Abstract
【解決手段】陽極箔と陰極箔との間にセパレータを介在してコンデンサ素子を形成し、該コンデンサ素子に駆動用電解液を含浸させた電解コンデンサにおいて、前記セパレータは、ポリアクリルアミド樹脂からなる紙力増強剤を付着させたセルロース系繊維にシランカップリング剤を付与して熱処理し、前記紙力増強剤のポリアクリルアミド樹脂をイミド化させ、かつ、セルロース系繊維にシランカップリング剤を結合させた電解コンデンサを基本として提供する。

Description
試験条件:幅15mmのセパレータを純水中に30秒間浸漬し、その後JIS C 2111(電気絶縁紙試験方法)の引張強さの項目に準じて試験を行う。
セパレータとして、実施例1におけるセパレータ基材イにポリアクリルアミド樹脂希釈溶液を含浸させ、プレスロールで余分のポリアクリルアミド樹脂を除去し、乾燥したものを用いた以外は、実施例1と同一の工程を経てアルミ電解コンデンサを作製した。
実施例1において、セパレータとして、実施例1におけるセパレータ基材ロを用いてアルミ電解コンデンサを作製した。
セパレータとして、実施例1におけるセパレータ基材イにポリアクリルアミド樹脂希釈溶液を含浸させ、プレスロールで余分のポリアクリルアミド樹脂を除去して乾燥し、更にシランカップリング剤としてN−2−(アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(信越化学工業株式会社製KBM603)を塗工量が0.5g/m2になるように塗布して乾燥したものをセパレータとして用いた以外は、実施例1と同一の工程を経てアルミ電解コンデンサを作製した。
実施例12において、レーヨンとヘンプで構成された紙からなる厚さ40μm、坪量20g/m2のセパレータ基材イにポリアクリルアミド樹脂希釈液を含浸させ、プレスロールで余分のポリアクリルアミド樹脂を除去し、乾燥させた後、シランカップリング剤として前記ビニルトリアセトキシシランを塗布し、乾燥させた。次にこのセパレータ基材に、過硫酸アンモニウム(濃度3重量%)と有機酸化合物である1−ナフタレンスルホン酸(濃度5重量%)を含有する水溶液に浸漬してから引き上げ、その後ピロール蒸気中に曝露することで表面に過硫酸アンモニウムの酸化作用を利用した化学酸化重合により導電性高分子となるポリピロールを形成した。ポリピロールが被覆されたセパレータ基材を水洗後に105℃で乾燥させて前記実施例12と同一の工程を経てアルミ電解コンデンサを作製した。

Claims (7)
- 陽極箔と陰極箔との間にセパレータを介在してコンデンサ素子を形成し、該コンデンサ素子に駆動用電解液を含浸させた電解コンデンサにおいて、
前記セパレータは、ポリアクリルアミド樹脂からなる紙力増強剤を付着させたセルロース系繊維にシランカップリング剤を付与して熱処理し、前記紙力増強剤のポリアクリルアミド樹脂をイミド化させ、かつ、セルロース系繊維にシランカップリング剤を結合させたものであることを特徴とする電解コンデンサ。 - コンデンサ素子に導電性高分子の固体電解質を設けた請求項1に記載の電解コンデンサ。
- セパレータの強度が下記試験条件で6〜10N/15mmである請求項1又は2に記載の電解コンデンサ。
試験条件:幅15mmのセパレータを純水中に30秒間浸漬し、その後JIS C 2111(電気絶縁紙試験方法)の引張強さの項目に準じて試験を行う。 - セルロース系繊維が、レーヨン,マニラ麻,クラフト,ヘンプ,エスパルトの少なくとも1種を含む請求項1,2又は3に記載の電解コンデンサ。
- セパレータの坪量が10〜60g/m2の範囲である請求項1,2,3又は4に記載の電解コンデンサ。
- 駆動用電解液が有機溶媒と水との混合溶媒である請求項1,2,3,4又は5に記載の電解コンデンサ。
- 駆動用電解液中の水の量が20〜90重量%である請求項6に記載の電解コンデンサ。
