Abstract
【解決手段】シールド電線60の編組線63を接続するシールド電線の接続構造であって、接続部材本体11と、シールド電線60の少なくとも一部を加締める加締部13と、シールド電線60の押圧挿入に伴い外側被覆部61を貫いて編組線63に接続される圧接部14と、編組線63に接続されるスペーサ15と、を備えたシールド電線接続治具10を用い、圧接部14及びスペーサ15を介して編組線63を接続部材本体11に接続したシールド電線の接続構造。

Description
まず、図1〜図3を参照して本発明のシールド電線の接続構造の第1実施形態について説明する。図1は本発明のシールド電線の接続構造の第1実施形態を用いたシールド電線接続治具の外観斜視図、図2は図1に示すシールド電線接続治具とシールド電線との組み込み関係を説明する一部破断正面図、図3は図2のシールド電線周りの断面図である。
次に、図4〜図6を参照して本発明のシールド電線の接続構造の第2実施形態について説明する。図4は本発明のシールド電線の接続構造の第2実施形態を用いたシールド電線接続治具の外観斜視図、図5は図4に示すシールド電線接続治具とシールド電線との組み込み関係を説明する一部破断正面図、図6は図5のシールド電線周りの断面図である。なお、以下の各実施形態において上述したシールド電線の接続構造の第1実施形態と重複する構成要素や機能的に同様な構成要素については、図中に同一符号あるいは相当符号を付すことによって説明を簡略化あるいは省略する。
次に、図7〜図10を参照して本発明のシールド電線の接続構造の第3実施形態について説明する。図7は本発明のシールド電線の接続構造の第3実施形態を用いたシールド電線接続治具の外観斜視図、図8は図7に示すシールド電線接続治具とシールド電線との組み込み関係を説明する外観斜視図、図9は図8の組み込み後の外観斜視図、図10は図9のシールド電線周りの断面図である。
次に、図11〜図13を参照して本発明のシールド電線の接続構造の第4実施形態について説明する。図11は本発明のシールド電線の接続構造の第4実施形態を用いたシールド電線接続治具とシールド電線との組み込み関係を説明する外観斜視図、図12は図11の組み込み後の外観斜視図、図13は図12のシールド電線周りの断面図である。
次に、図14〜図16を参照して本発明のシールド電線の接続構造の第5実施形態について説明する。図14は本発明のシールド電線の接続構造の第5実施形態を示す圧着タイプのシールド電線接続治具とシールド電線との関係を説明する外観斜視図、図15は図14の圧着後の外観斜視図、図16は図15のシールド電線周りの断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 導体と、該導体の周りを覆う内側被覆部と、該内側被覆部の周りで編み回された編組線と、該編組線の周りを覆う外側被覆部と、を有するシールド電線の該編組線を接続するシールド電線の接続構造であって、
接続部材本体と、前記シールド電線の少なくとも一部を加締める加締部と、前記編組線に接続される圧接部又は圧着部と、前記編組線に接続されるスペーサと、を備えたシールド電線接続治具を用い、
前記スペーサにより、前記編組線の前記圧接部又は前記圧着部に対する接圧を高めて、前記編組線を前記接続部材本体に接続したことを特徴とするシールド電線の接続構造。 - 導体と、該導体の周りを覆う内側被覆部と、該内側被覆部の周りで編み回された編組線と、該編組線の周りを覆う外側被覆部と、を有するシールド電線の該編組線を接続するシールド電線の接続構造であって、
接続部材本体と、前記シールド電線の少なくとも一部を加締める加締部と、前記編組線に接続される圧接部又は圧着部と、該接続部材本体の一部に形成されて該編組線に接続されるスペーサと、を備えたシールド電線接続治具を用い、
前記スペーサにより、前記編組線の前記圧接部又は前記圧着部に対する接圧を高めて、前記編組線を前記接続部材本体に接続したことを特徴とするシールド電線の接続構造。 - 導体と、該導体の周りを覆う内側被覆部と、該内側被覆部の周りで編み回された編組線と、該編組線の周りを覆う外側被覆部と、を有するシールド電線の該編組線を接続するシールド電線の接続構造であって、
接続部材本体と、前記シールド電線の少なくとも一部を加締める加締部と、前記編組線に接続される圧接部又は圧着部と、該接続部材本体とは別体に形成されて該編組線に接続されるスペーサと、を備えたシールド電線接続治具を用い、
前記スペーサにより、前記編組線の前記圧接部又は前記圧着部に対する接圧を高めて、前記編組線を前記接続部材本体に接続したことを特徴とするシールド電線の接続構造。 - 前記スペーサが、前記シールド電線の前記内側被覆部と前記編組線との間に挿入されることで前記編組線を通じて前記圧接部又は前記圧着部に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載したシールド電線の接続構造。
- 前記シールド電線接続治具が、前記シールド電線とアース電線に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載したシールド電線の接続構造。
