Abstract
【解決手段】 La0.6Sr0.4Ti0.1Fe0.9O3の結晶粒界または粒内にSm等をドープしたセリウム酸化物が存在すると、酸素イオン伝導性を維持したまま、そのLa0.6Sr0.4Ti0.1Fe0.9O3の還元膨張が抑制され、延いては酸素分離膜の還元膨張が抑制される。そのため、酸素イオン伝導性が高く且つ還元耐久性の優れた酸素分離膜が得られ、延いては、高効率で耐久性に優れた酸素分離膜エレメントが得られる。

Claims (3)
- 一般式(Ln1-xAex)(TiyM1-y)O3(但し、Lnはランタノイドのうちの1種または2種以上の組合せ、AeはBa、Sr、Caのうちから選ばれる1種または2種以上の組合せ、MはFe,Mn,Co,Zr,Ce,Mg,Ge,Zn,Cu,Sc,V,Cr,Ni,Y,Nb,Mo,Tc,Ru,Pd,Ag,Cd,Sb,Pb,Bi,Po,Al,In,およびSnのうちから選ばれる1種または2種以上の組合せ、0≦x≦1、0<y≦1)で表されるペロブスカイト化合物と、その結晶粒界および粒内の少なくとも一方に位置し且つCeO2-δ(但し、0≦δ<0.5)にSm,Gd,Ca,Y,La,Nd,Ybの少なくとも一種がドープされたセリウム酸化物とを含むことを特徴とする酸化物イオン伝導体。
- 前記セリウム酸化物は0.10〜1.00(S/cm)の範囲内の酸素イオン伝導度を備えたものである請求項1に記載の酸化物イオン伝導体。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の酸化物イオン伝導体を緻密な膜状としたことを特徴とする酸素分離膜。
