Abstract
【解決手段】略円板形状のクラッチプレート2の外周箇所に支持ピン3を介して3個以下の遠心ウェイト5が揺動自在に装着され、該遠心ウェイト5がクラッチアウタ1に回転伝達を行なう遠心クラッチとすること。前記支持ピン3の先端箇所が挿通する貫通孔6aが形成されたサイドプレート6が具備され、前記遠心ウェイト5が覆われるようにして前記サイドプレート6が前記遠心ウェイト5上に配置されること。前記支持ピン3の先端がサイドプレート6の貫通孔6aに挿通且つ固着されること。

Claims (5)
- 略円板形状のクラッチプレートの外周箇所に支持ピンを介して3個以下の遠心ウェイトが揺動自在に装着され、該遠心ウェイトがクラッチアウタに回転伝達を行なう遠心クラッチにおいて、前記支持ピンの先端箇所が挿通する貫通孔が形成されたサイドプレートが具備され、前記遠心ウェイトが覆われるようにして前記サイドプレートが前記遠心ウェイト上に配置されると共に、前記支持ピンの先端がサイドプレートの貫通孔に挿通且つ固着されてなることを特徴とする遠心クラッチ。
- 請求項1において、前記サイドプレートの貫通孔に挿通された支持ピンの先端はカシメ変形により前記サイドプレートに固着されてなることを特徴とする遠心クラッチ。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記サイドプレートの貫通孔に挿通された支持ピンは圧入により前記サイドプレートに固着されてなることを特徴とする遠心クラッチ。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記サイドプレートの貫通孔に挿通された支持ピンは圧入且つカシメ変形により前記サイドプレートに固着されてなることを特徴とする遠心クラッチ。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4のいずれか1項の記載において、前記遠心ウェイトは、2個としてなることを特徴とする遠心クラッチ。
