Abstract
【解決手段】排気ガス温度検出手段で検出された排気ガスの温度が、所定の判定用温度以上のときに、排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中に還元剤を供給する際に、排気ガス成分濃度検出手段で検出された排気ガスの酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度の2以上を還元剤供給制御の際の制御パラメータとして使用する。

Description
この制御では、図3〜図5に示すような酸化触媒12のライトオフ用データを予め用意して制御装置20に記憶しておく。このライトオフ用データは、次のようにして求める。
1 排気ガス浄化システム
2 吸気通路
4 排気通路
8 燃料噴射弁
10 排気ガス浄化装置
11 触媒付きフィルタ(DPF)
12 酸化触媒
13 HC供給装置
21 差圧センサ
22 触媒入口排気温度センサ
23 触媒出口排気温度センサ
24 フィルタ出口排気温度センサ
25 上流側のガス成分濃度センサ
26 下流側のガス成分濃度センサ
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に排気ガス浄化装置を備えると共に、還元剤の供給量及び供給時期を調整しながら、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中に還元剤を供給する還元剤供給手段と、排気ガスの温度を検出する排気ガス温度検出手段と、排気ガス中の酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度を検出する排気ガス成分濃度検出手段とを備え、前記還元剤供給手段が、前記排気ガス温度検出手段で検出された排気ガスの温度が、所定の判定用温度以上のときに、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中に還元剤を供給する制御を行う制御装置を有する排気ガス浄化システムの排気ガス浄化方法において、
還元剤の供給に際して、前記排気ガス成分濃度検出手段で検出された排気ガスの酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度の2以上を還元剤供給制御の際の制御パラメータとして使用することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。 - 還元剤の供給に際して、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガスの酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度と所定の判定用温度との関係に基づいて、前記排気ガス成分濃度検出手段で検出された前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガスの酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度から、前記所定の判定用温度を設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 還元剤の供給に際して、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガスの温度、酸素濃度、CO濃度と消費可能なHC量との関係に基づいて、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガスの温度、酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度から、排気ガス中に供給する還元剤の供給量を算出及び設定して、該供給量で還元剤を排気ガス中に供給することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 前記排気ガス浄化装置が、酸化触媒、触媒付きディーゼルパテイキュレートフィルタ、NOx吸蔵還元型触媒、触接還元型NOx触媒、選択的接触触媒の内の一つ以上を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。
- 内燃機関の排気通路に排気ガス浄化装置を備えると共に、還元剤の供給量及び供給時期を調整しながら、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中に還元剤を供給する還元剤供給手段と、排気ガスの温度を検出する排気ガス温度検出手段と、排気ガス中の酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度を検出する排気ガス成分濃度検出手段とを備え、前記還元剤供給手段が、前記排気ガス温度検出手段で検出された排気ガスの温度が、所定の判定用温度以上のときに、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガス中に還元剤を供給する制御を行う制御装置を有する排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記制御装置が、還元剤の供給に際して、前記排気ガス成分濃度検出手段で検出された排気ガスの酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度の2以上を還元剤供給制御の際の制御パラメータとして使用することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記制御装置が、還元剤の供給に際して、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガスの酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度と所定の判定用温度との関係に基づいて、前記排気ガス成分濃度検出手段で検出された前記酸化触媒に流入する排気ガスの酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度から、前記所定の判定用温度を設定することを特徴とする請求項5記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記制御装置が、還元剤の供給に際して、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガスの温度、酸素濃度、CO濃度と消費可能なHC量との関係に基づいて、前記排気ガス浄化装置に流入する排気ガスの温度、酸素濃度、CO濃度、HC濃度から、排気ガス中に供給する還元剤の供給量を算出及び設定して、該供給量で還元剤を排気ガス中に供給することを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記排気ガス浄化装置が、酸化触媒、触媒付きディーゼルパテイキュレートフィルタ、NOx吸蔵還元型触媒、触接還元型NOx触媒、選択的接触触媒の内の一つ以上を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
