Abstract
【解決手段】駆動軸回転数センサと回転位置検出センサとのうち少なくとも一方に異常が生じているときには(S110)、エンジンの運転を継続すると共に第2モータのトルク指令Tm2*に値0を設定し(S320〜S340)、変速機の変速比の変更を行なわない。

Description
駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記出力軸と前記駆動軸とに動力を入出力する電力動力入出力手段と、
動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機の回転軸の回転数と前記駆動軸の回転数とを用いた変速比の変更を伴って前記回転軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力の伝達を行なう変速手段と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転数である駆動軸回転数を検出する駆動軸回転数検出手段と、
前記回転軸の回転数である回転軸回転数を検出する回転軸回転数検出手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との双方に異常が生じていない正常時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転とを伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御し、前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との少なくとも一方に異常が生じている異常発生時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転と前記設定された要求駆動力の前記駆動軸への出力とのうち少なくとも一つを制限した状態で該要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が可能な範囲で前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。

前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との双方に異常が生じていない正常時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転とを伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御し、前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との少なくとも一方に異常が生じている異常発生時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転と前記設定された要求駆動力の前記駆動軸への出力とのうち少なくとも一つを制限した状態で該要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が可能な範囲で前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。

前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との双方に異常が生じていない正常時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転とを伴って前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御し、前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との少なくとも一方に異常が生じている異常発生時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転と前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力の前記駆動軸への出力とのうち少なくとも一つを制限した状態で該要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が可能な範囲で前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御する、

- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記出力軸と前記駆動軸とに動力を入出力する電力動力入出力手段と、
動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機の回転軸の回転数と前記駆動軸の回転数とを用いた変速比の変更を伴って前記回転軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力の伝達を行なう変速手段と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転数である駆動軸回転数を検出する駆動軸回転数検出手段と、
前記回転軸の回転数である回転軸回転数を検出する回転軸回転数検出手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との双方に異常が生じていない正常時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転とを伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御し、前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との少なくとも一方に異常が生じている異常発生時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転と前記設定された要求駆動力の前記駆動軸への出力とのうち少なくとも一つを制限した状態で該要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が可能な範囲で前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記駆動軸回転数検出手段に異常が生じて正常に前記駆動軸回転数を検出できないときを前記異常発生時として制御する手段である請求項1記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記異常発生時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更が行なわれないよう制御する手段である請求項1または2記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記異常発生時には前記内燃機関の間欠運転が行なわれないよう制御する手段である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記異常発生時には前記電動機から出力する駆動力を制限する手段である請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と第3の軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記第3の軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機と、を備える手段である請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の動力出力装置を搭載し、車軸が前記駆動軸に連結されてなる車両。
- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸と駆動軸とに接続され電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記出力軸と前記駆動軸とに動力を入出力する電力動力入出力手段と、動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記電動機の回転軸の回転数と前記駆動軸の回転数とを用いた変速比の変更を伴って前記回転軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力の伝達を行なう変速手段と、前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、前記駆動軸の回転数である駆動軸回転数を検出する駆動軸回転数検出手段と、前記回転軸の回転数である回転軸回転数を検出する回転軸回転数検出手段と、を備える動力出力装置の制御装置であって、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との双方に異常が生じていない正常時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転とを伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御し、前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との少なくとも一方に異常が生じている異常発生時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転と前記設定された要求駆動力の前記駆動軸への出力とのうち少なくとも一つを制限した状態で該要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が可能な範囲で前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御する制御手段と、

前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との双方に異常が生じていない正常時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転とを伴って前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御し、前記駆動軸回転数検出手段と前記回転軸回転数検出手段との少なくとも一方に異常が生じている異常発生時には前記変速手段の変速比の変更と前記内燃機関の間欠運転と前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力の前記駆動軸への出力とのうち少なくとも一つを制限した状態で該要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が可能な範囲で前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力伝達手段と前記電動機と前記変速手段とを制御する、
