Abstract
【解決手段】 一般式(Ln1-xAex)(ZryM1-y)O3で表されるペロブスカイト化合物はBサイトにZrを0.1<y<0.5の範囲で含むことから、高い酸素透過性能と低い還元膨張率とを有するので、酸素イオン伝導性が高く且つ還元耐久性の優れた酸素分離膜が得られる。

Claims (2)
- 一般式(Ln1-xAex)(ZryM1-y)O3(但し、Lnはランタノイドのうちの1種または2種以上の組合せ、AeはBa、Sr、Caのうちから選ばれる1種または2種以上の組合せ、MはFe,Al,Ti,Co,Ni,Cu,Cr,Mn,Rh,Pd,Pt,およびAuのうちから選ばれる1種または2種以上の組合せ、0≦x≦1、0.1<y<0.5)で表されるペロブスカイト化合物から成ることを特徴とする酸素イオン伝導体。
- 請求項1に記載の酸素イオン伝導体を緻密な膜状としたことを特徴とする酸素分離膜。
