Abstract
【解決手段】車両の駆動装置は、モータジェネレータMG2と、モータジェネレータMG2の制御を行なうパワー制御ユニット21と、モータジェネレータMG2およびパワー制御ユニット21を収容するケースとを備える。パワー制御ユニット21は、モータジェネレータMG2を駆動する第1のインバータと、電源電圧を昇圧して第1のインバータに与える電圧コンバータとを含む。電圧コンバータは、リアクトルL1を含む。リアクトルL1およびケースに接触する潤滑油を熱伝達剤としてリアクトルL1の熱が放熱される。ケースには、潤滑油の循環経路が形成され、リアクトルは、循環経路上に配置される。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両100のモータジェネレータ制御に関する構成を示す回路図である。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両の駆動装置20の外観を示す斜視図である。
図3、図4を参照して、駆動装置20のケースは、ケース104とケース102とに分割可能に構成されている。ケース104は主としてモータジェネレータMG1を収容する部分であり、ケース102は、主としてモータジェネレータMG2およびパワー制御ユニットを収容する部分である。
図5を参照して、ケース102にはモータジェネレータ組付け用および保守用の開口109が設けられており、この開口109は車両搭載状態においては蓋により閉じられている。
図6を参照して、モータジェネレータMG2の断面およびパワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室の断面が示されている。
図7、図8を参照して、エンジンのクランクシャフト50はダンパー124に接続され、ダンパー124の出力軸は動力分割機構PSDに接続される。
図9を参照して、リアクトルL1を収容する第1の収容室であるオイル室216は蓋212で他の電子部材が収容される空間とは仕切られている。オイル通路210からオイル室216に流れ込んだ潤滑油はリアクトルL1を冷却し矢印F1,F2,F3,F4に示すように流れオイル抜き孔214から減速ギヤRG側に戻される。
図10を参照して、パワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室においてはリアクトルL1の断面が示されている。リアクトルL1は、たとえば電磁鋼板が積層されたコアにコイルが巻回された構造を有する。
機構PSDと、ダンパ124の回転軸と略平行にずれた回転軸を有し、動力分割機構PSDからのトルクが伝達される減速ギヤRGと、ダンパ124の回転軸と略平行にずれた回転軸を有し、減速ギヤRGと噛み合い車輪にトルクを伝達するディファレンシャルギヤDEFと、モータジェネレータMG2の制御を行なう基板120、リアクトルL1およびコンデンサC2を含むパワー制御ユニット21とが示されている。ケースは、ダンパ124、モータジェネレータMG2、減速ギヤRG、ディファレンシャルギヤDEFおよびパワー制御ユニット21を収容する。
に加えて、減速ギヤRGおよびディファレンシャルギヤDEFを配置した状態で、周辺の空きスペースを利用してパワー制御ユニットの構成要素であるパワー素子基板120、リアクトルL1およびコンデンサC2を配置している。これにより、高さを低く抑えつつコンパクトなハイブリッド車両の駆動装置を実現することができる。
図15は、図14のXV−XVにおける部分断面を示した部分断面図である。
図16に示した変形例は、図10に示した構成においてリアクトルL1を絶縁樹脂でモールドし、このモールド部分の上端をオイル室216の蓋を兼用するフランジ形状とする点が異なる。この絶縁樹脂のフランジ形状の蓋には、図示しないがリアクトルをバスバーに接続するための端子が設けられている。他の部分については図10と同様であるので説明は繰返さない。このようにすることによってリアクトルL1の組付けが楽になるとともに、部品点数を削減することができる。
図17は、実施の形態2における車両の駆動装置の断面を示した図である。
図18は、潤滑油を循環させる手段の変形例を説明するための図である。
今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
Claims (10)
- 第1の回転電機と、
前記第1の回転電機の制御を行なうパワー制御ユニットと、
前記第1の回転電機および前記パワー制御ユニットを収容するケースとを備え、
前記パワー制御ユニットは、
前記第1の回転電機を駆動する第1のインバータと、
電源電圧を昇圧して前記第1のインバータに与える電圧コンバータとを含み、
前記電圧コンバータは、
リアクトルを含み、
前記リアクトルおよび前記ケースに接触する熱伝達剤をさらに備える、車両の駆動装置。 - 前記熱伝達剤は、前記第1の回転電機の潤滑および冷却を行なう潤滑油であり、
前記車両の制御装置は、
前記潤滑油の循環手段をさらに備え、
前記ケースには、前記潤滑油の循環経路が形成され、
前記リアクトルは、前記循環経路上に配置される、請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記循環手段は、
前記潤滑油に浸漬され、前記第1の回転電機の回転に応じて回転するギヤと、
前記ギヤの掻き揚げる前記潤滑油を受けるオイルキャッチ板とを含む、請求項2に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記ケースは、
前記循環経路上の下流に配置されたオイルパンを含み、
前記循環手段は、
前記回転電機の回転に応じて前記オイルパンから前記潤滑油を汲み上げて前記潤滑経路の前記リアクトルよりも上流部に送るギヤを含む、請求項2に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記ケースは、
前記リアクトルを収容する第1の収容室を含み、
前記リアクトルは、前記第1の収容室において前記熱伝達剤に浸漬される、請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記熱伝達剤は、前記第1の回転電機の潤滑および冷却を行なう潤滑油であり、
前記車両の制御装置は、
前記潤滑油の循環手段をさらに備え、
前記ケースには、前記潤滑油の循環経路が形成され、
前記ケースは、
前記第1の回転電機を収容する第2の収容室と、
前記第1、第2の収容室を仕切る隔壁とをさらに含み、
前記隔壁には、前記循環経路の一部を形成する孔が設けられる、請求項5に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記リアクトルは、
コイルと、
鉄心と、
前記コイル及び前記鉄心をモールドする絶縁材とを含み、
前記絶縁材は前記第1の収容室の蓋となるフランジ形状に形成される、請求項5に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記熱伝達剤は、前記第1の回転電機の潤滑および冷却を行なう潤滑油であり、
前記第1の収容室は、
前記潤滑油を貯蔵するオイルパンである、請求項5に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記車両は、
内燃機関を含み、
前記車両の駆動装置は、
第2の回転電機と、
前記第1の回転電機のロータの回転が第1軸に伝達され、前記第2の回転電機のロータの回転が第2軸に伝達され、前記クランクシャフトの回転が第3軸に伝達される動力分割機構とをさらに備え、
前記ケースは、前記第2の回転電機および前記動力分割機構をさらに収容する、請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記パワー制御ユニットは、
前記第2の回転電機に対応して設けられる第2のインバータをさらに含み、
前記電圧コンバータは、前記第1、第2のインバータに共通して設けられる、請求項9に記載の車両の駆動装置。
