Claims (6)
- 튀김용 기름이 수용되어 조리물을 튀기는 유탕솥(110)을 형성하고 유탕솥(110)내부에 구동모터(124)가 결합된 구동축(123)에 방사형으로 회전체(121)를 형성한 로터리 휠(120)을 구비하여 조리물을 일정한 속도로 통과시키고 튀김이 완료된 조리물을 외부로 배출하는 유탕부(100)와,상기 유탕부(100)의 로터리 휠(120)에 근접되게 운반밸트(201)를 구비하여 배출된 조리물을 운반하면서 기름을 드레인하는 운반부(200)와,상기 유탕부(100)의 유탕솥(110)에 공급되는 기름을 가열하도록 연소실(310)을 형성하고 연소실(310) 내부로 화염을 발생시키는 버너(320)를 구비한 연소부(300)와,상기 유탕부(100)에서 튀김에 사용된 기름을 순환펌프(420)로 강제순환 시켜 회수하고 순환펌프(420)에 도달하기 전에 필터(440)로 기름중에 포함된 잔여물을 여과하고 여과된 기름을 다시 연소부(300)로 압송하는 순환부(400)와,상기 유탕부(100)의 유탕솥(110)에서 튀겨지는 조리물의 통과 시간을 제어하고 유탕솥(110)에 수용된 기름의 온도 , 회수량 및 공급량을 컨트롤하는 제어부(500)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 튀김장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유탕부(100)는 유탕솥(110)의 외부에 유탕솥(110)에 수용된 기름의 수위를 조절하는 수위조절기(112)를 형성하고 유탕솥(110) 상측으로 유탕솥(110) 내부에 발생되는 가스를 배출하는 후드(115)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 튀김장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연소부(300)의 연소실(310) 내부에 기름을 통과시켜 가열하는 열교환기(340)를 형성하고 연소실(310) 벽면에 버너(320)의 불꽃상태를 확인할 수 있는 확인창(311)을 형성하며 연소실(310) 내부 벽면에 단열재(350)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 튀김장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 순환부(400)는 순환펌프(420)에 의해 압력을 가하여 유탕솥(110)에 수용된 기름을 회수하는 회수배관(410)을 형성하고 순환펌프(420)의 압력에 의해 기름을 다시 연소부(300)의 열교환기(340)로 압송하는 압송배관(430)을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 튀김장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항에 있어서상기 순환부(400)의 순환펌프(420) 전에 필터(440)를 형성하여 기름중에 포함된 이물질을 걸러주고 필터(440)에 의해 걸러진 이물질을 구동모터(451)에 결합된 배출장치(450)를 형성하고 배출장치(450)를 통하여 필터(440)로 걸러진 이물질을 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튀김장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서상기 유탕부(100)와 근접되게 체인블럭(601)이 결합된 호이스트(600)을 더 설치하여 로터리 휠(120), 후드(115) 등의 청소 및 점검시 분해 결합이 용이한 것을 특징으로 하는 튀김장치.
