Abstract
【解決手段】隣り合うころ間に間座を介在させたころ軸受の組立て方法は、外輪の内周にころと間座を交互に配列していき、最後に組み込むころの両脇に位置する間座を、配列済みのころの転動面の軸受内径側に沿わせた状態で、前記最後に組み込むころを外輪に向かって挿入することにより、前記両脇に位置する間座をスライドさせつつ、ころを外輪の内周に組み込むことからなる。

Claims (5)
- 隣り合うころ間に間座を介在させたころ軸受の組立て方法であって、外輪の内周にころと間座を交互に配列していき、最後に組み込むころの両脇に位置する間座を、配列済みのころの転動面の軸受内径側に沿わせた状態で、前記最後に組み込むころを外輪に向かって挿入することにより、前記両脇に位置する間座をスライドさせつつ、ころを外輪の内周に組み込むことからなる、ころ軸受の組立て方法。
- 前記間座のころ転動面と向き合う面を、ころ転動面を受け入れる凹形状とした請求項1のころ軸受の組立て方法。
- 前記間座の軸方向に垂直な断面において、間座のスライド方向前方の肉厚Tが次式の範囲である請求項1または2のころ軸受の組立て方法。
