【解決手段】ころ軸受は、内輪軌道面と外輪軌道面との間に転動自在に介在する複数のころ6と、隣り合うころ6間に樹脂製の間座8を具備し、間座8に予め吸湿処理が施してある。

Claims (5)
- 内輪軌道面と外輪軌道面との間に転動自在に介在する複数のころと、隣り合うころ間に樹脂製の間座を具備するころ軸受において、前記間座に予め吸湿処理を施したことを特徴とするころ軸受。
- 前記間座が繊維を配合した合成樹脂からなる請求項1のころ軸受。
- 前記間座が軸受の円周方向の肉厚に関して2種類ある請求項1または2のころ軸受。
- 外輪の内周にころと間座を交互に配列していき、最後に組み込むころの両脇に位置する間座を、配列済みのころの転動面の軸受内径側に沿わせた状態で、前記最後に組み込むころを外輪に向かって挿入することにより、前記両脇に位置する間座をスライドさせつつ、ころを外輪の内周に組み込むことからなる、請求項1ないし3のいずれかのころ軸受の組み立て方法。
- 前記間座の軸方向両端にころ端面と接触する拡張部を設けた請求項1ないし4のいずれかのころ軸受。
