Abstract
従来技術の欠点を克服、ないし少なくとも大々的に低減するペーパー・ウェブを巻戻機内で引き裂く装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
ペーパー・ウェブを巻戻機内で引き裂く装置であって、前記ウェブ(2)に規則的な間隔で横方向穿孔を設け、この穿孔線がウェブを互いに結合するシートに細分化するが前記穿孔線に対応して分離されうるようにウェブを巻戻機内で引き裂く装置において、形成途中にあるログ(RO)の最終シートを、形成されるべき次にくるログの最初のシートから分離する穿孔線(P)の通過時点でウェブ(2)の引き裂きを実行する手段を備え、該引き裂きを実行する手段が圧縮空気の噴射を前記穿孔線(P)の方向に向けることができる空気圧手段(SP)であることを特徴とする。
Description
−コア(1)を供給するためのステーション(A)と;
−コア(1)のための貯蔵部(M)と;
−所定経路に沿って配備された複数の供給ローラ、駆動ローラおよび切断ローラ(R1,R2,R3,RA)を使用して、ペーパー・ウェブ(2)を供給するとともに横方向に穿孔する手段と;
−一連の巻取ローラ(RA,R4,R5)を使用してコア(1)上にペーパー(2)を巻きつける手段であって、そのうちの二つ(R4,R5)が、二つの部材(3a,3b)からなる固定ガイドによって一部が画設され、ループ閉止コンベヤベルト(300)によって一部が画設され、及びペーパー(2)の供給とペーパーのコア(1)への巻取りを行うローラ(RA)(ウェブ(2)の供給と横方向穿孔のみを行うローラとは異なる)によって一部が画設されたチャネル(C)の出口で一方の上に他方が配設されたペーパー巻きつけ手段と;
−貯蔵部(M)から、すなわち、入口ステーション(A)からチャネル(C)の第1長さ部分(3a,300)へのコア(1)の搬送と、チャネル(C)の第1長さ部分から第2長さ部分(案内部材3bおよびローラRAによって画設された)への当該コアの搬送に協働するために前記チャネル(C)に沿って配設されたそれぞれの軸(60)の周りを回転するプッシャ−手段(6)と;
−各ログ(RO)の最初のシートを対応するコア上に接着させ、各ログ(RO)の最終シートを下層ペーパー上に接着させるためのペーパー・ウェブ(2)とコア(1)の接着手段(添付図面の図では簡略化の目的で省略している)と;を備えている。

Claims (5)
- ペーパー・ウェブを巻戻機内で引き裂く装置であって、前記ウェブ(2)に規則的な間隔で横方向穿孔線を設け、この穿孔線がウェブを互いに結合するシートに副分離するが前記穿孔線に対応して分離されるウェブを巻戻機内で引き裂く装置であって、形成途中にあるログ(RO)の最終シートを、形成されるべき次にくるログの最初のシートから分離する穿孔線(P)の通過時点でウェブ(2)の引き裂きを実行する手段を備え、該引き裂きを実行する手段が圧縮空気の噴射を前記穿孔線(P)の方向に向けることができる空気圧手段(SP)であり、前記空気圧手段(SP)が、対応するソレノイド弁(70)を介して圧縮空気溜め(71)に関連する一連のノズル(7)を備えており、前記ソレノイド弁(70)と前記圧縮空気溜め(71)を有する前記ノズル(7)がウェブ(2)を供給するローラ(RA)の内部に配備され、該ウェブ供給ローラの外面はノズル(7)の作動が許容される複数の開口部(73)が設けられた管状ジャケット(72)によって画設されており、前記管状ジャケット(72)が、その長手方向軸の周りを回転し、前記圧縮空気溜め(71)が固定されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記管状ジャケット(72)が、フランジ(87)によってローラ(RA)の駆動シャフト(8)に固定されるとともにベアリング(81)を挿入した状態の静止部材(80)によって駆動シャフト(7)側部上に支持されており、前記フランジ(87)が円錐状ケーシング(82)のための台座を形成し、その内部において前記圧縮空気溜め(71)の軸方向延長部が配置されており、前記圧縮空気溜め(71)が静止部材(84)の対向側部に固定されておりその上にスリーブ(85)が設けられ、スリーブ上には対応ベアリング(86)を挿入した状態のジャケット(72)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- ペーパー・ウェブを巻戻機内で引き裂く装置であって、前記ウェブ(2)に規則的な間隔で横方向穿孔線を設け、この穿孔線がウェブを互いに結合するシートに副分離するが前記穿孔線に対応して分離されるウェブを巻戻機内で引き裂く装置であって、形成途中にあるログ(RO)の最終シートを、形成されるべき次にくるログの最初のシートから分離する穿孔線(P)の通過時点でウェブ(2)の引き裂きを実行する手段を備え、該引き裂きを実行する手段が圧縮空気の噴射を前記穿孔線(P)の方向に向けることができる空気圧手段(SP)であり、前記空気圧手段(SP)が、対応するソレノイド弁(70)を介して圧縮空気溜め(71)に関連する一連のノズル(7)を備えており、前記ソレノイド弁(70)と前記圧縮空気溜め(71)を有する前記ノズル(7)がウェブ(2)を供給するローラ(RA)の外部に配備され、該ウェブ供給ローラの外面には複数の円周溝(76)が設けられ、その円周溝(76)に対応して前記ノズル(7)が配置されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 規則的な間隔で横方向の前切断線ないし穿孔線が設けられている連続ペーパー・ウェブ(2)を、ログ(RO)の形成が実行されるステーションに供給するステップを備え、流体の噴射の衝撃をウェブ(2)に加えることによって所定時点でウェブの連続性を中断するステップを含んでおり、前記流体噴射がウェブ(2)の穿孔線(P)の方向に向けられ、該穿孔線(P)が形成途中にあるログ(RO)の最終シートを形成されるべき次の最初のシートから分離し、前記流体噴射を加える前記ステップが、前記流体噴射に関連する領域内で前記ウェブ(2)を拡張するステップの後で実行されることを特徴とする巻戻機内でペーパー・ウェブを引き裂く方法。
- 前記流体噴射がウェブ(2)を供給するシステムのローラ(RA)から前記穿孔線(P)に向けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
