Abstract
【解決手段】 この電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法は,配線に設けた一対の端子を相対移動によって断接する電気接点に,フッ素系オイルを除く基油の95〜70重量%と,増ちょう剤と添加剤との5〜30重量%とから構成されたグリースを塗布し,電気接点の遮断時に発生するアークによる接点領域の損傷を抑制する。増ちょう剤としては,有機化ベントナイトが好ましく,ベースオイルとしては,エステル油やグリコール油,ポリ−α−オレフィンが好ましく,また,ベースオイルが低粘度であることはアークによるエネルギーが小さく好ましい。

Description
フッ素系オイルを除く基油の95〜70重量%,及び増ちょう剤と添加剤との5〜30重量%から構成されたグリースを,少なくとも前記端子の前記電気接点に塗布して前記電気接点を互いに接続し,前記電気接点を互いに離間させて遮断する時に,前記電気接点間に前記グリースが存在することによってアークによる損傷を抑制することを特徴とする電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法に関する。

Claims (12)
- 配線における端子を互いに相対移動させて断接する一対の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法において,
フッ素系オイルを除く基油の95〜70重量%,及び増ちょう剤と添加剤との5〜30重量%から構成されたグリースを,少なくとも前記端子の前記電気接点に塗布して前記電気接点を互いに接続し,前記電気接点を互いに離間させて遮断する時に,前記電気接点間に前記グリースの存在によってアークによる損傷を抑制することを特徴とする電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。 - 前記基油に対して,前記増ちょう剤は15重量%以下であり,前記添加剤は10重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
- 前記基油は,同種のオイルでは低粘度が選択されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
- 前記グリースは,絶縁性グリース,導電性グリース,半導体領域のグリースが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
- 前記グリースは,体積抵抗率が105 〜109 Ω・cmの領域であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
- 前記基油は,パラフィン系鉱油,ナフテン系鉱油,ポリ−α−オレフィン油,ジエステル油,ポリオールエステル油,ジフェニルエーテル油,ポリアルキレングリコール油から選択される1種又は2種以上から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
- 前記増ちょう剤は,リチウム石けん,カルシウム石けん,ウレア化合物,アルミニウム石けん,カルシウム複合石けん,有機化ベントナイトから選択される1種又は2種以上から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
- 前記増ちょう剤は,粒子形状が粒状であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
- 前記添加剤は,酸化防止剤,導電性固体粉末,帯電防止剤,増粘剤から選択される1種又は2種以上から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
- 前記導電性固体粉末は,アルミニウム,酸化チタン等の金属粉,カーボンブラックから選択される1種又は2種以上から成ることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
- 前記帯電防止剤は,非イオン系界面活性剤,アニオン系界面活性剤,カチオン系界面活性剤,アニオン系とカチオン系との混合界面活性剤から選択される1種又は2種以上から成ることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
- ワイヤハーネス,コネクタ,スイッチ等の電気機器に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電気接点間のアークによる損傷抑制方法。
