Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る液晶パネル検査装置は、液晶パネルが置かれて前記液晶パネルに光を出力する検査台と、該検査台に回転可能に形成されて偏光板が挿入される溝を有する偏光板固定部と、前記検査台に形成されて前記偏光板固定部を所望の位置に位置させるストッパーとで構成される。

Description
また、前記上部基板3には、カラーフィルタ工程によりカラーを具現化するR、G、Bのカラーフィルタ層と共通電極を形成する(S104)。
即ち、前記治具32を前記治具ピン26に挿入して前記偏光板30を固定するためには、作業者が手で前記治具32を掴んで該治具32のホール27に前記検査台22の治具ピン26を挿入しなければならない。ところが、近年、液晶パネル1の大型化につれて該液晶パネル1を検査するための偏光板30も大型化するために、作業者が手で大型偏光板30を掴んで前記治具32のホール27に前記治具ピン26を挿入することは、実質的に不可能であり、前記偏光板30を脱着する時に前記カメラ24に偏光板30が衝突して、前記カメラ24と偏光板30が破損するという問題点もあった。
また、前記偏光板固定部は、溝が地面と垂直方向になるまで回転し、前記偏光板固定部及びストッパーのうち少なくとも一方には、固定部材が設置されて偏光板固定部を固定させる。

Claims (12)
- 液晶パネルが置かれて前記液晶パネルに光を出力する検査台と、
該検査台に回転可能に形成されて偏光板が挿入される溝を有する偏光板固定部と、
前記検査台に形成されて前記偏光板固定部を所望の位置に位置させるストッパーとで構成されることを特徴とする液晶パネル検査装置。 - 前記偏光板固定部は、溝が地面と垂直方向になるまで回転することを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶パネル検査装置。
- 前記偏光板固定部及びストッパーのうち少なくとも一方に設置されて、偏光板固定部を固定させる固定部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶パネル検査装置。
- 前記固定部材は、磁石を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の液晶パネル検査装置。
- 前記検査台の上部に設置されて液晶パネルを撮影して液晶パネルの整列を判断するカメラをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶パネル検査装置。
- 前記偏光板を支持して偏光板固定部に挿入される治具をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶パネル検査装置。
- 前記偏光板固定部を回転させる回転軸をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶パネル検査装置。
- 液晶パネルが置かれて前記液晶パネルに光を出力する検査台と、
偏光板を支持する治具と、
前記検査台に形成されて前記治具が挿入される溝を備えて前記偏光板を固定する偏光板固定部とで構成されることを特徴とする液晶パネル検査装置。 - 前記偏光板固定部は、回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の液晶パネル検査装置。
- 前記偏光板固定部を回転させる回転軸をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の液晶パネル検査装置。
- 前記偏光板固定部は、溝が地面と垂直な角度まで回転して治具を溝に挿入することを特徴とする請求項9記載の液晶パネル検査装置。
- 前記偏光板固定部の回転を停止させるストッパーと、
回転された偏光板固定部を固定させる固定部材とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の液晶パネル検査装置。
