝動下手にギヤ変速式の副変速装置を配備した走行伝動系が備えられた作業車において、
前記主変速装置における油圧ポンプと油圧モータとをつなぐ一対の変速用油路をバイパス油路で連通接続するとともに、このバイパス油路を開閉する弁機構を、運転部に備えられた人為操作具によって任意に開閉操作可能に構成してあることを特徴とする作業車。 - 前記走行系に備えられたブレーキを操作するブレーキ操作具と前記弁機構とを連動連結し、ブレーキの制動操作に連動して弁機構の開路操作がなされるよう構成してある請求項1記載の作業車。
- 前記弁機構に、前記バイパス油路に対して直列に配備された一対の開閉スプールを備え、一方の開閉スプールを前記ブレーキ操作具に連動連結するとともに、他方の開閉スプールを運転部に備えられた他の人為操作具に連動連結してある請求項2記載の作業車。
- 前記ブレーキ操作具に連動連結された一方の前記開閉スプールを、前記バイパス油路の低圧側に配備してある請求項3記載の作業車。
