Abstract
【解決手段】一対のガイド孔8aが軸線方向に貫通して形成されたマルチルーメンチューブ8を可撓性シース1内に軸線周りに回転自在に略全長にわたり挿通配置して、その一対のガイド孔8a内に導電材からなる一対の操作ワイヤ3を別々に挿通配置し、一対の操作ワイヤ3を可撓性シース1に対して基端側から軸線周りに回転操作することにより、マルチルーメンチューブ8が可撓性シース1内で軸線周りに回転して、可撓性シース1の先端においてその軸線周りに一対の高周波電極2が回転するようにした。

Description
図4は、本発明の第1の実施例の内視鏡用バイポーラ型高周波処置具を示しており、電気絶縁性の可撓性シース1の最先端部分に取り付けられた電極支持枠体4に、導電性の一対の高周波電極2が前方に向かって開閉自在に支持されている。可撓性シース1内には、導電性の二本の操作ワイヤ3が並列に挿通配置されていて、各操作ワイヤ3の先端が高周波電極2に個別に接続されている。

Claims (8)
- 一対の高周波電極が互いの間が電気絶縁された状態で可撓性シースの先端に可動に配置され、上記一対の高周波電極を動作させるための一対の操作ワイヤが、上記各高周波電極に高周波電流を通電するように導電材により形成されて互いの間が電気的に導通しない状態で上記可撓性シース内に軸線方向に進退自在に全長にわたって挿通配置された内視鏡用バイポーラ型高周波処置具において、
一対のガイド孔が軸線方向に貫通して形成されたマルチルーメンチューブを上記可撓性シース内に軸線周りに回転自在に略全長にわたり挿通配置して、その一対のガイド孔内に上記一対の操作ワイヤを別々に挿通配置し、上記一対の操作ワイヤを上記可撓性シースに対して基端側から軸線周りに回転操作することにより、上記マルチルーメンチューブが上記可撓性シース内で軸線周りに回転して、上記可撓性シースの先端においてその軸線周りに上記一対の高周波電極が回転するようにしたことを特徴とする内視鏡用バイポーラ型高周波処置具。 - 上記一対の操作ワイヤが各々上記マルチルーメンチューブのガイド孔内で軸線方向に進退自在である請求項1記載の内視鏡用バイポーラ型高周波処置具。
- 上記可撓性シースの基端にその軸線周りに回転自在に操作部が連結されて、上記マルチルーメンチューブの基端から引き出された上記一対の操作ワイヤの基端部分が上記操作部側の部材に固定されていて、上記可撓性シースの基端部分に対してその軸線周りに上記操作部を回転させることにより、上記一対の操作ワイヤの基端部分が上記操作部と共に回転する請求項1又は2記載の内視鏡用バイポーラ型高周波処置具。
- 上記マルチルーメンチューブの基端から並んで引き出された上記一対の操作ワイヤの基端部分の各々に補強パイプが被覆されている請求項3記載の内視鏡用バイポーラ型高周波処置具。
- 上記マルチルーメンチューブの先端から上記一対の高周波電極に向かって延出する上記一対の操作ワイヤの少なくとも一方に電気絶縁被覆が施されている請求項1、2、3又は4記載の内視鏡用バイポーラ型高周波処置具。
- 上記操作ワイヤとして、複数の素線が一本の芯線の周りに撚り合わされて形成された撚り線が用いられ、上記電気絶縁被覆が施された部分では、上記操作ワイヤから上記芯線以外の素線が切除され、それによって残された芯線に上記電気絶縁被覆が施されている請求項5記載の内視鏡用バイポーラ型高周波処置具。
- 上記一対の高周波電極を支持する電極支持枠体が上記可撓性シースの先端部分に軸線周りに回転自在に取り付けられていて、その電極支持枠体が上記一対の高周波電極と共に回転する請求項1ないし6のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用バイポーラ型高周波処置具。
- 上記一対の高周波電極が上記可撓性シースの先端に突没自在に配置されていて、上記マルチルーメンチューブは上記高周波電極が上記可撓性シース内に引き込まれる長さの分だけ上記可撓性シースより短く形成されている請求項1ないし6のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用バイポーラ型高周波処置具。
