Abstract
【解決手段】口腔内レーザデジタイザシステムによって、例えば歯科アイテムなど実在の物体の三次元可視画像を、レーザによるデジタル化を介して、得ることができる。該レーザデジタイザは、露光時間に、該物体の複数の部分を走査することによって、該物体の画像を捕捉する。該口腔内デジタイザは、例えば歯、歯列、又は歯群など、歯科アイテムの画像を捕捉するために、口腔内(生体の)に挿入することができる。捕捉された画像は、三次元可視画像を生成するように処理される。

ここで、RはY及びY’に実質的に平行で、結像光学系120の第3反射プリズム106から来る軸方向光線と、投影光学系121の第2反射プリズム107から来る軸方向光線との交点を通過する、三角測量の軸である。従って、曲線の各点又はセグメントのタンジェントnと、三角測量の軸Rとの間の角度は90度ではない。各曲線1001〜1006は、又、断面の強度が、正弦関数分布、ガウス分布、又は他の既知の関数の断面強度分布を有する関数の特性を有していてもよい。実施形態において、第2反射鏡107の有効光線と、第3反射鏡106の有効光線との間の最小角度はゼロではない。

nmaxの値は領域の深さd1−d2が減少するとともに増加し、θmaxが小さくなることに伴っても増加する。決定の精度は、又、θmaxの値が小さくなるに伴って低下する。
Claims (20)
- 平行光束を生成するように構成されたコリメート光学系を有する光源と;
該光源と光学的に結合され、少なくとも2軸に沿って該平行光束を走査するように構成されたスキャナと;
該スキャナと結合され、該走査された平行光束を、撮像される離れた物体の方向へへリレーするように構成された光学リレーと;
該物体から該光学リレーに対して角度θで反射する該走査光束の反射を検知し、該反射光束に基づいて物体の表面を表現するデータを生成するように構成された画像光学システムと;
該スキャナ及び該画像光学システムと結合され、該データに基づいた該物体の三次元画像を生成するように構成されたプロセッサと、
を有する口腔内レーザデジタイザ。 - 該光源はレーザLEDから成る、請求項1に記載の口腔内レーザデジタイザ。
- 該スキャナは複数の反射鏡から成る、請求項1に記載の口腔内レーザデジタイザ。
- 該物体の三角分割画像を検知するように構成された画像センサを備え、
該三角分割画像は露出時間に該物体上に光束を走査することによって生成された複数の曲線に基づいており;又、
該複数の曲線を該画像センサに集束するように構成された結像レンズ系を備えている、
請求項3に記載の口腔内レーザデジタイザ。 - 該プロセッサが、該物体の三次元マップを生成するために、該物体の複数の画像を1つにまとめるように構成された、請求項4に記載の口腔内レーザデジタイザ。
- 該物体が、生体内歯科アイテム、歯科用薬剤、歯科用模型、歯科用モールド、又は歯科鋳造品の内のいずれか1つである、請求項5に記載の口腔内レーザデジタイザ。
- 該スキャナは、少なくとも2本の軸に沿って光を走査するように構成された単一の反射鏡から成る、請求項1に記載の口腔内デジタイザ。
- 該スキャナは、回動可能な反射鏡と、高速回転する多面反射鏡とから成る、請求項1に記載のレーザデジタイザ。
- 該スキャナは、更に、該平行レーザ光束の、プログラムされた走査シーケンスによる走査の制御をするように構成されたプログラマブルポジションコントローラから成る、請求項1に記載の口腔内レーザデジタイザ。
- 既知のパターンが、それぞれ実質的に相互に平行な複数の曲線から成る、請求項1に記載の口腔内レーザデジタイザ。
- 該レーザ光源は低コヒーレンス光源から成り、該物体からの該反射光が、既知の可変光路長から反射された該低コヒーレンス光源の光と比較されるようになされた、請求項1に記載の口腔内レーザデジタイザ。
- 更に、オペレータのボイスコマンドに応えて該口腔内レーザデジタイザの走査を制御するための音声認識手段を備えた、請求項1に記載の口腔内レーザデジタイザ。
- 平行レーザ光束を生成する手段と;
複数の軸の平行光束を生成するスキャナ手段と;
該平行光束を、撮像される物体の方向へリレーする光束リレー手段と
を備え、
該撮像される物体は該平行レーザ光束生成手段から離されて配置されており;又、
物体上に投影された集束光束の反射を検知するための画像取り込み手段と;
該物体の三次元画像を生成するために該スキャナ手段及び該画像取り込み手段と結合されたプロセッサ手段と、
を備えた、歯科用撮像システム。 - 該走査手段が、該レーザ光束を、選択されたパターンで光束リレー手段を介して、該物体を横断するように走査する、請求項13に記載の歯科用撮像システム。
- 該物体の三角分割画像を検知するように構成された画像センサを有し、
ここで、該三角分割画像は露出時間に該物体の表面上を横切るようにされたレーザドットの走査パターンに基づいており;又、
該物体からのパターンの反射を捕捉して当該捕捉反射を該画像センサにリレーするための画像捕捉リレー手段を有している、
請求項13に記載の歯科用撮像システム。 - 該光束リレー手段が、光学リレーロッドレンズから成る、請求項13に記載の歯科用撮像システム。
- 複数の軸の平行光束の生成を含み、
該平行光束は該物体から離れたところで生成され;又、
該複数の軸の平行光束を、該物体に対して第1の位置から、第2のパターンで走査することを含み、
ここで、該パターンは曲線線分を有する複数の実質的に平行な曲線を含んでおり;又、
露光時間に該物体からの該パターンの反射の画像を捕捉することと;
該捕捉画像に基づいて該物体の該表面のマップを確定すること、
を含む、
生体内物体の三次元可視画像を生成する方法。 - 該走査動作が、更に該複数軸の平行光束を口腔内の物体にリレーすることを含む、
請求項17に記載の方法。 - 更に、該物体に対する第2の位置から、所定のパターンで、該複数軸の並行光束を走査することを含み、
ここで、該パターンは曲線線分を有する複数の実質的に平行な曲線を含んでおり;又、
該第2の位置の該パターンの、該物体からの反射画像を捕捉することと、
該第1の位置から捕捉された画像と、該第2の位置から捕捉された画像とを1つにまとめることと、
を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 該第2のパターンは実質的に該第1のパターンと類似している、請求項17に記載の方法。
