Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の電動機付過給機10では、電動機20はコンプレッサインペラ6に隣接する位置に配置されており、センターハウジング14は、電動機20を取り囲み且つディフューザ部25に隣接するように形成された冷却液流路34を有する。冷却液流路34のうち、電動機20側の部位に第1冷却構造部38が形成され、ディフューザ部25側の部位に第2冷却構造部39が形成されており、第1冷却構造部38により電動機20を冷却し、第2冷却構造部39によりディフューザ部25を冷却するようになっている。

Claims (2)
- 内燃機関の排気ガスによって回転駆動されるタービンインペラと、該タービンインペラを囲むタービンハウジングと、前記タービンインペラとシャフトで連結されて回転し吸気を圧縮するコンプレッサインペラと、該コンプレッサインペラを囲むコンプレッサハウジングと、前記タービンインペラと前記コンプレッサインペラとの間に位置し前記シャフトを回転駆動し得る電動機と、前記シャフトを回転自在に支持し且つ前記電動機を内蔵するセンターハウジングと、を備えるとともに、前記コンプレッサハウジング内に環状に形成され圧縮空気を吐出すスクロール室と、前記コンプレッサインペラ出口から半径方向外方に延び前記コンプレッサインペラ出口と前記スクロール室とを連通するディフューザ部とを有する電動機付過給機において、
前記センターハウジングは、冷却液により前記電動機を冷却する第1冷却構造部と、該第1冷却構造部の冷却液と共通の冷却液により前記ディフューザ部を冷却する第2冷却構造部と、を有する、ことを特徴とする電動機付過給機。 - 前記電動機は、前記コンプレッサインペラに隣接する位置に配置されており、
前記センターハウジングは、前記電動機を取り囲み且つ前記ディフューザ部に隣接するように形成され内部に前記冷却液を流通させる冷却液流路を有し、
該冷却液流路のうち、前記電動機側の部位に前記第1冷却構造部が形成され、前記ディフューザ部側の部位に前記第2冷却構造部が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機付過給機。
