Abstract
スライダに注入される潤滑剤の漏洩を防止してその消費量の低減化を図ると共に、転動体やその無限循環路を確実に潤滑することができ、しかも簡易な構成でこれを達成することが可能な直線案内装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
スライダの端面に軌道レールとの間を密封するシール部材6を取り付けるに当たり、該スライダの端面にはボールの方向転換路に連通する潤滑剤供給口を開設する一方、かかる端面に固定されるシール部材6の内面には潤滑剤の供給溝66を形成し、該シール部材6をスライダに固定することによって上記潤滑剤供給孔へ連通する潤滑剤供給路を形成した。

Claims (2)
- 転動体の転走面を有する軌道レールと、上記転動体を介して上記軌道レールの転走面と対向する負荷転走面及びこの負荷転走面と平行な転動体戻し孔を有し、上記転動体の転動に伴い軌道レールに沿って移動自在な移動ブロックと、この移動ブロックの前後両端面に夫々固定されると共に、かかる移動ブロックの負荷転走面及び転動体戻し孔の間で転動体を案内する円弧状の方向転換路を有する一対の蓋体と、上記軌道レールと摺接するリップ部が一体成形されたゴム成形部及びこのゴム成形部が肉付けされたプレートから構成されて各蓋体に固定される一対のシール部材と、を備えた直線案内装置において、
上記蓋体には上記シール部材の取付面と上記方向転換路との間を連通する潤滑剤供給孔を開設する一方、上記シール部材のゴム成形部には蓋体の潤滑剤供給孔に連なる潤滑剤の供給溝を形成し、かかるゴム成形部が蓋体に当接するように上記シール部材を上記蓋体に固定することによって潤滑剤供給路を形成したことを特徴とする直線案内装置。 - 上記シール部材には、上記供給溝の縁部全長にわたって上記蓋体の端面に当接する帯状突起が形成されていることを特徴とする直線案内装置。
