Abstract
【解決手段】処理槽1内の熱湯中に生茶葉を遊動状態で定速移送する移送手段2を設け、この移送手段で熱湯中に生茶葉を移送する間に茹で上げ、茹で上がると茶葉を処理槽外へ排出させることで、適切均一な生茶葉の茹で処理ができるようにした生茶葉の茹で処理装置Aであって、上記生茶葉の移送手段が、通湯構造の筒状をなして始端に生茶葉の送り込み手段6を接続され、終端を処理槽外へ出された茹で室3と、この茹で室内に可変速動力4で回転されるように配置して、ピッチを熱湯中で生茶葉が遊動できるように設定した送り螺旋5とで構成されること。

Claims (3)
- 処理槽内の熱湯中に生茶葉を遊動状態で定速移送する移送手段を設け、この移送手段で熱湯中に生茶葉を移送する間に茹で上げ、茹で上がると茶葉を処理槽外へ排出させることで、適切均一な生茶葉の茹で処理ができるようにした生茶葉の茹で処理装置であって、
上記生茶葉の移送手段が、通湯構造の筒状をなして始端に生茶葉の送り込み手段を接続され、終端を処理槽外へ出された茹で室と、
この茹で室内に可変速動力で回転されるように配置して、ピッチを熱湯中で生茶葉が遊動できるように設定した送り螺旋とで構成される
ことを特徴とした生茶葉の茹で処理装置。 - 上記茹で室と送り羽根とで構成される生茶葉の移送手段を、始端が処理槽の下部に位置し、終端が処理槽の上方に位置するように斜めに配置して、
始端側には送り螺旋を利用した生茶葉の押し込み手段を接続し、終端側には排出茶葉の搬出手段を設置した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生茶葉の茹で処理装置。 - 処理槽内の熱湯中に生茶葉を遊動状態で定速移送する移送手段を設け、この移送手段で熱湯中に生茶葉を移送する間に茹で上げ、茹で上がると茶葉を処理槽外へ排出させることで、適切均一な生茶葉の茹で処理ができるようにした生茶葉の茹で処理装置であって、
