技术领域
本发明涉及一种废气处理系统(exhaust gas processing system)及其控制方法,该废气处理系统设置有用于消除废气中的氮氧化合物的氮氧化合物净化催化剂。
背景技术
在使用柴油的系统中,废气处理的主要目的是减少颗粒物质以及消除氮氧化合物。
应用柴油机颗粒过滤器(DPF)以减少颗粒物质,并且应用氮氧化合物净化催化剂(LNT)以减少氮氧化合物。
柴油机颗粒过滤器和氮氧化合物净化催化剂被废气中包含的硫(S)污染,因此会有其性能退化的问题,次喷射系统用于通过提高过滤器的温度来对过滤器脱硫。
同时,在补充了高硫燃料的情况中,柴油机颗粒过滤器或氮氧化合物净化催化剂频繁地再生,从而降低其耐久性,或者频繁脱硫会有燃料消耗增加的问题。

发明内容

控制部110从第一氧传感器OS1和第二氧传感器OS2检测出的氧浓度检测喷射的还原剂的浓度,并控制还原剂的喷射量。

参照图3,在S300中执行氮氧化合物净化模式以通过氮氧化合物净化催化剂140消除氮氧化合物。在氮氧化合物净化模式中燃料随着还原剂由喷油嘴150喷射,喷射的还原剂与待活化的柴油裂化器120反应。

在S340确定是否补充燃料。控制部110从燃料表检测燃料量并确定是否补充燃料。
如果不补充燃料,执行S350,确定喷油嘴150的催化剂是否正常运行,并在S360执行故障诊断。用于确定催化剂或喷油嘴150是否正常运行的方法在本发明的各实施方式中被省略。
如果补充燃料,执行S370和S380中的检查催化剂或喷油嘴150的状况。
在S380确定在脱硫之后里程(行驶距离)是否大于预定脱硫距离。可以在本发明的各实施方式的S380中确定在脱硫之后行驶时间是否大于预定脱硫时间。
可以在本发明的各实施方式的S380中确定在脱硫之后燃料消耗量而不是行驶距离(里程)是否大于预定脱硫燃料消耗量。换句话说,可以在S380确定脱硫之后的积累的里程、行驶时间或燃料消耗量是否大于预定值。
在S380中如果脱硫之后的里程、行驶时间或燃料消耗量大于预定值,则执行S320,以及如果脱硫之后的里程、行驶时间或燃料消耗量小于预定值,则执行S390。
在脱硫之后,行驶距离、行驶时间或油耗小于预定值,但是如在S330中所确定的,由于前/后温差ΔT小于预定值X,因此执行S320以异常地对催化剂脱硫,在S390中对异常脱硫的次数计数。
在S390中对异常脱硫的次数计数,如果次数为2,则确定在S400中补充高硫燃料,并通知驾驶员。
如上所述,当执行氮氧化合物净化模式以消除氮氧化合物时,根据催化剂的前/后温差来执行脱硫,在重复执行异常脱硫控制的情况中,确定补充高硫燃料。

Claims (4)

1.一种废气处理方法,包括:
如果前/后温差ΔT小于预定温差X,通过将催化剂的温度提高到预定值来对催化剂脱硫,同时喷射还原剂;
确定脱硫之后的行驶距离、燃料消耗量或行驶时间是否超过第一参考值;
通过检测燃料量来确定是否补充燃料;以及
确定是否补充高硫燃料,如果第一参考值没有超过预定值,则补充燃料,并且在喷射还原剂的过程中温差ΔT小于预定温差X。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废气处理方法,进一步包括:
不规律地对催化剂进行脱硫,在确定是否补充高硫燃料之后,如果第一参考值没有超过预定值,则补充燃料,并且温差ΔT小于预定温差X;
对不规律的脱硫的次数进行计数;以及
如果计数大于预定值,给出补充高硫燃料的警报。
3.一种废气处理系统,包括:
催化剂,用于消除废气的颗粒物质;
检测部,其检测车辆的驱动状况,以及
控制部,其执行预定程序以根据检测部检测的驱动状况来再生催化剂,
其中预定程序包括用于执行如权利要求1所述的废气处理方法的指令。
4.根据权利要求3所述的废气处理系统,其中所述催化剂为:
消除有害材料的氧化催化剂,
捕获废气中的颗粒物质的柴油机颗粒过滤器,或
消除废气中的氮氧化合物的氮氧化合物净化催化剂。
