Abstract
【解決手段】 オーバ・コートがZrO2を1〜10(%)程度含むのに対し、リブ材層がZrO2を含まないことから、その組成の相違に応じた程度だけ耐酸性が相違する。すなわち、上記エッチング処理におけるエッチング速度はオーバ・コートがリブ材層よりも低く、例えば1/10〜1/3程度の速度になっている。そのため、エッチング処理の酸濃度および処理時間を調節することにより、リブ材層をレジスト膜の開口パターンに従って溶解させ、その開口部内の部分を完全に除去しながら、オーバ・コートを殆ど溶解させられない当初の状態に略維持できる。すなわち、レジスト膜の開口パターンに従った所期の寸法および形状を備えた隔壁14が形成される。

Claims (2)
- 重量百分率でSiO2を10〜20(%)、B2O3を28〜40(%)、ZnOを5〜15(%)、Al2O3を3〜15(%)、ZrO2を1〜10(%)、CaO,SrO,BaOの少なくとも一種を合計で2〜15(%)、および、Li2O,Na2O,K2Oの少なくとも一種を合計で5〜20(%)含み、実質的に鉛を含まないことを特徴とする耐酸性を有するガラス組成物。
- 重量百分率でTiO2を5(%)以下の範囲で含むものである請求項1の耐酸性を有するガラス組成物。
