Abstract
【解決手段】 第1の水素分離膜(10)を準備する準備工程と、第1の水素分離膜(10)の一面上に第2の水素分離膜(30)を成膜する水素分離膜成膜工程と、第2の水素分離膜(30)上に電解質膜(40)を成膜する電解質膜成膜工程とを含むことを特徴とする。この場合、欠陥のない電解質膜(40)を形成することができる。したがって、電解質膜(40)と第2の水素分離膜(30)との密着性が向上する。その結果、電解質膜(40)と第2の水素分離膜(30)との剥離を抑制することができる。

Claims (5)
- 第1の水素分離膜を準備する準備工程と、
前記第1の水素分離膜の一面上に第2の水素分離膜を成膜する水素分離膜成膜工程と、
前記第2の水素分離膜上に電解質膜を成膜する電解質膜成膜工程とを含むことを特徴とする燃料電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1の水素分離膜は、溶解圧延または液体急冷法により作製した水素透過性金属膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記水素分離膜成膜工程と前記電解質膜成膜工程との間に、前記第2の水素分離膜の一面を研磨する研磨する研磨工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2の水素分離膜の硬度は、前記第1の水素分離膜の硬度よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記水素分離膜成膜工程は、PVD法、CVD法、スパッタリング法、めっき法およびゾルゲル法のいずれかによって成膜する工程であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
