Abstract
【解決手段】 シフトレバーが駐車ポジションに操作された状態でエンジンの始動指示がなされたとき、冷却水温Twが閾値Twref未満であり且つエンジンの停止時間tstが閾値tstref以上のときには(S110,S120)、比較的大きい所定トルクT2を押しあてトルクTgに設定し(S140)、反力トルクをキャンセルするためのトルクに押しあてトルクTgを加えたトルクを第2モータから出力しながらエンジンをモータリングして始動する。これにより、エンジンをモータリングする際の抵抗力が比較的大きいときでもギヤのガタ詰めを行なった状態でエンジンを始動できる。この結果、エンジンを始動する際のガタ打ちを抑制できる。

Description
車軸にギヤ機構を介して連結された駆動軸に動力を出力可能な内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、該駆動軸への動力の入出力を伴って前記内燃機関をモータリングするモータリング手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記内燃機関をモータリングする際の該内燃機関の抵抗力であるモータリング抵抗力が所定抵抗力以上になるのを推定する推定手段と、
前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記推定手段により前記モータリング抵抗力が所定抵抗力未満になると推定されたときには第1のトルクにより前記ギヤ機構におけるギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てながら前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記推定手段によりモータリング抵抗力が前記所定抵抗力以上になると推定されたときには前記第1のトルクより大きい第2のトルクにより前記ギヤ機構におけるギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てながら前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と前記電動機とを制御する始動時制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
車軸にギヤ機構を介して連結された駆動軸に動力を出力可能な内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され該駆動軸への動力の入出力を伴って前記内燃機関をモータリングするモータリング手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、を備えるハイブリッド車の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記内燃機関をモータリングする際の該内燃機関の抵抗力であるモータリング抵抗力が所定抵抗力未満になると推定されたときには第1のトルクにより前記ギヤ機構におけるギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てながら前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記モータリング抵抗力が所定抵抗力以上になると推定されたときには前記第1のトルクより大きい第2のトルクにより前記ギヤ機構におけるギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てながら前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と前記電動機とを制御する
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (9)
- 車軸にギヤ機構を介して連結された駆動軸に動力を出力可能な内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、該駆動軸への動力の入出力を伴って前記内燃機関をモータリングするモータリング手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記内燃機関をモータリングする際の該内燃機関の抵抗力であるモータリング抵抗力が所定抵抗力以上になるのを推定する推定手段と、
前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記推定手段により前記モータリング抵抗力が所定抵抗力未満になると推定されたときには第1のトルクにより前記ギヤ機構におけるギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てながら前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記推定手段によりモータリング抵抗力が前記所定抵抗力以上になると推定されたときには前記第1のトルクより大きい第2のトルクにより前記ギヤ機構におけるギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てながら前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と前記電動機とを制御する始動時制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド車であって、
前記内燃機関の温度を検出する温度検出手段を備え、
前記推定手段は、前記検出された温度が所定温度未満のときに前記モータリング抵抗力が所定抵抗力以上になると推定する手段である
ハイブリッド車。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド車であって、
前記内燃機関の停止時間を検出する停止時間検出手段を備え、
前記推定手段は、前記検出された温度が所定温度未満であると共に前記検出された停止時間が所定時間以上のときに前記モータリング抵抗力が所定抵抗力以上になると推定する手段である
ハイブリッド車。 - 前記停止時間検出手段は、前回のイグニッションオフから今回の前記内燃機関の始動までの時間を前記内燃機関の停止時間として検出する手段である請求項3記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記停止時間検出手段は、前回の前記内燃機関の停止から今回の該内燃機関の始動までの時間を前記内燃機関の停止時間として検出する手段である請求項3記載のハイブリッド車。
- 請求項2記載のハイブリッド車であって、
イグニッションオンされてから前記内燃機関が始動された回数である始動回数を検出する始動回数検出手段を備え、
前記推定手段は、前記検出された温度が所定温度未満であると共に前記検出された始動回数が所定回数未満のときに前記内燃機関を始動する際における該内燃機関の抵抗力が所定抵抗力以上になるのを推定する手段である
ハイブリッド車。 - 請求項1ないし6いずれか記載のハイブリッド車であって、
前記車軸が回転しないよう固定可能な固定手段を備え、
前記始動時制御手段は、前記固定手段により前記車軸が固定された状態で前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記第1のトルクまたは前記第2のトルクにより前記ギヤ機構におけるギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てながら該内燃機関が始動されるよう制御する手段である
ハイブリッド車。 - 前記モータリング手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記駆動軸に出力可能な手段である請求項1ないし7いずれか記載のハイブリッド車。
- 車軸にギヤ機構を介して連結された駆動軸に動力を出力可能な内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され該駆動軸への動力の入出力を伴って前記内燃機関をモータリングするモータリング手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、を備えるハイブリッド車の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関の始動指示がなされたとき、前記内燃機関をモータリングする際の該内燃機関の抵抗力であるモータリング抵抗力が所定抵抗力未満になると推定されたときには第1のトルクにより前記ギヤ機構におけるギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てながら前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記モータリング抵抗力が所定抵抗力以上になると推定されたときには前記第1のトルクより大きい第2のトルクにより前記ギヤ機構におけるギヤの噛み合いを一方側に押し当てながら前記内燃機関が始動されるよう該内燃機関と前記モータリング手段と前記電動機とを制御する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の制御方法。
