Abstract
【解決課題】 貴金属と典型元素又は希土類金属元素とからなる触媒粒子が担持され、触媒粒子が最適な粒径で、かつ、均一組成である触媒を提供する。
【解決手段】 本発明は、金属酸化物又はカーボンからなる多孔質担体上に、1種又は2種以上の貴金属と、1種又は2種以上の典型元素又は希土類金属元素若しくはこれらの酸化物とからなる触媒粒子が担持された触媒の製造方法であって、(1)貴金属のイオン及び典型元素又は希土類金属元素のイオンに、水溶性の高分子化合物を作用させることにより、貴金属及び典型元素又は希土類金属元素と高分子化合物とが配位結合、イオン結合、又は、共有結合により結合してなり、これらの元素を1分子内に総原子数10〜50000で含む複合錯体を形成する工程、(2)複合錯体を多孔質担体に担持させる工程、(3)複合錯体が担持された多孔質担体を焼成及び/又は還元する工程からなる触媒の製造方法である。

Claims (11)
- 1種又は2種以上の金属酸化物又はカーボンからなる多孔質担体上に、1種又は2種以上の貴金属と、1種又は2種以上の典型元素又は希土類金属元素若しくはこれらの酸化物とからなり、総原子数10〜50000の触媒粒子が担持された触媒の製造方法であって、下記工程からなる方法。
(1)前記貴金属のイオン及び前記典型元素又は希土類金属元素のイオンに、水溶性の高分子化合物を作用させることにより、貴金属及び典型元素又は希土類金属元素と前記高分子化合物とが配位結合、イオン結合、又は、共有結合により結合してなり、これらの原子を1分子内に総原子数で10〜50000含む複合錯体を形成する工程
(2)前記複合錯体を前記多孔質担体に担持させる工程
(3)前記複合錯体が担持された多孔質担体を焼成及び/又は還元する工程 - 複合錯体を形成する工程は、高分子化合物を含む溶液に貴金属の塩又はその溶液を混合した後、典型元素又は希土類金属元素の塩又はその溶液を混合させるものである請求項1記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 複合錯体を多孔質担体に担持させる工程は、複合錯体を含む溶液と、多孔質担体を含む溶液とを混合するものである請求項1又は請求項2記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 複合錯体が担持された多孔質担体を焼成した後に還元する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 複合錯体が担持された多孔質担体を還元した後に焼成する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 高分子化合物は、窒素、カルボキシル基、カルボニル基、アルコール基の少なくともいずれか一つを分子内に有する請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 高分子化合物は、ポリアクリル酸、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリエチレンイミン、ポリアリルアミン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ(N−カルボキシメチル)エチレンイミン、ポリ(N,N−ジカルボキシメチル)アリルアミン、又は、これらを少なくとも1種以上含む共重合体である請求項6記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 高分子化合物は、ポリアミノ酸、多糖類である請求項6記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 貴金属は、白金、パラジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、銀、金、イリジウムの少なくともいずれかである請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 典型元素は、ガリウム、ゲルマニウム、ヒ素、セレン、インジウム、スズ、アンチモン、テルル、タリウム、鉛、ビスマス、ポロニウムである請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の触媒の製造方法。
- 希土類元素は、ランタン、セリウム、ネオジウム、プロメチウム、サマリウム、ユーロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、ジスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イッテルビウム、ルテチウムである請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の触媒の製造方法。
