Abstract
【解決手段】変形可能な眼内レンズ2を通過させて眼球内に導く筒状の本体3と、前記本体3内において往復移動可能に収納され、眼内レンズ2を押圧して眼球内に放出するプランジャー4と、前記本体3と前記プランジャー4間に弾性体5及び/又は摺動抵抗増加機構と、を備えた眼内レンズ挿入器具1であって、前記プランジャー4の押圧力(F)が、最初のピーク値に達した後のプランジャー4の移動行程(X)において前記ピーク値の60%以上を保持可能な眼内レンズ挿入器具によって、上記の課題を解決する。

Claims (4)
- 変形可能な眼内レンズを通過させて眼球内に導く筒状の本体と、
前記本体内において往復移動可能に収納され、眼内レンズを押圧して眼球内に放出するプランジャーと、
前記本体と前記プランジャー間に弾性体及び/又は摺動抵抗増加機構と、を備えた眼内レンズ挿入器具であって、
前記プランジャーの押圧力(F)が、最初のピーク値に達した後のプランジャーの移動行程(X)において前記ピーク値の60%以上を保持可能なことを特徴とする眼内レンズ挿入器具。 - 変形可能な眼内レンズを通過させて眼球内に導く筒状の本体と、
前記本体内において往復移動可能に収納され、眼内レンズを押圧して眼球内に放出するプランジャーと、
前記本体と前記プランジャー間に弾性体及び/又は摺動抵抗増加機構と、を備えた眼内レンズ挿入器具であって、
前記プランジャーの移動行程(X)に対するプランジャーの押圧力(F)の値が減少しないことを特徴とする眼内レンズ挿入器具。 - 前記弾性体が異なる弾性値を有する複数の弾性体からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の眼内レンズ挿入器具。
- 前記弾性体の弾性値が非線形特性を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の眼内レンズ挿入器具。
