Abstract
【解決手段】シフトポジションとしてPポジションが選択され(S130)、モータMG1及びモータMG2によりエンジン22の振動を抑制する制振制御が実行されているときには失火の判定に用いる閾値A1,B1,C1を設定し(S180)、この設定した閾値を用いて失火を判定する。一方、Nポジションが選択され制振制御が実行されていないときには閾値A1,B1,C1よりも大きな閾値A2,B2,C2を設定し(S210)、この設定した閾値を用いて失火を判定する。このように、制振制御の実行の有無に基づいて、失火判定に用いる閾値を変更して失火を判定することにより、より簡易な処理で失火を判定することができる。

Description
内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続され前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電可能な発電手段と、駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機とを備えた動力出力装置における前記内燃機関の失火を判定する内燃機関の失火判定装置であって、
前記内燃機関の出力軸の回転位置を検出する回転位置検出手段と、
前記検出された回転位置に基づいて前記内燃機関の出力軸の所定の単位回転角毎の回転に要する時間である単位回転角所要時間を演算する単位回転角所要時間演算手段と、
所定条件が成立しているとき前記内燃機関の運転に伴う該内燃機関の振動が抑制されるよう前記発電手段及び前記電動機のうち少なくとも一方を駆動する制振制御を実行する制振制御実行手段と、
前記制振制御実行手段が前記制振制御を実行しているときには第1閾値と前記演算された単位回転角所要時間と用いて前記失火を判定し、前記制振制御実行手段が前記制振制御を実行していないときには前記第1閾値とは異なる第2閾値と前記演算された単位回転角所要時間とを用いて前記失火を判定する失火判定手段と、
を備えたものである。
内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続され前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電可能な発電手段と、駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機とを備えた動力出力装置における前記内燃機関の失火を判定する内燃機関の失火判定方法であって、
前記内燃機関の出力軸の回転位置を検出し、
前記検出された回転位置に基づいて前記内燃機関の出力軸の所定の単位回転角毎の回転に要する時間である単位回転角所要時間を演算し、
所定条件が成立しているとき前記内燃機関の運転に伴う該内燃機関の振動が抑制されるよう前記発電手段及び前記電動機のうち少なくとも一方を駆動する制振制御を実行しているときには第1閾値と前記演算された単位回転角所要時間と用いて前記失火を判定し、前記制振制御を実行していないときには前記第1閾値とは異なる第2閾値と前記演算された単位回転角所要時間とを用いて前記失火を判定する、
ことを含むものである。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続され前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電可能な発電手段と、駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機とを備えた動力出力装置における前記内燃機関の失火を判定する内燃機関の失火判定装置であって、
前記内燃機関の出力軸の回転位置を検出する回転位置検出手段と、
前記検出された回転位置に基づいて前記内燃機関の出力軸の所定の単位回転角毎の回転に要する時間である単位回転角所要時間を演算する単位回転角所要時間演算手段と、
所定条件が成立しているとき前記内燃機関の運転に伴う該内燃機関の振動が抑制されるよう前記発電手段及び前記電動機のうち少なくとも一方を駆動する制振制御を実行する制振制御実行手段と、
前記制振制御実行手段が前記制振制御を実行しているときには第1閾値と前記演算された単位回転角所要時間と用いて前記失火を判定し、前記制振制御実行手段が前記制振制御を実行していないときには前記第1閾値とは異なる第2閾値と前記演算された単位回転角所要時間とを用いて前記失火を判定する失火判定手段と、
を備えた失火判定装置。 - 前記制振制御実行手段は、シフトポジションとしてパーキングポジション及びドライブポジションの少なくとも一方が選択されたときには前記所定条件が成立しているとして前記制振制御を実行し、シフトポジションとしてニュートラルポジションが選択されたときには前記所定条件が成立していないとして前記制振制御を実行しない手段である、請求項1に記載の失火判定装置。
- 前記失火判定手段は、前記駆動軸の回転数が値0であるときに、前記失火を判定する手段である、請求項1又は2に記載の失火判定装置。
- 前記失火判定手段は、前記制振制御実行手段が前記制振制御を実行していないときには、前記第1閾値よりも大きな前記第2閾値を用いて前記失火を判定する手段である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の失火判定装置。
- 前記失火判定手段は、前記制振制御実行手段が前記制振制御を実行しているときには、前記演算された単位回転角所要時間の所定角度差が前記第1閾値を超えたときに前記内燃機関が失火したものと判定し、前記制振制御実行手段が前記制振制御を実行していないときには、前記演算された単位回転角所要時間の所定角度差が前記第2閾値を超えたときに前記内燃機関が失火したものと判定する手段である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の失火判定装置。
- 前記失火判定手段は、前記所定角度差として、前記演算された単位回転角所要時間の720度差、360度差及び120度差のうち少なくとも1つを用いて前記失火を判定する手段である、請求項5に記載の失火判定装置。
- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続され前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電可能な発電手段と、駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機とを備えた動力出力装置と、
前記内燃機関の失火を判定する請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の失火判定装置と、
を備えたハイブリッド自動車。 - 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続され前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電可能な発電手段と、駆動軸に動力を出力可能な電動機とを備えた動力出力装置における前記内燃機関の失火を判定する内燃機関の失火判定方法であって、
前記内燃機関の出力軸の回転位置を検出し、
前記検出された回転位置に基づいて前記内燃機関の出力軸の所定の単位回転角毎の回転に要する時間である単位回転角所要時間を演算し、
所定条件が成立しているとき前記内燃機関の運転に伴う該内燃機関の振動が抑制されるよう前記発電手段及び前記電動機のうち少なくとも一方を駆動する制振制御を実行しているときには第1閾値と前記演算された単位回転角所要時間と用いて前記失火を判定し、前記制振制御を実行していないときには前記第1閾値とは異なる第2閾値と前記演算された単位回転角所要時間とを用いて前記失火を判定する、
