Abstract
【解決手段】ガラス板1をガラス板保持部材4により上下方向に保持した状態でガラス板1の上部1bにノズル2を用いて赤外線カット液3を射出し、ガラス板1の上部1bに射出された赤外線カット液3が鉛直下向きに流れ落ちることによりガラス板1上に赤外線カット液3が塗布される。このガラス板1を室温で5分程度乾燥した後、予め200℃に昇温したオーブンに上記赤外線カット液3を塗布したガラス板1を投入して10分間加熱し、その後冷却し赤外線カット膜を有するガラス板1を得る。得られた赤外線カット膜を有するガラス板1は、ガラス板1の下部1cが鉄道車両の下部側に、ガラス板1の上部1bが鉄道車両の上部側になるように、鉄道車両に取り付けられる。

Claims (10)
- 赤外線カット膜が表面に形成されると共に車両に取り付けられた車両用窓ガラスにおいて、前記車両の下部側の前記赤外線カット膜の膜厚が、前記車両の上部側の前記赤外線カット膜の膜厚より厚いことを特徴とする車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記赤外線カット膜は、シリカ及び赤外線カットオフ成分を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記赤外線カットオフ成分は、錫ドープ酸化インジウム(ITO)微粒子、アンチモンドープ酸化錫(ATO)微粒子、アルミニウムドープ酸化亜鉛(AZO)微粒子、インジウムドープ酸化亜鉛(IZO)微粒子、錫ドープ酸化亜鉛微粒子、珪素ドープ酸化亜鉛微粒子、6ホウ化ランタン微粒子、及び6ホウ化セリウム微粒子からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の微粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記赤外線カットオフ成分は、前記赤外線カット膜の全質量に対して20〜45質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記膜厚は前記車両の上部側から前記車両の下部側にかけて連続的に変化することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記車両の下部側の前記赤外線カット膜の膜厚の最大値と前記車両の上部側の前記赤外線カット膜の膜厚の最小値との差は、1000nm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記車両の下部側の前記赤外線カット膜の膜厚の最大値は、前記車両の上部側の前記赤外線カット膜の膜厚の最小値の2倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記車両の上部側の前記赤外線カットガラスの膜厚最小部は、波長1000〜1600nmの光の透過率が30%以下、且つ波長1600〜2500nmの光の透過率が20%以下であり、前記車両の下部側の前記赤外線カットガラスの膜厚最大部は、波長1000〜1600nmの光の透過率が20%以下、且つ波長1600〜2500nmの光の透過率が10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 前記車両の下部側の前記赤外線カットガラスの膜厚最大部の波長1550nmにおける光の透過率は、前記車両の上部側の前記赤外線カットガラスの膜厚最小部の波長1550nmにおける光の透過率の50%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の車両用窓ガラス。
- 赤外線カット膜が表面に形成されると共に車両に取り付けられた車両用窓ガラスの製造方法において、
前記赤外線カット膜をガラス板の表面にフローコート法により形成する形成ステップと、
前記車両の下部側の前記赤外線カット膜の膜厚が、前記車両の上部側の前記赤外線カット膜の膜厚より厚くなるように前記赤外線カット膜が表面に形成されたガラス板を前記車両に取り付ける取り付けステップとを備えることを特徴とする車両用窓ガラスの製造方法。
