Abstract
【解決手段】内部集電体と、内部集電体の外側に配設される内側触媒層、内側触媒層の外側に配設される電解質膜、及び、電解質膜の外側に配設される外側触媒層を備えるMEAと、MEAの端部に配置されるシール部と、を具備するチューブ型燃料電池であって、内側触媒層の両端面をA1及びA2、A1と対応する電解質膜の端面をB1、A2と対応する電解質膜の端面をB2、A1及びB1と対応する外側触媒層の端面をC1、A2及びB2と対応する外側触媒層の端面をC2、とするとき、外側触媒層の軸方向長さが、電解質膜の軸方向長さ及び内側触媒層の軸方向長さよりも短く、A1及びB1の内側にC1が位置し、A2及びB2の内側にC2が位置するとともに、A1及びB1とC1との間、並びに、A2及びB2とC2との間に、シール部が配置されている、チューブ型燃料電池とする。

Description
請求項1に記載の発明は、内部集電体と、内部集電体の外側に配設される内側触媒層、内側触媒層の外側に配設される電解質膜、及び、電解質膜の外側に配設される外側触媒層を備えるMEAと、MEAの端部に配置されるシール部と、を具備するチューブ型燃料電池であって、内側触媒層の両端面をA1及びA2、A1と対応する電解質膜の端面をB1、A2と対応する電解質膜の端面をB2、A1及びB1と対応する外側触媒層の端面をC1、A2及びB2と対応する外側触媒層の端面をC2、とするとき、外側触媒層の軸方向長さが、電解質膜の軸方向長さ及び内側触媒層の軸方向長さよりも短く、A1及びB1の内側にC1が位置し、A2及びB2の内側にC2が位置するとともに、A1及びB1とC1との間、並びに、A2及びB2とC2との間に、シール部が配置されていることを特徴とする、チューブ型燃料電池により、上記課題を解決する。

Claims (2)
- 内部集電体と、該内部集電体の外側に配設される内側触媒層、該内側触媒層の外側に配設される電解質膜、及び、該電解質膜の外側に配設される外側触媒層を備えるMEAと、該MEAの端部に配置されるシール部と、を具備するチューブ型燃料電池であって、
前記内側触媒層の両端面をA1及びA2、前記A1と対応する前記電解質膜の端面をB1、前記A2と対応する前記電解質膜の端面をB2、前記A1及びB1と対応する前記外側触媒層の端面をC1、前記A2及びB2と対応する前記外側触媒層の端面をC2、とするとき、
前記外側触媒層の軸方向長さが、前記電解質膜の軸方向長さ及び前記内側触媒層の軸方向長さよりも短く、
前記A1及びB1の内側に前記C1が位置し、前記A2及びB2の内側に前記C2が位置するとともに、前記A1及びB1と前記C1との間、並びに、前記A2及びB2と前記C2との間に、前記シール部が配置されていることを特徴とする、チューブ型燃料電池。 - 内部集電体と、該内部集電体の外側に配設される内側触媒層、該内側触媒層の外側に配設される電解質膜、及び、該電解質膜の外側に配設される外側触媒層を備えるMEAと、該MEAの端部に配置されるシール部と、を具備するチューブ型燃料電池であって、
前記内側触媒層の両端面をX1及びX2、前記X1と対応する前記電解質膜の端面をY1、前記X2と対応する前記電解質膜の端面をY2、前記X1及びY1と対応する前記外側触媒層の端面をZ1、前記X2及びY2と対応する前記外側触媒層の端面をZ2、とするとき、
前記シール部内に、前記X1、X2、Y1、Y2、Z1、及び、Z2が配置されるとともに、前記X1、Y1、及び、Z1の位置、並びに、前記X2、Y2、及び、Z2の位置が略同一であることを特徴とする、チューブ型燃料電池。
