Description
〔実施例〕
板厚4mmのA1100アルミニウム材から200mm×30mm×4mmのアルミ導電基材を切り出し、このアルミ導電基材を硫酸160g/L濃度の硫酸電解浴中、9℃、電流密度DC400A/m2、及び60分間の処理条件で陽極酸化処理を行い、アルミ導電基材の表面全体に膜厚60μmの陽極酸化皮膜を形成した、
Claims (4)
- アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなるアルミニウム材でアルミ導電基材を形成し、このアルミ導電基材の表面には、陽極酸化処理を施して陽極酸化皮膜で被覆された電気的絶縁部を形成すると共に、導電性酸化防止剤を塗布して導電性酸化防止膜で被覆された電気的接続部を形成することを特徴とするアルミ導電部材の製造方法。
- 前記電気的絶縁部は、アルミ導電基材の表面全面に陽極酸化処理を施して陽極酸化皮膜を形成し、次いで前記電気的接続部となる領域の陽極酸化皮膜を除去して形成され、また、前記電気的接続部は、陽極酸化皮膜が除去された前記領域に導電性酸化防止剤を塗布して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミ導電部材の製造方法。
- 前記アルミ導電基材の表面に形成されて電気的接続部となる領域の陽極酸化皮膜が、研磨処理により除去されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアルミ導電部材の製造方法。
- 前記電気的絶縁部は、前記アルミ導電基材において電気的接続部となる領域に保護膜を設け、次いでこの保護膜が設けられた領域以外の領域に陽極酸化処理を施して陽極酸化皮膜を形成することにより形成され、また、前記電気的接続部は、前記保護膜を除去した後に導電性酸化防止剤を塗布して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミ導電部材の製造方法。
