Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に従った複合膜は、分離能動性を有する膜皮膜が、波長800nm未満の電磁放射および/または電子放射により硬化される重合体を含有することを特徴とする。本発明に従った方法は、波長800nm未満の電磁放射および/または電子放射により硬化可能な重合体および重合開始剤から成る皮膜を支持膜表面に塗布し、続いて電磁放射および/または電子放射により硬化する工程を特徴とする。本発明に従った用途は、有機溶液(3)からの低分子物質(1,7)の拘束用である。

Description
支持膜もまた、無機支持基体層の上に有機皮膜を有することが望ましい。この場合は極めて均質な分離能動性を有する皮膜を製造することができる。少なくとも二つの層から成る支持膜は、例えばPVDF/TiO2またはPAN/TiO2等であるとよい。
本発明に従った膜は、分離能動性を有する無孔質であることが望ましい皮膜を有する複合膜である。この複合膜は、シリコーンアクリレートに本来備わっているガス分離特性を示す。これは、酸素および窒素透過率の測定を通じて証明された。従ってこの膜は、低分子物質の分離に適している。複合膜の食用油/n−ヘキサン混合液中の長期安定性も証明された。
この被覆液を、PAN支持膜表面に漬け塗りにより塗布した。続いてこの膜を90℃の炉内で乾燥した。その後この膜を、水銀中圧噴射装置を使用して、窒素雰囲気下(O2:<50ppm)で多色性紫外光により架橋結合させた。照射線量は800mJ/cm2であった。

Claims (11)
- 分離能動性を有する膜皮膜と支持膜とを有する複合膜(5)において、前記分離能動性を有する膜皮膜が、波長800nm未満の電磁放射および/または電子放射により硬化される重合体を含有することを特徴とする、複合膜。
- 請求項1に記載の複合膜(5)において、前記波長が400nm未満であることを特徴とする、複合膜。
- 請求項1または2に記載の複合膜(5)において、前記分離能動性を有する皮膜がシリコーンアクリレートを含有することを特徴とする、複合膜。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合膜(5)において、前記支持膜が、ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)および/またはポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)を含有することを特徴とする、複合膜。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複合膜(5)において、前記支持膜が多孔質無機材料を含有することを特徴とする、複合膜。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の複合膜(5)の製造方法において、波長800nm未満の電磁放射および/または電子放射により硬化可能な重合体および重合開始剤の溶液から成る皮膜を支持膜表面に施し、続いて電磁放射および/または電磁放射により硬化することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記溶液が、前記重合体の硬化前に気化される溶媒を含有することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項7または8に記載の方法において、前記溶液が前記支持膜表面に実質的に留まるように、前記支持膜が小さな細孔を有することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の複合膜(5)の用途であって、有機溶液(3)からの低分子物質(1,7)の拘束用である、用途。
- 請求項10に記載の用途において、前記複合膜(5)が、医薬品の精製、食用油(10)の精製、有機溶液からの同種触媒の分離、および/または原油留分の精製に適用されることを特徴とする、用途。
